Social Media Growth VA for California Assisted Living Academy

We are hiring a part-time Social Media Growth Virtual Assistant for Aspirations Assisted Living Academy, an approved California ARF Initial Certification Training Program vendor.

We already have 16 students enrolled in our first class beginning September 12. Now we need someone who can help us increase visibility, generate qualified leads, and promote all Academy services.

This is not a basic posting position. We need someone who understands social media growth and how to turn content into inquiries, consultations, and enrollments.

• TikTok
• LinkedIn

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a consistent weekly content schedule
• Repurpose videos across all four platforms
• Study & repurpose viral videos for Assisted Living
• Write strong hooks, captions, and calls to action
• Research trends relevant to assisted living, ARF licensing, healthcare entrepreneurship, and business ownership
• Create Reels, short-form videos, carousels, and educational posts
• Promote our courses, digital products, consultations, and assisted living business services
• Respond to comments and direct potential clients into our sales funnel
• Track reach, engagement, leads, inquiries, and enrollments
• Recommend growth opportunities based on performance
• Provide a simple weekly analytics and lead report

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience growing service-based or education brands
• Understands Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Can edit short-form videos in CapCut or similar software
• Understands lead generation, not just follower growth
• Has excellent written English and strong attention to detail
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with healthcare, assisted living, online education, or business coaching is a plus

This is a part-time contractor position with the opportunity to grow as the Academy expands.
