Job Description Harvard Brook Cabins is looking for a creative Content & Marketing Assistant to help grow our social media presence through engaging lifestyle content. This role is focused primarily on creating engaging lifestyle content for social media rather than designing promotional graphics or advertisements. Our goal isn't to sell cabins—we're selling the experience. Responsibilities Review and organize raw videos and photos stored in Google Drive. Create 2–3 short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts) each week. Create a few supporting photo posts. Write engaging captions using ChatGPT or other AI tools when appropriate. Schedule content using Metricool. Maintain a simple content calendar in Google Sheets. Organize content files in Google Drive. Help identify potential influencers for future collaborations. A big part of this role is selecting the best footage and turning it into engaging social media content. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who understands lifestyle marketing. Our editing style is intentionally simple and natural. Rather than heavily edited promotional videos, we prefer authentic, relaxing lifestyle content with good music, clean transitions, minimal text, and storytelling that highlights the experience of staying at our cabins. We want people to stop scrolling and think: "I want to be there." Tools Google Drive CapCut ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) Metricool Google Sheets To Apply Please answer the following questions: Tell me about your experience with CapCut. Tell me about your experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools. Have you worked with vacation rentals, Airbnb, hotels, travel, or real estate? In your own words, what's the difference between creating a promotional post and creating lifestyle content? Imagine you've been given 20 raw video clips from a guest's stay at one of our cabins. How would you turn them into 2–3 engaging Instagram Reels that inspire someone to book a stay? Please provide 2–3 examples of Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, or YouTube Shorts that you've created (links only).

If you are unable to provide references from actual brands in the USA with whom we can speak to discuss your previous performance, please do not apply for this job. You will be wasting your time and it will also tell us you have not read the description. Requirements: This job is for Pacific Standard Time - 8 AM - 430 PM with some OT expected during peak times. Time doctor use is mandatory. Growth Mindset and leadership approach. We are looking for a senior Amazon listing operator who knows how to launch, rank, and scale products on Amazon — not just write copy. You live inside DataDive, Helium 10, and Brand Analytics, and you can read a niche the way most people read a book. You will own the full lifecycle of our Amazon listings: from keyword research and competitive analysis on day one, through launch, ranking, and ongoing optimization. You will be responsible for the data-driven decisions that move our products up the page. You are the person who answers every week: “Which keywords are we winning, losing, or missing?” “Why did this listing drop in rank?” “What is the next listing we should optimize, and why?” “Where is the next growth opportunity in this category?” What You Will Own Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis Run deep keyword research in DataDive (Cerebro-style reverse ASIN, competitor gap analysis, keyword opportunity scoring) Build keyword master lists segmented by priority, search volume, relevance, and competition Identify untapped long-tail and high-intent keywords competitors are missing Analyze competitor listings, reviews, pricing, and ranking patterns Map the competitive landscape for every product line New Listing Launch Build SEO-optimized titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend search terms Write A+ Content briefs and Brand Story modules Coordinate image and infographic briefs with the design team Develop launch strategy: pricing, coupons, vine, PPC seeding, and ranking plan Set up parent/child variations correctly the first time Track launch performance against ranking and revenue targets Ongoing Listing Optimization Audit existing listings for keyword gaps, indexing issues, and conversion leaks Run structured A/B tests on titles, main images, and copy using Manage Your Experiments Monitor keyword rank movements and respond to ranking drops fast Refresh listings based on seasonality, trends, and new competitor moves Improve conversion rate, session-to-purchase ratio, and click-through rate Brand Analytics & Seller Central Intelligence Pull and interpret Search Query Performance, Top Search Terms, and Market Basket reports Identify share-of-voice gaps vs. top competitors in each category Track conversion share, click share, and purchase share by keyword Use Seller Central data to validate or challenge DataDive findings Flag listing health issues: suppressions, Buy Box loss, policy warnings, stranded inventory Reporting & Dashboards You will build and maintain: Weekly keyword rank tracker (organic and sponsored) Listing health scorecard by ASIN Competitor watchlist with movement alerts Launch performance reports vs. plan Optimization backlog with projected impact and priority Who You Are You are not a generalist Amazon VA. You are: A senior Amazon operator who has launched and scaled real products — not just edited listings A true DataDive power user (this is non-negotiable) Deeply analytical — you make decisions from data, not from gut feel Obsessive about keyword indexing, ranking, and conversion Comfortable reading Search Query Performance reports and explaining what they mean Up to date on Amazon algorithm changes, policy updates, and category trends A strong written communicator