Recruiter (Remote, Part-time) — Immediate Hiring

Pay: $60 commission per successful hire (a hire is "successful" once the candidate completes training and starts working)
Schedule: Flexible hours during the day, must attend scheduled meetings, daily accomplishment report due before midnight
Work Setup: Full-time, work-from-home

We're a growing digital media company (YouTube channels, animation content, Facebook pages, and a UEFN/Fortnite shop business) looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us find, screen, and hire great talent.

What you'll do:
-Source candidates through OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other platforms
-Review resumes and applications
-Conduct initial screening and interviews
-Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
-Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
-Maintain an organized candidate pipeline
-Communicate with applicants promptly and professionally
-Support the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding

What we're looking for:
-Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
-Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
-Excellent written and verbal English
-Comfortable conducting interviews
-Familiar with OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, Facebook , and other sourcing platforms
-Knowledge of ---------- required
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — able to work independently
-Reliable internet connection and a proper WFH setup
-College graduate preferred

Nice to have:

-Experience recruiting for tech, gaming, UEFN, or creative roles
-Experience hiring developers, video editors, VAs, or other remote professionals
-Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools ( ---------- experience a big plus)
