Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote | Philippines based ONLY
Salary Range: Php 190,000 per month
A MUST: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience

We’re looking for talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our remote-first team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for
building and maintaining responsive, high-performing full- stack web applications using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and
Supabase.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Work with Supabase (PostgreSQL) to design, query, and optimise relational database schemas.
• Integrate third-party APIs, including reading, understanding, and applying API documentation.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces with Tailwind CSS.
• Utilise AI-powered tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, and similar) to accelerate development while

maintaining high code quality and exercising sound engineering judgment over AI-generated output.

• Collaborate with other developers and/or stakeholders to refine requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver features on agreed timelines.
• Work with background jobs and scheduled tasks using Inngest (or similar services) for cron-like and event-driven workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack, including in production environments.
• Produce clear technical documentation for features, architectural decisions, and processes.
• Communicate proactively and clearly within a remote team, including written updates and participation in online meetings across UK-Philippines time zones.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Experience with Supabase or relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Ability to read and integrate third-party API documentation
• Strong understanding of Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining engineering judgment and security best practices

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with React Native and mobile development tools (Expo, Xcode, Android Studio)
• Experience with Inngest or similar background job / cron orchestration tools
• Familiarity with Vercel serverless and edge functions
