E‑Commerce Brand Designer|Graphic & Image Editor

Full‑time Remote – Philippines

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented designer with solid experience in image retouching, visual design and brand marketing to support our B2B wholesale business.

Our product portfolio covers soft goods including comfort sets, sheet sets, BIAB, curtains and other soft‑line home textiles, as well as hard‑line furniture/lighting/art items.

You will create product visuals, infographics, posters and banners for our B2B wholesale portal and multiple online marketplaces.

Ideal candidates possess strong aesthetic sense, independent creative judgment and great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Retouch, color‑correct and enhance product images for e‑commerce usage.

Create product infographics, posters and campaign banners for B2B wholesale platform and various marketplaces.

Generate and iterate visual assets using Adobe software and AI design tools.

Follow up‑to‑date western home‑decor design trends and apply color‑theory best‑practices.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams; receive and respond to design feedback and deliver assets against deadlines.

Organize and archive design source files.

Learn and adopt new design & AI tools continuously to improve output quality.

Qualifications

Must provide portfolio showing e‑commerce photo retouching, infographics, banner and poster works.

Minimum 1‑year hands‑on experience in e‑commerce image enhancement. Fresh graduates from relevant majors (Graphic Design, Digital Design, Textile Design etc.) are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign is a plus.

Experienced or fast‑learner for AI design tools: Midjourney, Dzine, Adobe Firefly, DALL‑E, Canva.

Comfortable communicating creative concepts and receiving feedback in English.

Good knowledge of color theory and modern home‑design trends.

Able to multi‑task, prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented; capable to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.

Compensation & Working Terms (Important)

This is a full‑time remote role paid by hourly rate, no fixed monthly salary.

Probation period: 6 months — rate at $3.5 USD per hour.

After successful probation: rate increases to $4 USD per hour.

Note:

Payment is calculated based on actual billable working hours. When workload is low, total monthly earnings will decrease accordingly. You are required to stay online and stand by for task assignments during official working hours.

A daily report is required. You need to record which platforms you worked on, involved product lines, and the number of finished output images for our review.

Standard working schedule (Philippine Local Time): 08:30 – 17:15, with 45‑minute unpaid break. 8 effective working hours per day.

Overtime work must be requested and approved in advance. Unapproved extra hours will not be compensated.

No additional benefits are provided.
