About the Role

Full-Time | Remote | Philippines Based

You watch a 10-minute video and immediately see the 15-second hook, the YouTube cut, three Reels, a blog angle, and the Reddit post.

You understand modern editing, hooks, pacing, captions, thumbnails, titles, and platform culture. You stay current without blindly chasing trends or making everything feel over-edited or corny.

Most importantly, you have TASTE.

If that's how your brain works, keep reading.

Who We Are

Rareform Audio is a music and audio company specializing in music for movie trailers, advertising, film, TV, games, and content.

We're building a small team of creators, editors, and social-media natives who can each take ownership of a different content lane.

When you apply, tell us which role you're applying for:

The Foundry | Music Products & Composer Content

Our brand new product company creating professional instruments and sounds for composers and music producers. Music production experience is required. You'll work inside a DAW using our instruments and sounds, play through and demonstrate products, screen record content, and turn those sessions into videos and posts for composers and producers.

Nathan Fields | Personal Brand Content

Long-form and short-form content around composing, music production, sound design, entrepreneurship, the music business, and building creative companies. You'll turn long-form content into clips, posts, blogs, and platform-specific content while helping develop new ideas.

Rareform PM | Creator & Music Platform Content

Our production music platform for content creators. You'll create daily videos, clips, blogs, and educational content around music for creators, including topics like scoring your own content, choosing music, and improving videos with sound. This position may begin within the next 1–2 months, but we're interested in meeting the right people now.

The Role

We don't want someone who needs a detailed checklist for every post. We want a creative who can eventually know their content lane better than we do.

You'll create and repurpose content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and our websites. That includes short and long-form video, blogs, thumbnails, graphics, captions, titles, and platform-specific posts.

Just as importantly, you'll bring us ideas, identify opportunities we're missing, and help determine what we should be making, not just execute what you're given.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong modern video editing skills
  • Great instincts for hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling
  • Strong writing and social media copy
  • A sharp visual eye and good design taste
  • Deep understanding of current social platforms and trends
  • Ability to turn one idea or piece of content into multiple formats
  • Highly organized and able to maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Self-directed, creative, proactive, and comfortable bringing your own ideas

Taste matters. We want content that feels current, premium, creative, and human. We don't want unnecessary zooms, giant captions, sound effects, and transitions just because they're trending. Know when those things make the content better and when they don't.

Who Fits Our Team

We build our team around infinite learners, self-directed problem solvers, and people with high standards of excellence.

Trustworthy. Driven. Accountable. Curious. Creative.

If you need to be told exactly what to do every day or see social media as a mechanical posting job, this isn't the right role.

How to Apply

Apply here only:

---------- / ---------- social-media

You'll need to include a 3–5 minute Loom video with your application.

Don't make it a generic introduction. Show us what you've done.

In your Loom:

1. Tell us which role you're applying for. If you're a strong fit for more than one, tell us.
2. Show us your best previous work: videos, accounts, campaigns, blogs, thumbnails, brands, etc.
3. Pick something you've created and walk us through your creative decisions. What was the hook? Who was the audience? Why did you approach it that way?
4. Tell us how you would approach this role. What would you create, post, test, or improve?
5. Tell us why we should trust you to eventually own this content lane.

If you're applying for The Foundry, show us your music production skills too. Open your DAW, show us something you've made, and tell us about your production experience.

Include links to your strongest previous work as well.

Applications without a Loom video and examples of previous work will not be reviewed.

Please note that our OnlineJobs.ph account is only active for a limited time. If you're finding this posting later and we're no longer responding here, search for Rareform Audio online and contact us directly through our website.
