Betashop GmbH is a Germany-based e-commerce company developing and selling physical consumer products across European Amazon marketplaces. Our portfolio spans home, lifestyle, hobby, and everyday consumer products.

The role of Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator combines supply chain coordination with sourcing and general Amazon FBA operations support. The role reports to the Senior Marketplace Manager.

As our Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator, you will gradually take ownership of the operational side of our purchase orders from start to finish. After onboarding and training, you will independently coordinate orders from placement through production, quality inspection, shipping, customs documentation, and final delivery.

Reorder quantities and purchasing decisions will be aligned with the Senior Marketplace Manager, while you are responsible for keeping the process moving, following up proactively, identifying issues early, and ensuring that all relevant information and documentation are accurate and up to date.

This is not a typical administrative or virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who wants to build real ownership in supply chain and operations and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Supply chain coordination currently accounts for approximately 20–25 hours per week, although this can increase significantly during peak periods. The remaining time will be spent supporting broader Amazon FBA and business operations, such as sourcing, inventory coordination, listing optimisations, etc.

As our product portfolio and business continue to grow, we expect the scope of this role to grow with it. Our goal is to develop this position into a broad, long-term supply chain and operations role with increasing responsibility and independence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supply Chain & Logistics -

• Manage purchase orders end-to-end after onboarding
• Coordinate reorder quantities and purchasing needs with the Senior Marketplace Manager
• Place orders and confirm prices, quantities, specifications, packaging, and payment terms
• Communicate directly with suppliers via email and WeChat and proactively follow up on production progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date PO, production, and shipment trackers
• Coordinate quality inspections, review inspection reports, and follow up on corrective actions
• Coordinate freight forwarders, warehouses, and other logistics partners
• Review shipping and customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Identify delays, discrepancies, missing information, or other risks early and escalate when necessary

• Amazon & General Operations -

• Maintain product and inventory-related information in Amazon Seller Central
• Open, manage, and follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support
• Organize and maintain supplier, product, quality, and compliance documentation
• Research products, manufacturers, suppliers, and sourcing opportunities
• Help prepare and maintain product specifications, quality requirements, and packaging briefs
• Analyze customer reviews, returns, and feedback to identify recurring issues and opportunities for product improvement
• Support operational projects and process improvements across the business as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Skills & Experience-

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or Amazon FBA operations
• Experience communicating directly with suppliers or manufacturers, ideally in China
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to keep accurate records.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work independently across multiple priorities

CONTRACT AND WORK SET-UP

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Remote position, based in the Philippines
• Daily overlap with German business hours is required, with flexibility to structure the remaining working hours during regular business hours in Philippines
• Competitive salary based on experience and performance
• 13th month pay, pro-rated each December

After a successful probation period, support with work setup improvement is possible (e.g. computer, screen, desk, AC)

To succeed in this role you will need reliable electricity, a reliable computer, stable high-speed 50+ Mbps internet, a quiet workspace, video-call capability, and ability to work with WeChat, Slack and ClickUp.
