Senior Full-Stack Developer 10+ years of experience (WordPress / Shopify / React) - US Hours

I'm looking for a skilled, dependable full-stack developer to join as a long-term team member. You'll start part-time so we can get to know each other's working style, and this will scale to full-time quickly for the right person. You'll build and maintain websites, e-commerce stores, custom web apps, integrations, and automation workflows — and help keep them ranking well in search. A large part of the day-to-day is WordPress work in Elementor, so strong Elementor skills are a must.

I want someone who can own the work: understand how an existing project fits together before making changes, communicate clearly, and deliver clean, tested work.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain WordPress / WooCommerce and Shopify sites (themes, plugins, Liquid, custom functionality)
• Develop custom web applications, dashboards, and admin tooling
• Set up CRM, API, and third-party integrations
• Build automation workflows in Zapier, Make, and/or n8n
• Implement on-page and technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, schema/JSON-LD, internal linking, redirects, sitemaps)
• Take over and improve existing projects without breaking connected systems
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to work faster — while still reviewing and testing everything yourself

Must-Have Skills

• Elementor (required): strong hands-on Elementor experience — building and customizing pages, templates, theme builder, and custom widgets. This is essential, not optional. We do not work from templates EVER. All sites are custom-built and very advanced.
• CMS / E-commerce: WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify/Liquid
• Front-end: JavaScript, React (Next.js a plus), HTML/CSS, Tailwind
• Back-end: PHP, Laravel, Node.js, MySQL, REST APIs
• SEO: technical + on-page (Search Console, schema, Core Web Vitals)
• Automation: Zapier, Make, or n8n
• English: clear written and spoken communication
• Availability: able to work 9 PM – 5 AM PHT consistently, with a stable computer and internet (note: you must be willing to flex your time by 1 hour during Daylight Savings Time)
• Nice to Have
• UI/UX and design (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• GoHighLevel experience is a huge plus
• AI-powered apps, chatbots, and workflows
• WordPress-based conversion-focused landing pages

Pay:
Pay will initially be $7.25 per hour for a 30-day probationary period. After successful completion of the first 30 days, pay will automatically increase to $10 per hour ongoing.
