Hey! I'm looking for a skilled video editor to create long-form videos for a YouTube channel focused on discovering the best places to live, retire, invest, and explore across different U.S. states. The channel covers topics like the best small towns, underrated hidden gems, retirement destinations, affordable places to live, real estate opportunities, fast-growing areas, and towns worth knowing about before everyone else does. The videos should feel informative, visually engaging, and curiosity-driven — not like a basic slideshow or generic travel video. The goal is to make viewers feel like they are discovering places and opportunities they haven't heard about yet. Look at these chanel for example: ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- About this channel This channel is focused on U.S. states, cities, small towns, and emerging destinations. Typical video topics include: Best towns to live in a specific state Hidden gems most people don't know about Best retirement towns Affordable places to buy a home Underrated real estate markets Fast-growing towns and communities Places people are moving to Small towns with a great quality of life Places worth knowing before they become popular Best places for retirees, families, remote workers, or investors Scripts and voice-over will be provided by me. You will not need to record or direct any voice talent — the finished voice-over track will be delivered to you ready to edit around. Your job is to turn the script and narration into a professional, engaging YouTube video using relevant real-world footage, images, maps, graphics, and other visual material. Visual style The visuals should match exactly what is being discussed. For example, if the narration is talking about a specific town, I want to see footage or images of that actual town whenever possible — its downtown, neighborhoods, nature, homes, local attractions, streets, surrounding landscape, and lifestyle. When the script discusses topics such as real estate, cost of living, population growth, location, weather, or nearby cities, you can use: Real footage of the location Stock footage Local photos Maps and Google Maps-style animations Aerial/drone footage Real estate and housing visuals Charts or simple graphics Text animations Screenshots or other relevant visual references when appropriate Please avoid using random stock footage that has nothing to do with the town or location being discussed. Accurate visual sourcing is very important for this channel. The job Video length: around 25 minutes I provide: Complete script Finished voice-over Timestamps if needed You provide: Full video editing Sourcing relevant footage and images Town/city/location footage Maps and location animations Real estate and housing visuals when relevant Text animations and motion graphics Smooth transitions Background music Sound effects Subtitles/captions where appropriate Final exported video ready for YouTube The editing should keep the viewer engaged throughout the entire video. Every town or location should feel visually different, and the visuals should help tell the story instead of simply filling the screen. Good pacing and visual variety are very important. Pay: $25 per completed video, paid per delivered video Turnaround: 2 days per video, to be discussed once we start working together Revisions: Unlimited revisions until the video is right Volume: I plan to upload 3 videos per week and I'm looking for someone for a long-term working relationship. Consistency is very important. If the first videos perform well and we work well together, there will be ongoing work every week. Before we start, can you make a sample of around 5 minutes for me? This will help me see your editing style, visual selection, pacing, maps, text animations, and how well you can turn the script into an engaging video.

I would like to pay you well and incentivize you based on growth performance and on building our X profile. DO NOT APPLY if you do not understand X / Twitter really well.

Elevated Audience is a boutique digital marketing agency that specializes in strategic, data-driven, and transparent campaigns. The team focuses on reaching ideal audiences through SEO, paid advertising, and website design, helping clients grow in a measurable and sustainable way. As a smaller, partner-oriented agency, Elevated Audience emphasizes long-term relationships rather than transactional engagements. Team members collaborate closely with clients, gaining deep insight into their goals and industries to deliver tailored solutions. This environment offers opportunities for ownership, impact, and professional growth in digital marketing. Role Description The Google Ads Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and other relevant networks. Daily tasks include performing keyword research, setting up and managing campaigns, writing and testing ad copy, adjusting bids and budgets, and monitoring performance metrics. The specialist will analyze campaign data, generate reports, and make data-backed recommendations to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend. Collaboration with internal team members and clients is required to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies, landing page experiences, and business objectives. The role also involves staying up to date with Google Ads best practices, new features, and platform policy changes to keep campaigns compliant and competitive. Qualifications Strong Google Ads expertise, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis. Proficiency in digital marketing fundamentals such as PPC strategy, keyword research, and conversion tracking. Ability to create and refine compelling ad copy and landing page recommendations focused on user intent and conversion. Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, dashboards) to interpret data and drive decisions. Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, and website user experience as they relate to campaign performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities remotely. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in testing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns. Previous agency experience or work with multiple client accounts is beneficial. Relevant certification (e.g., Google Ads Certification) and a background in marketing, business, communications, or related field are preferred. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own the Google Search book Roughly 17 active Google Ads accounts. Campaign builds and restructures, keyword and search term management, negative keyword hygiene, ad copy testing, bid strategy selection and tuning, and Performance Max where it earns its place. You d ---------- what runs, and you are accountable for what it costs. Own the Local Services Ads book Ten accounts on LSA, including multi-location businesses running LSA across several service areas at once. Budget pacing, lead review and disputes, ranking factors, Google Business Profile alignment, and keeping cost per genuine lead honest rather than cost per charged lead. Callrail Management You are the person who sets up and maintains CallRail for every client: tracking numbers and dynamic number insertion, number pool sizing, routing and call flows, source attribution, spam filtering, and keeping the lead qualification honest. When a client's number pool is too small or their DNI is not swapping, that is yours to catch. Google Tag Manager Setup and Maintenance Container structure, tags, triggers, variables and the data layer. Conversion tracking setup and auditing across Google Ads, GA4 and CallRail, including offline and imported conversions. You are the one who can open a container and say why something fires twice. Meta campaign management and creative direction (not required) Six accounts. Campaign structure, audiences, budget and optimization, plus writing clear creative briefs for our design team and reviewing what comes back. You direct the creative, you do not build it. Client recommendations Explaining performance to non-marketers in plain language, and bringing a recommendation rather than a dashboard. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Real hands-on Google Ads depth. You have personally managed accounts, not directed someone who did. You know why you chose Target CPA over Maximize Conversions in a specific account, and what you did when the learning period went sideways. Genuine LSA experience Hands-on CallRail and GTM. Not "I've seen the dashboard." You should be able to size a number pool, diagnose DNI that is not swapping, and open a GTM container you did not build and work out what fires when. Skepticism about data. Conversion counts inflate for boring reasons: duplicate tags, form-fill double-counting, call tracking misconfiguration, a client's team calling their own tracking number. We want someone whose first instinct on good news is to verify it. Comfort at scale. Managing 28 campaigns means triage. You need a repeatable way to know which accounts need you this week and which do not. Directness. If a client is spending in the wrong place, we would rather hear it from you in week two than in the quarterly review. WHO DOES WELL HERE Someone accountable, because there is no one between you and the spend. Someone organized enough to hold a book this size without things quietly drifting. Someone who is comfortable telling a client something they do not want to hear, and who follows it with a specific alternative. No email or message applications will be accepted. All applications must be submitted here: ----------

About us JB Marketing is a UK-based Google Ads agency working with Shopify ecommerce brands. Our founder creates video content for YouTube and Instagram: account teardowns, client results breakdowns, and short educational clips for ecommerce founders. We need a reliable editor to turn raw footage into finished videos. What the work looks like This is not a full-time or part-time role. Work comes in batches when we have footage ready, and there may be quiet weeks in between. Each project is paid individually at a rate we agree up front. If you want steady monthly hours, this is not the job for you. If you want flexible, well-paid project work alongside your other clients, read on. You will be added to our Slack workspace. Project files (raw footage, screen recordings, any brand assets and notes) will be sent to you there, and you will send finished edits back the same way. Typical projects: Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (30 to 90 seconds): cut from longer talking-head footage or screen recordings, add captions, hooks, simple motion graphics, b-roll and sound design. Usually 4 to 6 clips cut from one longer video. YouTube videos (8 to 20 minutes): talking head plus screen recordings of Google Ads accounts and dashboards. Clean cuts, zoom-ins on the screen where it matters, captions, chapter titles, light music, consistent branding. Occasional carousel or quote graphics from the same source footage (nice to have, not required). Requirements Proven experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form YouTube content. We need both. Comfortable editing screen-recording heavy content and keeping it engaging (zooms, highlights, callouts). Strong captioning skills. Clean, readable, correctly timed, no typos. Good English comprehension so you can follow the narrative and cut for the message, not just the timestamps. Own software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar) and a machine that can handle 1080p and 4K footage. Reliable on Slack, responds within one working day, and delivers on the deadline you commit to. Can take feedback and turn around revisions quickly. Pay Per project, paid in USD after delivery of each project (or in batches if we send several at once). Tell us your rates in your application for: One short-form clip (Reel or Short) from provided footage One long-form YouTube video (roughly 10 to 15 minutes) A bundle: one long-form video plus 5 short clips cut from it We are happy to pay well for quality and speed. We are not looking for the cheapest option. How to apply Applications without work samples will not be read. Please include: Links to at least 3 short-form videos you edited (Reels, TikToks or Shorts). Talking head or educational content is a plus. Links to at least 2 long-form YouTube videos you edited, ideally with screen recordings or tutorials in them. Your per-project rates for the three items listed under Pay. Your usual turnaround time for a short clip and for a long-form video. The software you edit in. Put the word "SECOND CHANNEL" at the top of your application so we know you read the full listing. Short, clear applications are best. We will reply to shortlisted editors with one small paid test project before offering ongoing work.

