Social Media Content Producer (x3)

Confidential employer

Full-Time | Remote | Philippines Based You watch a 10-minute video and immediately see the 15-second hook, the YouTube cut, three Reels, a blog angle, and the Reddit post. You understand modern editing, hooks, pacing, captions, thumbnails, titles, and platform culture. You stay current without blindly chasing trends or making everything feel over-edited or corny. Most importantly, you have TASTE. If that's how your brain works, keep reading. Who We Are Rareform Audio is a music and audio company specializing in music for movie trailers, advertising, film, TV, games, and content. We're building a small team of creators, editors, and social-media natives who can each take ownership of a different content lane. When you apply, tell us which role you're applying for: The Foundry | Music Products & Composer Content Our brand new product company creating professional instruments and sounds for composers and music producers. Music production experience is required. You'll work inside a DAW using our instruments and sounds, play through and demonstrate products, screen record content, and turn those sessions into videos and posts for composers and producers. Nathan Fields | Personal Brand Content Long-form and short-form content around composing, music production, sound design, entrepreneurship, the music business, and building creative companies. You'll turn long-form content into clips, posts, blogs, and platform-specific content while helping develop new ideas. Rareform PM | Creator & Music Platform Content Our production music platform for content creators. You'll create daily videos, clips, blogs, and educational content around music for creators, including topics like scoring your own content, choosing music, and improving videos with sound. This position may begin within the next 1–2 months, but we're interested in meeting the right people now. The Role We don't want someone who needs a detailed checklist for every post. We want a creative who can eventually know their content lane better than we do. You'll create and repurpose content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and our websites. That includes short and long-form video, blogs, thumbnails, graphics, captions, titles, and platform-specific posts. Just as importantly, you'll bring us ideas, identify opportunities we're missing, and help determine what we should be making, not just execute what you're given. What We're Looking For Strong modern video editing skills Great instincts for hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling Strong writing and social media copy A sharp visual eye and good design taste Deep understanding of current social platforms and trends Ability to turn one idea or piece of content into multiple formats Highly organized and able to maintain a consistent posting schedule Self-directed, creative, proactive, and comfortable bringing your own ideas Taste matters. We want content that feels current, premium, creative, and human. We don't want unnecessary zooms, giant captions, sound effects, and transitions just because they're trending. Know when those things make the content better and when they don't. Who Fits Our Team We build our team around infinite learners, self-directed problem solvers, and people with high standards of excellence. Trustworthy. Driven. Accountable. Curious. Creative. If you need to be told exactly what to do every day or see social media as a mechanical posting job, this isn't the right role. How to Apply Apply here only: ---------- / ---------- social-media You'll need to include a 3–5 minute Loom video with your application. Don't make it a generic introduction. Show us what you've done. In your Loom: 1. Tell us which role you're applying for. If you're a strong fit for more than one, tell us. 2. Show us your best previous work: videos, accounts, campaigns, blogs, thumbnails, brands, etc. 3. Pick something you've created and walk us through your creative decisions. What was the hook? Who was the audience? Why did you approach it that way? 4. Tell us how you would approach this role. What would you create, post, test, or improve? 5. Tell us why we should trust you to eventually own this content lane. If you're applying for The Foundry, show us your music production skills too. Open your DAW, show us something you've made, and tell us about your production experience. Include links to your strongest previous work as well. Applications without a Loom video and examples of previous work will not be reviewed. Please note that our OnlineJobs.ph account is only active for a limited time. Job Code: 260805B_Music Coordinator / Admin Assistant (RAxBSM) Full-Time | Remote | 5am-12pm Philippines Time Starting Rate: $4-$6/hour Please note that our account here is only active for a limited time. After that, we won't be able to respond to messages and our links will be deactivated. If you're coming across this after the fact, search for Rareform Audio online and reach out to us directly through our website. Please read this post carefully before applying. Attention to detail is very important for this role. To apply, you must submit a Loom video link through the application form below. If you do not include a Loom link specifically, your application will not be considered. Please do not send a Google Drive link, Dropbox link, YouTube link, or written-only application instead. Apply here: ---------- Who We Are Rareform Audio and Black Sheep Music are a music and sound company specializing in music for movie trailers, advertising, film, TV, and media. We create and license music for major campaigns around the world, and we work with clients who often need things quickly, clearly, and professionally. We are a small company, so people on our team often wear multiple hats depending on their strengths. We like growing with the people we invest in. More than anything, we are