This role supports Amazon content creators and online entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses and expand their teams. The position combines content management, basic video editing, product research, brand outreach, and administrative support.

We're looking for someone who can help prepare a growing brand for long-term growth and scalability by streamlining operations, strengthening systems, and expanding its market reach and visibility. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and consistent, with the ability to support brand messaging, strategic product research, and video editing.

Successful candidates must complete a paid 40-hour training program before transitioning to their assigned client. Training is paid at a flat rate of $125 USD and runs from September 28 - October 2, 2026, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT, including a one-hour lunch break. Full attendance, active participation, and completion of all learning assessments are required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Message and communicate with brands professionally, assisting with outreach, follow-ups, and partnership coordination
• Apply product research strategies to identify content, review, and growth opportunities
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content
• Manage and maintain published product content, including videos, product links, collections, and page organization
• Organize footage, creative assets, documents, and project files
• Upload, schedule, publish, and update content across designated platforms
• Create simple graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets using Canva
• Maintain spreadsheets, outreach records, databases, and operational trackers
• Follow documented processes and contribute to workflow improvements
• Support YouTube content organization and optimization as the role develops

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• At least 1 year of long-form video editing experience
• Ability to adapt to a creator's existing editing style while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Intermediate proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Experience with content scheduling, publishing, or content management
• Experience managing content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook , Pinterest, and TikTok
• Proficiency in Canva and a basic understanding of graphic design principles
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
• Confidence using AI and productivity tools
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and learn new systems quickly
• Confidence communicating professionally with clients, brands, and business partners
• Reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 100 Mbps and a professional remote work setup
• Must be comfortable with Hubstaff installed and used for productivity monitoring, time tracking, and payroll

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience supporting content creators, influencers, or online businesses
• Background in administrative support, content coordination, social media support, or community management
• Experience with brand outreach or partnership coordination
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or the Amazon Influencer Program

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $500 to $1000 USD per month, depending on experience and skills
• Paid 40-hour training program at a flat rate of $125 USD
