Maolingo is an online teaching platform based in China, and dedicated to teaching English. Starting with Chinese students, we aim to expand to other Asian Countries and offer online classes. We leverage the latest technology for engaging lessons and teacher training, creating a supportive community for learners and educators.

Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in students' lives from the comfort of your own home? Maolingo is seeking dedicated ESL tutors to join our growing remote teaching team!

Compensation: Php 12,500.00 - 30,000.00/month
Basic class rate: Php 50.00 - 70.00/hr
Premium class rate: Php150.00 - 192.00/hr
Incentives: Php2,000.00 - Php6,000/ month

Teaching schedule option:

Shift A
Work days: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun | 7:30 am - 12:00 noon
Rest days: Mon | Tue

Shift B
Work days: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun | 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm
Rest days: Mon | Tue

Shift C (Not Available)

Shift D
Work days: Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun | 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm
Rest days: Thurs | Fri

Shift E
Work days: Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun | 7:30 am - 12:00 noon
Rest days: Thurs | Fri

Qualifications:
English Major or Communication graduate preferred, but not required
Fluent to advanced English communication skills
ESL teaching experience is a plus, especially with Chinese students and learners from diverse backgrounds such as Koreans, Japanese, Taiwanese, etc.,
Proficiency with digital tools and online teaching platforms
Reliable, honest, and engaging and positive personality
Professional camera & microphone, stable internet connection with backup for emergencies, and a quiet, professional workspace
