CREATIVE SOCIAL MEDIA VA — CONTENT CREATOR BRAND

I'm a Hawaii-based content creator and entrepreneur running TikTok Shop affiliate, digital products, and UGC brand deals. My content is travel, luxury, lifestyle, and family — think ocean views, resort stays, good food, and financial freedom.

I'm not looking for someone who just follows instructions. I need a creative partner who watches trends, brings ideas, and can take a raw clip and know exactly what to do with it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Receive raw travel, lifestyle, and luxury video clips from me
• Independently d ---------- how to cut, caption, and position each video for maximum reach
• Research trending audio, formats, and hooks on TikTok and Reels — bring me what's working
• Create 5-10 second loops and text overlay videos that match the aesthetic
• Draft and schedule posts across multiple accounts
• Manage content calendars and keep the pipeline moving
• Pitch ideas — "this clip should be a 'send this to yourself' video" type thinking
• Set up basic ManyChat automations (training provided)
• Repurpose content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

THE VIBE YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND:

• Travel + luxury + family + financial freedom
• The aesthetic is dark, cinematic, aspirational — think city lights, ocean views, resort pools
• The brand sells the lifestyle first, the product second
• You should be able to watch a trending video and say "we should do this version"

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:

• You actively use TikTok and Instagram — you know what's trending right now
• Experience editing in CapCut or similar tools
• Strong creative instincts — you bring ideas, not just output
• Communicates proactively — you flag opportunities, you don't wait to be told
• Detail-oriented with captions, timing, and formatting
• ManyChat experience is a plus

HOURS & PAY:

• Part-time to start — 15 to 20 hours/week
• $300–$500/month depending on experience and creative output
• Grows as the brand grows
