Meta Ads Uploader / Ad Account VA

We're a fast-growing DTC brand that grew from $0 to $1.4M in 90 days. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Media Buying VA to handle the uploading and launching of our Meta ads.

What you'll do:

Upload and launch ads in Meta Ads Manager exactly to our specifications (campaigns, ad sets, creatives, copy - SOP Provided)
Duplicate, rename, and organise campaigns/ad sets following our structure and naming conventions
Set budgets, audiences, and placements as instructed
Launch new creatives consistently as they're handed to you (we launch high volume, often)
Turn ads on/off, adjust budgets, and make changes when we tell you to
Keep the ad account tidy and correctly labelled

What we need:

Hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager (you know the interface cold)
Fast, accurate, and detail-obsessed. No mistakes in budgets, targeting, or launch settings
Follows instructions precisely and doesn't freelance or "improve" without being asked
Reliable and responsive, able to upload on short notice when creatives are ready
Fully remote, fluent in English
Bonus: familiar with high-volume creative testing setups