looking for someone sharp, reliable, accountable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The Role We are looking for a Music Coordinator / Admin Assistant to help coordinate projects between our clients and our internal team. This is not a high-level music supervisor role. You do not need to be an expert in trailer music, playlisting, or music licensing. Music production skills are a huge plus, but they are not required. The most important thing is that you are organized, trustworthy, responsive, and able to help keep things moving. You will help with client requests, stem deliveries, project notes, team follow-ups, file organization, and general coordination. Over time, the role may grow based on your strengths. Hours The required schedule is Monday-Friday, 5am-12pm Philippines time, which is 2pm-9pm Los Angeles time during daylight savings. This gives us overlap with Los Angeles clients and allows us to handle time-sensitive requests while the U.S. workday is still active. What You’ll Help With Coordinating client requests between our clients and team Helping with stem requests, instrumentals, alternate mixes, and file deliveries Organizing project details, notes, links, files, and follow-ups Communicating clearly with our internal team of composers and roster of talent Making sure requests do not fall through the cracks Helping with basic admin, research, and outreach tasks when needed Supporting Rareform Audio and Black Sheep Music across different projects What We’re Looking For An infinite learner Excellent written English Strong attention to detail Reliable and accountable Organized and able to track multiple moving pieces Comfortable with Gmail, Notion, Dropbox and online tools Able to follow instructions carefully Able to work independently once trained Interested in music, media, trailers, film, TV, advertising, or creative work Willing to learn new systems and improve over time Musical experience is a plus, especially if you produce music, sing, play an instrument, edit videos, create content, or have worked around artists, labels, studios, playlists, or music promotion. But the main thing we need is someone sharp who can help us coordinate and stay organized. This Role Is a Good Fit If You enjoy helping things stay organized You are careful with details You communicate clearly You take ownership of your work You like learning new things You are calm and professional You want to grow with a small creative company This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If You do not follow instructions carefully You need constant supervision for every small step You are careless with spelling, communication, or details You are not available from 5am-12pm Philippines time You are looking for a role with no responsibility You are not interested in music or creative work How to Apply Please apply through this form, not through messages on this website: ---------- In your Loom video, please answer these 3 questions: 1. Tell us a little about yourself, your background, and why this role interests you. 2. Show us one project or piece of work you are proud of. Impress us.. What's something interesting you have created, This could be a spreadsheet, Canva design, music project, YouTube upload, research list, admin system, social media work, video, outreach campaign, or anything else you personally worked on. Tell us what the goal was, what you did, and what the result was. 3. Why do you think you would be a strong fit for a music coordination / admin assistant role? The Loom video does not need to be fancy. We just want to hear you communicate clearly, follow instructions, and show us something real that you have done. Again, applications without a Loom video link will not be considered. We are not looking for a perfect resume. We are looking for someone sharp, reliable, honest, detail-oriented, and excited to grow.

Medical Care Coordinator & Program Accountability Coach — Eczema Practice (Long-Term, Medical Experience Required)

Confidential employer

Job overview: Type: Part-time, 22–24 hours a week, growing with us Pay: $7–9/hour depending on experience — 22–24 hours a week, roughly $665–855 a month Hours: 8:00am–12:00pm Pacific, Monday to Friday. Monday starts 2–4 hours earlier. Skills: Healthcare admin, excellent spoken and written English, careful and warm Please read this part first: I've posted a couple of roles recently and I'm replacing both of them with this one. I'd been looking for two people — someone to coordinate care, and someone separate to support our members week to week. Having talked to a lot of candidates, it's clear this should be one job. The person who books the appointments, sends the lab kits, and knows who hasn't collected theirs is the same person who should be reading our members' journals. Nobody coming to it cold could write anything useful. So this is one role, more hours, and a better job than either of the two it replaces. I'm also being much stricter about who I'm asking to apply, because I had far more applications than I could work through last time — most from people with no healthcare background. Please only apply if all three of these are true: You have medical or healthcare experience — nursing, medical technology, pharmacy, healthcare administration, medical VA work, or similar You can send a short video introduction, described at the bottom The night shift genuinely works for your life, long-term If any of those is a no, please don't apply. I'll only be reading applications that include the video and the writing sample, and I'd rather not waste your time. A strong plus: experience or study in nutrition, wellness, or functional health. If you applied to either of my earlier posts: this one replaces them both and I'm not working from those applications any more. If you meet the requirements above, please apply again here and follow all the steps at the bottom. I'll read it properly this