Performance Copywriter & Instagram / Tiktok Social Content Designer (Part-Time) **We plan to hire full time once we hit a certain revenue level. We will increase your base pay then as well. About us We're a [health/supplement] brand building an audience through educational, science-backed social content. We're growing fast and this role can go full-time as we scale. The role You'll write and design text-led Instagram carousels — the kind people actually save and send to a friend. Think mini-masterclass in 6–10 slides: one clear idea per slide, simple graphics, strong hook, clear CTA at the end. The content we want is: Shareable. Posts that pull real likes and get sent to a friend in DMs. Share rate is the metric we care about most Genuinely useful. Someone should finish the carousel knowing something they didn't before Factual. Everything traces back to a real source. No vague wellness fluff, no claims we can't stand behind Health, wellness, and nutrition. That's the whole territory This is a writing role first. We'll weigh your copywriting far more heavily than your design work. But you do need real design ability — you'll be building every post yourself in Canva, and we care about taste. Clean typography, good hierarchy, nothing that looks like a default template. The kind of thing we're modelling Thought-provoking: ---------- Educational formats: ---------- ---------- No-talking carousel education: ---------- Education about food: ---------- Hot-topic discussion essay: ---------- Look at the engagement on these. The graphics are simple. The writing is doing the work. What you'll do Research, write, and design 4 carousels a week on health, nutrition, and supplement science Come up with the concepts yourself — from research, from AI, from your own thinking. We're not handing you a content calendar Design each post in Canva to our brand look Write the caption and hook for each post Distil complex topics (how a herb hits a hormone receptor, why a nutrient is poorly absorbed) into 3–5 short bullets per slide Track what performs and double down on the formats that work What we're looking for Copywriting above all. You can write something thought-provoking that makes a stranger stop and think, then share it. Send us proof Working Canva skills. You'll design every post. Not asking for an illustrator, but you should be fluent in the tool and have an eye for what looks good Can generate your own angles by digging through studies, using AI as a research partner, or just noticing what nobody else is saying Comfortable reading studies and turning them into plain English without breaking the facts Genuinely interested in health, fitness, or nutrition. You should already follow accounts in this space Your application would be prioritised if you have this too: Experience with supplement or wellness brands You use AI well — not to write your copy for you, but to accelerate research and idea generation Big bonus: you can vibe-code. If you can build a lightweight tool that automates parts of this pipeline with a human still in the loop, we want to talk Pay Base + performance bonus. Base Bonus: we put paid spend behind the posts that work. Every post of yours that drives 100+ purchases earns you a cash bonus of [$X]. No cap — if five of your posts hit, you get paid five times extra Your upside is uncapped and directly tied to how well your writing converts. That's the point of the role. Hellooooo onlinejobbers! We are a large Australian education company providing online and in-home tutoring to K–12 students. We operate on our own custom platform that manages students, families, tutors, lessons, payments and operations. Our core application is built in PHP/Laravel. We are now looking for an experienced developer to take ownership of a major new project: building a deeply integrated online classroom experience. The Project: We currently use BigBlueButton (BBB) for thousands of online tutoring lessons. BBB works well as the underlying classroom technology, but our current implementation is relatively basic and feels separate from the rest of our platform. We want to change that. Our goal is to build a deeply integrated, fully branded online classroom experience powered by BigBlueButton. We do NOT want to build our own video conferencing technology. Instead, we want to use BBB for video, audio, screen sharing, whiteboards, presentations and other classroom functionality, while our platform owns the surrounding experience, integrations, resources and data. Phase 1 Our first objective is to: Remove Greenlight from the normal tutor/student experience Integrate BigBlueButton directly with our Laravel application Automatically create a unique BBB meeting for every scheduled online lesson Allow tutors to click Enter Classroom directly from their dashboard Allow students/families to do the same Handle authentication and participant roles automatically Create an Instant Classroom feature for tutors who need an unscheduled classroom Customize BBB so it looks and feels like part of our platform Connect each BBB meeting to the corresponding lesson in our database Capture attendance, join/leave times, meeting duration and other available meeting data Return this data to our Laravel application after each lesson Build the integration in a reliable and scalable way From the tutor/student perspective, they should simply feel like they are entering another part of our platform. They shouldn't need to know that BigBlueButton is powering it. Where We Want to Take It Phase 1 is only the foundation. Once the classroom is deeply integrated with our platform, we want to explore features including: Lesson transcription AI-generated lesson summaries Parent-friendly lesson reports Automatic extraction of topics covered Homework and next-step extraction AI lesson recommendations Teaching resources available from within the classroom Previous lesson information available to tutors Student learning profiles Curriculum mastery tracking Tutor analytics and coaching Student engagement analytics We want every online lesson to eventually produce useful structured information for the tutor, parent, student and our internal platform. Who We're Looking For This isn't a role where we will provide you with a list of tickets and tell you exactly how to implement them. We are looking for someone who can take technical ownership of this project. You should be comfortable being given a desired outcome, researching the available technology, proposing an approach, building it and improving it over time. Required Skills You should have strong experience with: PHP Laravel REST APIs and third-party integrations MySQL/database design JavaScript/TypeScript Git Linux/server environments Webhooks and event-driven integrations Debugging complex integrations Reading technical documentation and independently learning unfamiliar systems You should also be comfortable working across the boundary between backend and frontend development when required. Highly Desirable Experience with any of the following would be particularly valuable: BigBlueButton BigBlueButton APIs BigBlueButton plugins React Node.js WebRTC GraphQL LLM/AI APIs Open-source software customization EdTech platforms Previous BigBlueButton experience is NOT required, but will naturally be advantageous. If you are an excellent developer who is confident you can become deeply familiar with BBB and its documentation, we still want to hear from you. Forecasting a 6 month project, with potential for permanent work. Please reply with your experience and how you would tackle this project. If you meet requirements you will be invited to complete a paid BBB/Laravel challenge.

START YOUR APPLICATION WITH THE WORD "SEEDANCE" IN CAPITAL LETTERS ON THE FIRST LINE. Anything else gets deleted unread. I do not need another video editor. Premiere, After Effects, "engaging and professional content" - that is not this job. I get twenty of those applications a week and I delete all of them. I need someone who lives inside AI video models. THE WORK We make short-form ads for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Up to 60 seconds. Every video is built from AI UGC clips, AI B-roll, sourced B-roll, AI voiceover, styled captions, and fast cuts in CapCut. Per shift you deliver either: 5 to 7 finished videos, or up to 30 variants of videos that are already running (new first 3 seconds, new hook, swapped opening clip, new hook audio, different captions, different voice) Most of them will fail. That is the point. We test volume to find the few that work, and then we hammer the winners with variants. THE SHIFT Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. 4 days, 28 hours per week. $400/month. Remote. WHAT I ACTUALLY WANT TO KNOW Answer these in your application. Short answers are fine, real answers are required. 1. Which AI video models did you generate with this month? Name them and tell me what each one is good and bad at. If Veo 3 and Seedance 2.5 are not in your answer, tell me what you use instead and why it is better. 2. Your AI UGC character has to look like a real person filming on a phone, not a corporate avatar. What do you actually do to get that? Voice choice, framing, imperfections - be specific. 3. Give me one hook from your own work that beat the others. What was it, and why did it work on TikTok specifically? 4. Roughly what does it cost you in credits and minutes to produce one 30 second AI UGC ad end to end? If you cannot answer #1 and #4 from memory, this role is not for you and we will both save time. THE TEST - THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL Anyone can write a good application. I hire off the work. Make the test video here: ---------- It takes about 10 minutes if you know your tools. We pay for it if we can use it. Applications without a submitted test video do not get read. Do the test, then apply here with your answers. Start with SEEDANCE.

Before anything else: decode this and start your application with the result, in capital letters. VklSQUw= If that took you more than a minute, this role probably is not for you. HERE IS MY PROBLEM 99% of AI UGC looks like AI UGC. Dead eyes, plastic skin, a voice that sounds like an airport announcement, a mouth that drifts off the audio. It scrolls past. It converts nothing. A small number of people can generate a synthetic person that a TikTok viewer never questions. I want to hire one of them. THE WORK Short-form ads for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, under 60 seconds. AI UGC talking heads, AI B-roll, sourced B-roll, AI voiceover, styled captions, fast cuts in CapCut. Per shift: 5 to 7 finished videos, or up to 30 variants of what is already running - new first 3 seconds, new hook, swapped opening clip, new hook audio, new captions, new voice. Friday to Monday. 4 days, 28 hours per week. $400/month. Remote. Most videos fail. We test hard and fast, and we do not fall in love with anything. THREE QUESTIONS 1. Name every AI video model you generated with in the last 30 days, and what each is bad at. I am looking for real working knowledge - Veo 3, Seedance 2.5, Kling, Hailuo, Higgsfield, Runway, whatever you actually run. 2. Give me your three specific tricks for making an AI person read as real instead of generated. 3. What makes something go viral on TikTok that does not work on any other platform? One paragraph, your own words. THE TEST The work d ---------- , not the application. Make the test video here: ---------- About 10 minutes if you know your tools. Paid if we can use it. No test video, no reply. Then apply here, starting with the decoded word.