who can brief designers, copywriters, and leadership clearly Self-directed — you bring opportunities to the table, you don’t wait to be told Required Experience 5+ years managing Amazon listings at a senior or lead level Proven track record of launching products and ranking them on page 1 for competitive keywords Expert-level proficiency in DataDive (required — we will test this) Strong working knowledge of Helium 10 (Cerebro, Magnet, Frankenstein, Index Checker) Hands-on experience with Brand Analytics and Seller Central reporting Experience writing high-converting Amazon copy and A+ Content briefs Experience running Manage Your Experiments (A/B tests) on titles and images Strong spreadsheet skills (pivots, lookups, basic modeling) Familiarity with Amazon Ads / PPC concepts (you don’t need to run campaigns, but you need to understand them) What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Full keyword and competitor audit completed for every active ASIN Prioritized optimization backlog built and in motion At least one major listing relaunch with measurable rank and conversion lift Weekly reporting cadence established with leadership Clear launch playbook documented for future product releases Why This Role Matters Amazon is a zero-sum game. For every rank position we don’t own, a competitor does. The right person in this seat directly drives revenue — every keyword you win, every conversion point you add, and every launch you nail compounds over months and years. How to Apply Send your resume and a short note that includes: A specific example of a listing you launched or optimized, with the keyword(s) you targeted and the rank/revenue result How long you have used DataDive and what you use it for most One Amazon listing mistake you see most operators make — and how you avoid it

Time doctor use is mandatory. Growth Mindset and leadership approach. About the Role We are looking for a multi-channel listing specialist who can build, launch, and optimize product listings across five very different marketplaces: Shopify, Walmart, Target, eBay, and Wayfair. This is a listings-focused role. You will not be running ads or managing inventory sync — your job is to make sure every product we sell shows up clean, accurate, optimized, and conversion-ready on every channel where it lives. You understand that each marketplace plays by its own rules. Shopify gives you total creative control. Walmart and Target demand strict content compliance and category-specific attribute precision. eBay rewards keyword density and item specifics. Wayfair is its own world of merchandising, dimensions, and class-level requirements. You know how to switch contexts and execute correctly on all five. You are the person who asks every week: “Which listings are underperforming, and on which channel?” “Where are we missing keywords, attributes, or images?” “Which listings are flagged, suppressed, or non-compliant?” “Where is the biggest optimization opportunity this week?” What You Will Own Shopify Build product pages with SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and meta data Manage collections, tags, and product organization Configure variants, options, and inventory display Optimize images, alt text, and structured data for search Coordinate with design team on PDP layout, badges, and on-page assets Walmart Marketplace Create and maintain item setups via Item Spec or bulk upload Optimize titles, key features, descriptions, and rich media Ensure full attribute completeness (Walmart’s Listing Quality Score) Manage category-specific compliance and content scorecards Resolve content errors, item processing failures, and unpublished items Target Plus Build item setup files following Target’s strict content guidelines Write titles and copy that match Target’s brand voice and guest tone Manage attribute completeness, images, and enhanced content Work within Target Plus Partners portal to maintain item status Coordinate item approval and resubmission workflows eBay Build listings with optimized titles (80-character usage) and complete item specifics Write keyword-rich descriptions structured for eBay’s search algorithm Use eBay’s product catalog and category-specific required fields correctly Manage variation listings, store categories, and promotional content Monitor and improve listing quality, search visibility, and Best Match positioning Wayfair Build product feeds with accurate class, dimensions, materials, and merchandising attributes Write Wayfair-style titles, marketing copy, and bullet features that convert in their PDP layout Manage image requirements, lifestyle imagery, and dimension diagrams Resolve content rejection issues and class-level data gaps Maintain product data quality scores within the Wayfair Partner Home dashboard Cross-Channel Quality & Reporting Maintain a master content library so titles, copy, images, and attributes stay consistent across channels Adapt content to each channel’s rules — never copy-paste the same listing everywhere Audit existing listings on every channel for gaps, errors, and optimization opportunities Track listing health and content scorecards on every platform Build a weekly status report showing active, pending, suppressed, and flagged listings by channel Who You Are You are not a generalist VA. You are: A multi-channel listing operator who has worked in at least 3 of these 5 platforms hands-on Fluent in the language of product data: titles, attributes, item specifics, taxonomy, GTINs, variants Detail-obsessed — a missing attribute or wrong category is a personal offense A strong writer who can shift tone between Shopify, Target, eBay, and Wayfair without thinking about it Comfortable working inside multiple seller portals every day Calm under spreadsheet pressure — you can manage hundreds of SKUs without losing track Self-directed — you flag issues, propose fixes, and execute without hand-holding Required Experience 3+ years building and optimizing product listings on marketplaces and Shopify Hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following: Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, eBay, Wayfair Working knowledge of marketplace content quality requirements and scorecards Strong copywriting skills for product titles, bullets, and descriptions Comfortable with bulk uploads, item setup templates, and feed files (CSV / Excel) Strong spreadsheet skills (formulas, lookups, pivots) Working knowledge of product taxonomy, GTINs, UPCs, and category attribute structures Experience coordinating with design teams on image requirements per channel What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Full content audit completed across all 5 channels Master content library built and maintained as source of truth Prioritized optimization backlog in motion, by channel Listing quality scores improved on Walmart, Target, and Wayfair Weekly multi-channel status report established with leadership Clear playbook documented for launching a new product across all 5 channels Why This Role Matters Every channel we sell on is a storefront, and every storefront is judged on its weakest listing. The right person in this seat protects our brand, lifts conversion across the board, and turns five marketplaces into five well-run businesses instead of five neglected ones. Work Hours Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. How to Apply Send your resume and a short note that includes: Which of the 5 channels you have the most experience on, and how long A specific listing you built or optimized — what you changed, and the result The biggest difference, in your view, between writing a Shopify product page and a Walmart listing

Job Description: Snugell is a fast-growing US private-label brand specializing in CPAP supplies and accessories, with a catalog of over 100 SKUs sold primarily through Amazon FBA. Advertising is central to our growth, and we are seeking an experienced PPC Manager to take ownership of day-to-day advertising operations. The primary focus of this role is our Amazon US account — it is our largest marketplace by a wide margin and where the substantial majority of your time and attention will go. We also maintain a smaller advertising presence on Amazon Canada, Amazon UK, and Walmart Marketplace, which require lighter ongoing management and periodic optimization. You will report to the Director of Operations. Our advertising operation is well-documented — established SOPs, standardized campaign structures, and automation rules are already in place. Your role is to execute these systems with precision, identify what the automation misses, and grow revenue while maintaining efficiency. We are an AI-forward company. We use Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows throughout our advertising and reporting operations, and we expect this role to work the same way. Responsibilities: Own day-to-day management of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across 100+ ASINs on Amazon US Provide lighter-touch management of Amazon Canada, Amazon UK, and Walmart Connect (via Walmart Seller Center) — routine bid maintenance, budget oversight, and periodic optimization Conduct weekly bid, budget, and placement optimizations in accordance with our SOPs Perform keyword research and rank tracking using DataDive and Helium 10 to inform campaign targeting and listing keyword strategy Perform ongoing search term harvesting and negative keyword management, maintaining and expanding our per-product-family negative keyword library Launch campaigns for new products following our established naming conventions and campaign architecture (single-keyword campaigns, product targeting, and auto campaigns) Monitor TACOS (our primary efficiency metric), ACOS, and organic rank movement, and act on divergences Oversee and audit Scale Insights automation rules, escalating anomalies promptly Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cowork, or comparable) to accelerate analysis, reporting, and campaign work Deliver weekly performance reports to the Director of Operations covering what changed, why, and planned next actions Monitor inventory levels and coordinate advertising adjustments to mitigate stockout risk Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing accounts with $10,000+ in monthly ad spend Deep understanding of ACOS versus TACOS, including the judgment to know when a high-ACOS campaign remains strategically valuable Hands-on experience with DataDive for keyword research, ranking analysis, and listing optimization Experience with Scale Insights, Sellerboard, or comparable tools; Helium 10 for keyword research Proficiency with bulk files and the Amazon Ads console; exposure to the Amazon Ads API is a plus Demonstrated experience working with AI tools — hands-on use of Claude Code, Cowork, ChatGPT, or similar for data analysis, reporting, or workflow automation. You should be comfortable writing effective prompts, validating AI output against source data, and integrating AI into your daily workflow rather than treating it as a novelty Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Excellent written English — reporting must be clear, accurate, and decision-ready Minimum 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time Rigorous analytical habits: decisions are validated across multiple time windows, not based on a single 7-day view Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Walmart Connect and/or Amazon Canada and UK marketplaces Experience in medical or health-adjacent product categories, with awareness of Amazon compliance requirements (no medical claims) Experience using AI agents or the Amazon Ads API for campaign automation