time. About us: Hi — I'm Dr. Diane Angela Fong, a naturopathic doctor in California. I run Cleanbody, a practice and education program for people with severe eczema and other chronic diseases. Most of the people who find us have been struggling for years. They've tried steroids, elimination diets, and a dozen creams that didn't work. By the time they reach us they're exhausted and they've mostly stopped believing anything will help. We run lab testing to find what's actually driving their skin, then a twelve-week program to fix it. The program works — but only if people stay with it. And the hardest week isn't the first. It's week six, when their skin flares, they're discouraged, and nobody notices they've quietly stopped. This role has two halves. Most of the week you keep the practice running. On Mondays, you're the person who notices. Your week: Monday — 6 to 8 hours. You start earlier and work through to noon Pacific. Messages pile up over the weekend, so you clear those first, then move on to the journals. If you don't finish them, they carry into Tuesday — better done properly than done fast. Tuesday to Friday — 4 hours, 8:00am to 12:00pm Pacific. Coordination, callbacks, and any journals left over. In Manila time that's 11:00pm–3:00am from March to November, and midnight–4:00am from November to March. The two halves: Responsibility #1: Patient Care Coordination — every day You keep everything moving so I can focus on patients. Returning calls. We don't get many and most go to voi cemail — your job is to call people back during the morning window. Appointment questions, kit questions, rescheduling. Scheduling and rescheduling Sending lab kits and tracking whether they've been collected and posted Chasing the people who haven't collected. This is the single most common reason someone's care stalls, and preventing it is worth more than almost anything else you'll do. Entering results into the chart when they arrive Documenting supplement refills Producing superbills on request Issuing and revoking member discount codes Answering routine questions by email — never clinical ones Responsibility #2: Accountability coaching — Mondays Our members keep a journal each week: how they slept, what they ate, whether they took their supplements, how their skin feels. They submit by Sunday night. Every Monday you read all of them and write back to each person. You tell them what they're doing well. You ask what's getting in the way. You remind them that week six is hard for almost everybody and that they're not behind. Then you send me a short report: anything I need to know, who's gone quiet, who's stalled, the three questions that came up most, and one win worth reading out. I use that report to plan the live call I run mid-week, so what you send me shapes what our members hear. I'll need that report by the end of your Tuesday shift. Why this is one job and not two: you already know this member's results came back last week, that they've reordered twice, and that they cancelled a visit in October. Someone reading their journal cold couldn't write anything specific. You can. The line you never cross: You are not giving medical advice. Not on the phone, not in writing, not in either half of this role. You never comment on symptoms, interpret a lab result, suggest a supplement, or answer a question about someone's protocol. That's my job and I'm the only one who can do it. I'll train you thoroughly on exactly where the line sits and give you approved wording for everything that comes up. Safe: "You've logged six hours' sleep for two weeks — what's getting in the way?" Not safe: "Your flare might be the eggs." or "Maybe try half the dose." You comment on what the person did, never on what their body is doing. This is harder on a call than in writing, because someone will ask you directly and you'll want to help. You'll have a scripted answer ready for exactly that. Anything urgent reaches me automatically through our system, so you are never responsible for catching an emergency. Your job is noticing patterns, not crises — that's a relief, not a restriction. What you need: Required: A medical or health background. Nursing, medical technology, pharmacy, nutrition, physical therapy, healthcare administration, or medical VA work. This is not negotiable — you'll be handling lab kits, results, and refill documentation, and you need to already understand what you're looking at. Clear spoken English. You'll be calling patients in the US, and they need to understand you easily the first time. Excellent written English — warm and natural, not stiff or formal Genuinely careful. In this work, small errors matter. Comfortable following a script and escalating rather than improvising A headset and a quiet room for calls. Not a laptop microphone, not a shared space. Reliable internet, and Mondays genuinely free — that's the day the week depends on Able to commit long-term. This role grows as we grow. Nice to have: Personal or family experience with eczema, or another chronic skin condition. This matters more than anything else on this list. If you've lived with it, or watched someone you love live with it, you already understand something I can't teach. Experience with an EHR or patient portal Nutrition, wellness, or functional health — study or work experience. You'll be surrounded by this material and it helps enormously to already speak the language. Social media or video editing. I publish a lot — YouTube, reels, a podcast — and if you can edit or schedule content, there's more work here for you and it's how this role grows fastest. Not required: Any US credential Availability outside the morning window Weekend or evening work — there is none What it's like to work here: We're small. We will be a two person team supporting our patients. I'm direct about what I need, I don't micromanage, and I would far rather you ask than guess. I'm expecting a baby in March 2027 and