2D Animator For YT Shorts

I'm looking for a 2D animator to work on short-form vertical videos (YouTube Shorts, around 30 seconds per video).

I provide the script and the final voiceover — or a storyboard if you prefer working that way. You do the animation only. I handle all the editing myself, so no cuts, sound design, or captions needed on your end.

Style: fast-paced and punchy. It has to grab attention in the first second and keep moving. Snappy timing, bold readable visuals, motion synced to the voiceover.

Requirements:

Strong 2D animation skills (After Effects, Toon Boom, Moho, or similar)
Good sense of short-form pacing
Able to animate to a voiceover track
Reliable turnaround and clear communication

Pay is per video to start. If the first few go well, I'm looking for a long-term ongoing partnership with steady work.
