Short Video Editor & Content Strategist - Part-Time Social Media

Sterk Systems builds websites for trade businesses. We are a growing team and are looking for a reliable, long-term team member to help us create and grow our social media content.

We are looking for someone who can professionally edit short-form videos and also understands what makes content perform on social media.

Your responsibilities:
Edit professional short-form videos
Add subtitles, B-roll and relevant visuals
Improve hooks, pacing and attention retention
Help with CTAs and social media captions
Suggest new content ideas and trends
Think strategically about how we can grow our social media

We provide the raw footage, context and examples of the style we like.

Our videos are spoken and posted in Dutch. You do not need to speak Dutch, but you must be able to work accurately using transcripts and context.

We will start with approximately one video per week, with the opportunity to grow this into multiple videos and posts per week.

Requirements:
Professional video editing skills
Strong understanding of short-form content
Understanding of hooks, attention retention and CTAs
Able to think independently and suggest ideas
High-level English is essential
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
Looking for a long-term, part-time position

This is an hourly, long-term position. We are looking for a reliable team member who wants to grow with us.
