eCommerce eMail and SMS Specialist

Confidential employer

TALENTA Commerce TALENTA Commerce is a managed ecommerce agency. We build and run Shopify and BigCommerce stores, then own retention: lifecycle email , SMS, segmentation, copy, and reporting. We need an ecommerce email specialist for client work in Klaviyo and Omnisend. You will audit accounts, rebuild flows, write copy, launch campaigns, and report results. You will not just turn on templates. This is not a VA role, not social media, and not an AI drafting job. You need to understand ecommerce strategy, automation logic, list hygiene, deliverability, and conversion copy. What you will do Audit Klaviyo and Omnisend accounts: flows, campaigns, segments, forms, suppressions, deliverability, and revenue attribution Rebuild core lifecycle flows: welcome, browse abandonment, abandoned cart and checkout, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP, and sunset Build segments that operators can actually use: RFM, engagement, product affinity, AOV, first-time vs repeat, subscription vs one-time Write brand-fit email and SMS copy. Generic AI copy will not pass review. Build and QA email s across desktop, mobile, dark mode, and image-off. Clean links and UTMs required. Create 90-day campaign calendars tied to launches, seasonality, and inventory Set up reporting that matters: flow revenue, campaign revenue per recipient, click-to-purchase, unsub and spam rates, quality of list growth Find and fix deliverability issues: authentication, warmup, bounce and complaint hygiene, engagement-based sending Work across multiple client accounts. Bring recommendations before anyone asks. Requirements Real ecommerce email experience. DTC, Shopify, or BigCommerce preferred. Advanced production work in Klaviyo and Omnisend. Deep skill in one plus real work in the other is acceptable. Recipe editing is not. You can build flows from scratch and explain the logic. Strong written English and conversion copy. Portfolio of campaigns and automations you personally built. Results you can defend: revenue, RPR, recovery rate, or repeat purchase lift. Open rate alone is not a result. Practical knowledge of list hygiene, suppressions, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, Apple Mail Privacy Protection, and ecommerce rules under CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR. You know how to stop duplicate sends when flows overlap or when a brand is moving platforms. You can work independently, document what you did, and talk clearly with an agency owner and clients. Helpful, not required Shopify Plus, Recharge or other subscription tools, BigCommerce SMS inside Klaviyo or Omnisend Enough HTML/CSS to fix broken email layouts Agency experience across more than one brand How to apply Subject line: TALENTA Commerce eMail Specialist — [YOUR NAME] Start the application with this exact sentence: I build ecommerce email systems. Then include all of the following: A short summary of your ecommerce email work: platforms, store types, and what you personally owned. Two examples of email s or flows you built. Screenshots, Loom, or anonymized exports are fine. Label each one Klaviyo or Omnisend. One measurable result you owned. Include the baseline, the change, and what you did. Short written answers to 2 of the following questions: (Pick any two) How do you stop a customer from getting an abandoned checkout email and a campaign for the same product on the same day? A client’s open rates fall 25% in two weeks. What do you check first, and in what order? What is the difference between an engaged segment and a purchased-in-last-90-days segment, and when do you use each? When do you use a metric-triggered flow, a date-property flow, and a segment-triggered flow? How do you keep email , SMS, and push from colliding inside one automation? How do you write a welcome series that is not “here is 10% off” in email one? Your availability and how you prefer to bill: hourly, project, or retainer. A 2 to 4 minute video introducing yourself and walking through one automation you built. Hide confidential data. If the opening sentence, examples, result, or written answers are missing, the application will not be reviewed. Do not apply if your main experience is VA work, inbox admin, data entry, social posting, or generating email s with ChatGPT. Work usually starts with a paid audit on one account. Strong work turns into ongoing Klaviyo and Omnisend client work.

Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Virtual Assistant Services

Confidential employer

We're hiring commission-based appointment setters to book qualified discovery calls for our virtual assistant services with US business owners. Your job is to get decision-makers on the phone, spark real interest in offloading work to a VA, and book them into our sales calendar. Leads are provided. You'll work through company-supplied lead lists, and you're welcome to source your own if you want to expand your pipeline (and your earnings). This role rewards quality bookings, not busy work. We're not looking for someone who slams the calendar with meetings that never happen. We want appointments that turn into real conversations with real prospects. What You'll Do Work through company-provided lead lists by phone Source your own leads when you want to expand pipeline Cold call US business owners in English — live, without a script to hide behind Qualify prospects against our criteria before booking anything Book discovery calls, confirm them, and chase no-shows to a reschedule Follow up on every warm lead until you get a clear yes or no Log every call, every outcome, every note in our CRM cleanly enough for someone else to pick up cold Report daily on activity: dials made, conversations had, meetings booked What We're Looking For Required: Tremendous spoken English. You'll be calling US business owners live. Clear accent is fine — hesitation, filler, and broken phrasing are not. Real cold calling experience — proven dials, proven bookings Honesty about your numbers. We track everything on our side — dials, connects, show-up rates. Padded activity ends the engagement immediately. If you report it, it needs to be real. Self-driven. You don't need a manager standing over you to keep dialing. You already know what needs to happen when the phone goes quiet. Comfortable with rejection and picking the phone back up Reliable internet, quiet workspace, clean-audio headset Availability overlapping US business hours Nice to have: Experience booking appointments for agencies, staffing firms, or B2B services Experience with dialers (Ricochet, Quo, Aircall, or similar) and CRMs (GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot) LinkedIn outreach experience to warm up cold prospects A track record with actual numbers attached — dials per day, connect rate, booking rate, show rate Hours & Schedule Full-time or part-time — you tell us your availability and we hold you to it Minimum commitment: 4 hours/day during US business hours If you commit to 4 hours, we expect 4 hours of real dialing — not 4 hours of logged-in time If you commit to 8, same rule Compensation Commission-based — competitive structure, uncapped Full details discussed during the interview Payouts are tied to appointments that convert into real conversations with clients — quality over volume Top performers earn significantly more than any fixed-salary equivalent How to Apply Send your application to: ---------- Include: Updated CV Short video intro in English — introduce yourself and walk us through the best appointment-setting or cold calling result you've ever produced, with real numbers (dials, meetings booked, show rate) Your typical daily activity — how many dials you make, connect rate, booking rate Your availability — full-time or part-time, and what hours you can commit to US time Applications without a video intro will not be reviewed.