I'll be on leave from March to June. During those four months you'll be the main point of contact our members have. That's exactly why I want to hire and train someone properly now rather than scrambling in February — and it's why I'm looking for someone who wants a long-term role rather than a stopgap. There's a bonus in July 2027 for being here continuously through that period. I'd rather say that up front than hope. Pay: $7–9/hour depending on experience — 22–24 hours a week, roughly $665–855 a month Paid twice monthly, in USD 13th month bonus, as standard Paid 15-minute break each shift; 30-minute unpaid meal break on Mondays Pay is reviewed as you take on more, and there are more hours available over time — particularly if you can help with content or if our patient and membership base grows How to apply: Please don't send a generic application — I read every one myself and I can tell. My website is www.cleanbody.health if you want more information about my practice before you complete these items. Send me: 1. A short note about your background and why this kind of work appeals to you. Not your CV. 2. This writing sample. Here is a member's journal entry from their sixth week: "Honestly this week was rough. My skin flared up worse than it's been in a month and I don't know why. I've been doing everything — I haven't had dairy in five weeks, I'm taking all the supplements, I'm sleeping better than I was. And it still got worse. I'm starting to wonder if this is worth it. I skipped my journal a few days because I didn't want to write it down." Write your reply. Around 100–150 words. Remember: you're not a doctor. You cannot tell them why their skin flared, what to change, or whether the dairy is the problem. What you can do is notice what they've done, acknowledge how it feels, and help them keep going. 3. A short video — 2 minutes, no more. Just you talking to your phone camera. Tell me who you are and why you'd be good at this. It doesn't need to be polished; I'm not judging your lighting. I want to hear how you speak about people

Maintain accurate attributes across the catalog (size, dimensions, materials/ingredients fields, pack quantity, compliance fields). FBA and FBM operations Own both fulfillment channels: keep FBA and FBM offers correctly set up, in stock, and live on the right ASINs. FBA: manage FNSKUs and labeling, build and track inbound shipment plans, clear stranded and unfulfillable inventory, file and chase reimbursement claims for lost or damaged units, and watch restock limits, IPI, and aged-inventory exposure. FBM: maintain shipping templates, handling time, and availability so merchant-fulfilled offers stay competitive, and coordinate dispatch with our warehouse and ShipStation flow. Protect the fulfillment metrics our listings depend on: late shipment rate, valid tracking rate, on-time delivery rate, and cancellation rate. Flag which SKUs belong on FBA vs FBM and switch them when stock position or economics change. Submit and follow up on FBA fee and dimension/weight disputes. Catalog health and troubleshooting Monitor and fix suppressed, stranded, inactive, and incomplete listings, and get them live again fast. Diagnose and resolve catalog defects: merged or split ASINs, duplicates, wrong category, overwritten content, and variation errors. Open, escalate, and follow through on Seller Support and Brand Registry cases until they are actually resolved, not just closed. Watch for unauthorized changes, listing hijacks, and content overwrites, and act on them. Bulk operations and data hygiene Run bulk updates via flat files and inventory loader templates without breaking live listings. Keep a clean, reconciled source of truth for SKUs, ASINs, and FNSKUs across our systems. Audit the catalog on a regular cadence and close gaps before they cost us sessions or the Buy Box. Brand and content operations Maintain Brand Registry, A+ Content modules, and the Brand Store, aligned to our approved copy and imagery. Make sure images and detail-page content meet Amazon's requirements. Coordinate with our listing SEO, advertising, and creative teams so the catalog supports what they are running. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 2+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central catalog work for a brand or agency (beyond basic data entry). Hands-on with both FBA and FBM: inbound shipment plans, FNSKU and labeling, stranded inventory and reimbursements on the FBA side; shipping templates, handling time, and tracking/on-time metrics on the FBM side. Genuinely fluent with flat files, inventory templates, variation families, and bulk uploads. You have rebuilt a broken variation family before. Track record recovering suppressed, stranded, and mis-categorized listings. Comfortable driving Seller Support and Brand Registry cases to resolution. Strong attention to detail, organized, confident in Excel or Google Sheets. Clear written English, and you flag problems early instead of sitting on them. NICE TO HAVE Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Brand Store experience. Seller Fulfilled Prime or Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, or other marketplace catalog experience. Experience coordinating with a 3PL or in-house warehouse (we run ShipStation). Wellness, personal-care, or supplement category experience and its documentation requirements. Comfort using AI tools to speed up repetitive catalog work. DETAILS Full-time, remote (Philippines). Overlap with US business hours, as coordinated with your lead. Compensation: Based on Experience. HOW TO APPLY Apply via our careers page (includes a short 60-second Loom): ---------- In your application, tell us about one thing you personally fixed: a broken listing or variation family, or a stranded or stuck FBA inventory situation. What was wrong, what you did, and how long it took to get it live or recovered. No ghosting, we reply to everyone.
