AI Video Ads Editor - Veo 3 + Seedance 2.5, AI UGC, TikTok Hooks (Fri-Mon, $400/mo)

I do not need another video editor. Premiere, After Effects, "engaging and professional content" - that is not this job. I get twenty of those applications a week and I delete all of them.

I need someone who lives inside AI video models.

THE WORK
We make short-form ads for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Up to 60 seconds. Every video is built from AI UGC clips, AI B-roll, sourced B-roll, AI voiceover, styled captions, and fast cuts in CapCut.

Per shift you deliver either:

• 5 to 7 finished videos, or
• up to 30 variants of videos that are already running (new first 3 seconds, new hook, swapped opening clip, new hook audio, different captions, different voice)

Most of them will fail. That is the point. We test volume to find the few that work, and then we hammer the winners with variants.

THE SHIFT
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. 4 days, 28 hours per week. $400/month. Remote.

WHAT I ACTUALLY WANT TO KNOW
Answer these in your application. Short answers are fine, real answers are required.

1. Which AI video models did you generate with this month? Name them and tell me what each one is good and bad at. If Veo 3 and Seedance 2.5 are not in your answer, tell me what you use instead and why it is better.
2. Your AI UGC character has to look like a real person filming on a phone, not a corporate avatar. What do you actually do to get that? Voice choice, framing, imperfections - be specific.
3. Give me one hook from your own work that beat the others. What was it, and why did it work on TikTok specifically?
4. Roughly what does it cost you in credits and minutes to produce one 30 second AI UGC ad end to end?

If you cannot answer #1 and #4 from memory, this role is not for you and we will both save time.
