Product Lister

Job Overview
We are a fast-growing dropshipping ecommerce company looking for an experienced Shopify Product Lister to join our team. This role is STRICTLY NOT FOR BEGINNERS.
We manage multiple Shopify stores and move quickly, so we’re looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling high-volume product listings with accuracy and speed. If you take pride in clean, error-free work and can operate with minimal supervision, this role is for you.
Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and upload high-quality product listings on Shopify
• Accurately input product titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, images, tags, and collections
• Ensure consistency and organization across multiple Shopify stores
• Follow internal systems, SOPs, and instructions precisely
• Double-check all listing details — accuracy is non-negotiable
• Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
• Identify and fix listing issues proactively
• Use sound judgment and initiative to help improve store performance
• Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and instructions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Shopify product listing experience
• Proven experience managing multiple Shopify stores simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Shopify product listing workflows
• Extreme attention to detail — you catch mistakes others miss
• Fast, efficient worker who does not sacrifice quality
• Quick learner who can easily follow systems and tools
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Stable internet connection and dependable availability

This role is NOT for beginners or trainees. Please do not apply if you lack real Shopify listing experience.
Work Schedule & Details

• Long-term role
• Part-time or full-time (depending on fit and availability)
• Flexible schedule, but deadlines must be met consistently
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience
