START YOUR APPLICATION WITH THE WORDS "SCROLL STOP" IN CAPITAL LETTERS ON THE FIRST LINE, NOTHING BEFORE IT. Otherwise it gets deleted without reading. Some people can watch a TikTok and tell you inside two seconds why it worked. They know the difference between a video that looks good and a video that gets watched. They know polish usually hurts. That instinct is the hard part. The tools are the easy part - and we will fill in whatever you are missing there. WHAT YOU WOULD BE MAKING Short-form ads for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, under 60 seconds, built with AI: AI UGC talking-head clips, AI B-roll, sourced B-roll, AI voiceover, styled captions, fast cuts in CapCut. Each shift: 5 to 7 finished videos, or up to 30 variants of the ones already running. A variant is a new first 3 seconds, a different hook, a swapped opening clip, new hook audio, different captions, a different voice. We test a lot because most videos do not work. Finding the ones that do is the whole job. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. 28 hours per week. $400/month. Remote. TELL ME THIS 1. Send me a link to a short-form video - anyone's, not necessarily yours - and explain in your own words why it performed. Be specific about the first 3 seconds. 2. What AI video tools do you use right now? Name them honestly. If you have used Veo 3 or Seedance 2.5, say what you made with them. If you have not, say so - I would rather know. 3. Have you ever made something that got unusual reach or actually sold something? What was it and what were the numbers? 4. Can you work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday? Say yes or no plainly. THE TEST The video d ---------- this, not the writing. Make it here: ---------- Around 10 minutes if you know your tools. We pay for it if we can use it. Applications with no test video get skipped. Then apply here. First line: SCROLL STOP.

About the Role We're a boutique branding studio based in the Netherlands. We work at the intersection of brand identity, strategy, and design execution. Our brand and design work is built in Figma, and we're now bringing that work to life in motion for social and beyond. We're looking for a skilled motion designer to join us on a gig basis, with a clear path toward part-time and eventually full-time collaboration for the right person. Our graphic designer and creative lead design everything in Figma. Your job is to take those finished designs and turn them into motion: animated brand content, kinetic typography, logo reveals, and explainer graphics that feel as considered as the brands we build. This is not an entry-level role, and it is NOT for someone who just started animating and is looking to grow into the work. We need someone who has already done this at a high level, repeatedly, and can prove it with published work. What You'll Do Receive briefs via online meeting, written documentation, and finished Figma design files, then independently own the animation from static design to final motion Create animated brand content for social: kinetic typography, quote and statement reels, framework and process explainers, announcement and case-study pieces Produce logo animations, brand reveals, intros, outros, and motion stings from our identity systems Translate Figma designs faithfully into motion, respecting the original layout, type, and spacing Build reusable, editable animated templates so our best formats can be repeated across campaigns and clients Design transitions and motion polish, and add animated graphic layers where needed Deliver organised, well-structured project files (clean comps, logical naming, reusable pre-comps) and export to the correct specs for social (9:16) and web What This Role Is Not This is not primarily a footage-editing or videography role. We're after animated design, moving type, graphics, and brand motion built from our Figma work, not cutting and grading filmed clips. If you also edit footage, that's a bonus, but it is not the core of this role. It's not for someone who only assembles presets or templates without understanding brand logic. We provide brand deliverables and expect motion that feels intentional, not generic default animation. And it's not for someone who needs constant hand-holding. You receive the brief, ask the right questions upfront, and deliver, with proactive communication if questions come up. What We're Looking For Required: A strong showreel and portfolio of published motion design work that shows real craft in kinetic type, brand animation, and graphic motion. We will be looking at it critically Expert-level After Effects. This is the core tool of the role Excellent kinetic typography. You can animate type in a specific brand typeface so it feels designed, not defaulted The ability to work from Figma design files and translate static layouts faithfully into motion A strong sense of timing, easing, and pacing. Your animation should feel premium and considered, never stiff or templated Clean working habits: organised comps, logical naming, reusable pre-comps, editable project files Reliable communication in English, written and spoken Able to work independently from a brief with minimal back-and-forth Nice to have: A templated, systematic way of working. You structure and document your files so our best formats become repeatable, as we intend to systematise our content Illustrator experience and comfort preparing or adapting vector assets Lottie or web-export experience, and familiarity with motion for digital products A sense for sound, syncing motion to audio Editing ability (Premiere) for the occasional mixed piece Prior agency or brand content experience How We Work Together Every project starts with a briefing call where we walk you through the use case, goals, and brand direction. After the call, we provide written documentation and the finished Figma design files. From there, you own the animation. We expect proactive communication if questions come up. No silence until delivery. Compensation This starts as a gig engagement, paid hourly, based on experience and portfolio. We pay well for the right person. Strong collaborators will have the opportunity to move into a structured part-time role, and eventually a full-time position as the relationship grows. How to Apply Send us: Your showreel and portfolio, links to published, live motion work only. No unlisted mockups or static frames. We want to see what you've actually shipped A short introduction: your background, the types of projects you've worked on, the tools you're expert in, and your hourly rate expectation Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a paid test project, one short motion piece animated from a real Figma brief, before we move forward. Applications without a showreel will not be reviewed.

I am looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support me across both my businesses and personal life. This is not a traditional virtual assistant role where you will simply be given a checklist of repetitive tasks. I am looking for someone who can become a trusted extension of me — someone who is thoughtful, highly organized, resourceful, comfortable using AI, and able to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end. I own and operate multiple learning centers in the United States that keep me very busy. My days move quickly, and I need someone who can help bring structure, follow-through, and can communicate very well across many different areas. The right person will be trusted with sensitive information and will often communicate directly with parents, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders on my behalf. Judgment, discretion, and written communication are therefore extremely important. What You Will Help With 1. Executive & Personal Support Manage and organize my calendar Schedule appointments, meetings, travel, and personal bookings Research options and make thoughtful recommendations Complete forms and administrative paperwork accurately Track deadlines, follow-ups, renewals, appointments, and important dates Help manage personal projects and miscellaneous tasks Maintain organized records and documentation Follow up with people so things do not fall through the cracks 2. Inbox & Communication Management Help manage a high-volume email inbox Identify what is urgent, what needs my attention, and what can be handled independently Draft thoughtful email s in my voice Respond to routine email s on my behalf once trained Follow up with parents, employees, vendors, leads, and partners Maintain a professional, warm, and thoughtful tone in every interaction Ensure important conversations receive timely follow-up 3. Learning Center / Business Operations You will support several learning centers and may help with: Parent communication and follow-ups Enrollment and lead follow-up Scheduling and appointment coordination Vendor communication Staff scheduling and administrative follow-ups Tracking operational tasks across multiple locations Updating spreadsheets, documents, and internal trackers Preparing reports and organizing information Following up on invoices, payments, contracts, and paperwork Helping organize marketing initiatives and community outreach Maintaining confidential student, family, employee, and business information Identifying problems before they become bigger problems You do not need previous learning center experience. I care much more about how quickly you learn, how carefully you work, and how much ownership you take. What I Am Looking For You will likely be a great fit if you are: Extremely detail-oriented: you notice names, dates, numbers, attachments, deadlines, and inconsistencies An excellent written communicator: your English should be polished, natural, warm, and professional A problem solver: when something is unclear, you investigate and propose a solution rather than immediately asking what to do Highly trustworthy and discreet: you will have access to sensitive personal and business information AI-forward: you actively use tools such as ChatGPT or similar AI platforms to research, draft, organize, summarize, and work more efficiently Organized: you can manage many small moving pieces without losing track of them Proactive: you follow up without being reminded Comfortable with ambiguity: not every task will come with perfect instructions Calm under pressure: you can handle an upset customer or an urgent request thoughtfully Able to learn someone else's voice: eventually, an email written by you should sound like it came from me Comfortable owning mistakes: if something goes wrong, I expect transparency and a proposed solution rather than excuses Experience with some of these is helpful: Gmail Google Calendar Google Drive / Google Docs / Google Sheets ChatGPT and other AI tools Canva Specific software can be taught. Strong judgment and attention to detail are much harder to teach. Schedule: This position will begin at approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. You must be willing to work hours that provide meaningful overlap with the US Eastern Time Zone. For the right person, this role can become full-time after approximately three months. I am looking for someone who wants to grow into a long-term role rather than simply pick up a few freelance hours. Compensation: Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated capability. There will be an opportunity for increased responsibility, hours, and compensation for someone who consistently performs at a high level. IMPORTANT: How to Apply I receive many applications, so please do not send a generic cover letter. Instead, include the following in your application: Task 1 — Email Judgment A parent email s: “I’ve called your center twice and nobody got back to me. We came in for an assessment three weeks ago and were promised a call that evening. This feels extremely unprofessional.” Draft the response you would send on my behalf. Keep it under 200 words. Task 2 — Problem Solving Imagine I send you this message: “I need to take my mother to a doctor next Thursday afternoon. Find me three well-reviewed options within 20 minutes of my home, check whether they take her insurance, determine their earliest appointment availability, and put everything in a format where I can quickly choose.” In 5–8 bullet points, explain exactly how you would approach this task from beginning to end. Do not simply say, “I would research doctors.” I want to understand how you think. Task 3 — Attention to Detail At the very top of your application, write: Math + Judgment + Ownership Applications that do not include this line will not be considered. Task 4 — AI Tell me: Which AI tools you currently use One specific example of how AI has saved you time or improved your work One situation where you would NOT trust AI's answer without independently verifying it Task 5 — Your Work Style - Answer these briefly: What type of manager brings out your best work? Tell me about a time you caught a mistake before it became a bigger problem. Tell me about a situation where you were given an unclear task and figured out what to do. Are you comfortable working with confidential business and personal information? What hours can you consistently work in US Eastern Time? Please keep your entire application concise. Being able to communicate clearly without writing unnecessary paragraphs is part of the evaluation. One Final Note I care deeply about how people are treated. Many of the people you will communicate with are parents trusting us with their children, employees relying on us for clear communication, or people with whom I have long-standing professional relationships. Being fast is important. Being accurate is important. But being thoughtful, kind, and exercising good judgment is equally important. If you are someone who takes pride in doing things exceptionally well, enjoys solving problems, and wants to become an indispensable part of a growing operation, I would love to hear from you.

You’ll take on more complex projects with your own cinematic touch, handle edits with minimal supervision, and even begin guiding newer editors. Your work won’t just meet expectations — it’ll inspire. 5 Years & Beyond: Lead Editor (Pioneer Team Track) As part of the founding team, this is the fast track. You’ll set standards, refine SOPs, mentor juniors, and lead large or high-profile projects. You’ll have a direct hand in shaping AEF’s editing division as we grow. You’ll also have room to grow: as your skills sharpen and your impact increases, so will your pay. >> In your application, simply share your expected monthly salary range so we can assess fairly. >> How to Know You’re The Right Fit This Role Might Not Be For You If… You rely only on drag-and-drop templates and avoid learning real storytelling skills. You’re juggling multiple clients/ freelance gigs and can’t fully commit to one team. You struggle to meet deadlines or need constant hand-holding to finish projects. You see editing as “just a job” and don’t care about the emotions or impact behind your work. You’re not open to feedback, or you take it personally instead of using it to grow. This Role IS for You If… You don’t just want to edit videos — you want your edits to move people. You take ownership. Once trusted with a project, you’ll do your best to deliver, no excuses. You’re hungry to learn and grow — not content with being “good enough,” but aiming to be great. You’re looking for a long-term home where your work matters. >> Must-Have Requirements 3 EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THINGS: 1) Strong Command of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus!) You don’t need to be the world’s best yet — but you must already have a solid foundation in Premiere and the drive to sharpen your craft daily. If you love refining timelines, syncing audio to emotion, and experimenting with cuts that bring stories alive, you’ll fit right in. 2) Great Storytelling Taste & Attention to Detail Editing is more than just trimming clips — it’s about shaping moments into memories. You need an eye for pacing, music and emotional flow. Every detail matters — from transitions to color tones. If you find yourself obsessing over whether a cut feels “just right,” you’re our kind of editor. 3) Reliable Setup & Professional Commitment This is a full-time role, so you’ll need a capable PC/ laptop built for video editing, a stable internet connection, and the discipline to work independently from home. ROLE OVERVIEW We advertise heavily on Meta and Google, and creative volume is our single biggest constraint. Winning ad accounts run on a constant supply of fresh creative, and we need someone producing that supply every day. AI does the production. You bring the judgment. Anyone can generate images, but tools left on their own produce variations of the same thing, and that is exactly what stops working on Meta. We need someone who studies what other brands are running, pulls ideas apart, combines concepts, and comes back with genuinely different creative. You will work directly with the founder and marketing team. We pay above market and expect above market work. WHAT YOU'LL DO Produce high volumes of static ad creative for Meta and Google campaigns, plus organic social and the Shopify store Write prompts in Claude, generate in Higgsfield or similar tools, and iterate until the product looks exactly right Research what other brands in our space are running, learn from it, adapt it, and combine concepts into something new. This is the part of the job AI cannot do Work from product reference photos so every image depicts our product accurately. This is the part most people get wrong Create genuine concept variety: different models, backgrounds, settings, formats. We never reuse an image Turn written creative briefs into finished, ready-to-run assets Support promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns with dedicated creative Light cleanup and text overlay work when an image needs it ABOUT RUFFROVER RuffRover is a fast-growing US-based ecommerce pet travel brand. You can look at an ad and explain why it works, then build something different that works for the same reason Attention to product detail. If a strap or flap is in the wrong place, you should notice before we do Speed. Volume-first. We would rather have 20 good images than 2 perfect ones Comfortable with hands-on batch production and fast regeneration when something comes out wrong Work independently, take ownership, move fast Reliable English over Slack and WhatsApp, stable internet, your own computer NICE TO HAVE Direct response ad creative for Meta or Google Understanding of hooks, angles, and what makes a scroll-stopping static Experience with competitor research or ad library tools CapCut or basic video editing Photoshop or Canva for retouching and overlays Pet, lifestyle, or DTC brand experience WHY JOIN RUFFROVER Fully remote with high creative ownership.
