About Us We are a vehicle rental company in Florida, USA. We rent cars to delivery and rideshare drivers — people who work for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, and other similar gig platforms. Our insurance company charges us based on how the cars are used. Miles driven while the renter is working on an app cost a different amount than miles driven for personal use. Every month we must give our insurance company a report that proves the split. Right now we do this by hand. We have 20 cars. We are growing to 74 cars over the next three years. Doing this by hand will not work much longer. We need it automated. What You Will Build A system that pulls data from three places, combines it, and produces one report every month — with no manual work. The three data sources 1. GPS trackers in each car. These tell us every trip: when it started, when it ended, and how many miles. 2. Argyle API (a REST API). This tells us when the renter was logged into a driving app and what they were doing. 3. GoHighLevel (our CRM). This tells us which renter had which car on which dates. What the report must show, for each car, each month P0 — miles driven with the app OFF (personal use) P1 — miles driven with the app ON but not on a job P2 — miles driven while on a job The most important rule: P0 + P1 + P2 must add up to the exact total from the GPS. Not close. Exact. Our insurance company checks this first. We will give you a complete written specification. It explains the full method, the API fields to use, every difficult case and how to handle it, and a working Python prototype of the core logic. You are not designing this from nothing. You are building it properly and making it run by itself. Your Responsibilities Build phase — about 8 weeks 1. Set up a PostgreSQL database to store trips, jobs, cars, and renters. 2. Connect to the Argyle API. Handle login, paging through results, rate limits, and webhooks. 3. Automate getting the GPS data. Check if the GPS company has an API. If not, automate the export another way. 4. Connect to the GoHighLevel API to get rental records. 5. Build the calculation that splits the miles into P0, P1, and P2. 6. Write tests. We will give you one example with known correct answers. Your code must produce those exact numbers. 7. Generate the monthly Excel report and CSV automatically. 8. Set it to run on a schedule, with no one pressing a button. 9. Write documentation so another developer could take over. Ongoing — after launch Watch the system and fix problems. Send us a weekly list of renters who have not connected their driving apps. Add new cars and new data sources as we grow. Improve accuracy over time. Required Skills Strong Python. You must be very comfortable with pandas and with working with dates and times. REST API experience. You have connected to APIs before using authentication, paging, and error handling. Time zone knowledge. Our GPS records local Florida time. The Argyle API returns UTC. If you have never had a bug caused by time zones or daylight saving, this job will teach you the hard way. PostgreSQL or a similar SQL database. Automated testing. This report goes to an insurance company. Code that is not tested is not finished. Good written English. Most of our communication is written. You ask questions when something is unclear. Guessing is worse than asking. Nice to Have Experience with GPS or vehicle tracking data Experience with webhooks Experience with openpyxl or another Excel library Experience with scheduled jobs (cron, Airflow, or similar) Experience with data that must be audited I need to be able to at least manually produce this report within the week then from there we can work to build and automate it. For now if we can understand and create a video on how we will pull the data from the two systems and produce a clean report, underwriting with insurance will accept that. However, long term, we are expanding our fleet, so automation will be key to eliminate room for error. Please reply with your experience and resume and salary requirements.

Example: Instead of telling the Creative Lead: "Make me five Facebook ads." You should be capable of saying: "We're targeting youth baseball-team managers. Price is not their biggest problem—ordering 15 different names and numbers correctly is. I want three 15-second videos built around simplifying team ordering. SMS MARKETING Build compliant SMS programs for: Abandoned carts Promotions Limited-time offers Reorders Product launches VIP customers Customer lifecycle campaigns Avoid destroying customer trust through excessive messaging. 16. Understand: CAC First-order value Average order value Purchase frequency Repeat purchase rate Customer lifetime value Gross margin where provided Payback period Sometimes spending $100 to acquire a $75 first order can make sense. Sometimes spending $20 to acquire a $75 order is terrible. The answer depends on margin, repeat purchases and lifetime value. Think like a business owner. 18. Apply Points required: 8 A partner meeting ends and the recording lands in your queue. You use AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to draft the meeting notes — then you apply your own judgment: checking the draft against what you know about the project, catching what the AI missed or got wrong, sharpening the action items. You log each one in ---------- , assigned to the right person with the right deadline. Then — critically — you follow up until every item is actually done, including with me. About us: The Green Launchpad designs and runs programs that help people get into clean energy careers. We're a small, growing US-based team. Our CEO needs an operational right hand. What you'll own first (30 days): Meeting recaps and AI-assisted documentation. Task creation, assignment, and tracking in ---------- . Chasing every open item to completion. What you'll grow into (60–90 days): Calendar and scheduling coordination. Meeting prep and agendas. Partner and speaker follow-up. Event and program logistics (Luma registration, participant lists, session materials). Tracker and database upkeep. Where this role goes after that: Grant and proposal administration, contractor and invoicing admin, financial tracking support. This is also how the hours grow. You'll thrive here if: You get genuine satisfaction from closing loops. An open action item bothers you until it's done. People describe you as "scary organized." You already use AI tools weekly — and you know they produce first drafts, not final products. You'll keep others on track, including your boss, with tact and persistence. You pick up new tools quickly and enjoy it. This probably isn't for you if: You prefer detailed instructions before acting. You'd let a thread go quiet if the other person doesn't respond. You see AI as either a threat to avoid or a shortcut to skip careful review. You're looking for something short-term. Logistics: Rate: $4–8/hour USD, based on experience. Paid semi-monthly via [Wise/PayPal]. Hours: 10–20/week to start, growing over time. Required overlap: 9:00pm–1:00am PHT, Monday–Friday. Please confirm you can commit to this. This is to overlap with the founder and the team, who work on eastern standard time. Term: Ongoing, long-term. Independent contractor. You need: Your own reliable computer, stable internet (good enough for Zoom calls), and a backup plan for power and internet outages. Tools we use: ---------- , Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Notion/Airtable, Luma, Toggl. You don't need all of them — you need to learn fast. To apply: Email ---------- with the subject line "Loop Closed – [Your Name]". Answer these three questions in the body. Keep the whole email under 300 words: What's your target hourly rate in USD, and can you commit to the hours above? Name one AI tool you use weekly, and one specific time it got something wrong that you caught. Describe one system or tracker you built yourself to keep something from falling through the cracks. Attach your resume. Use 8 Apply Points. Applications that don't follow these instructions won't be reviewed.

We're a small ecommerce brand hiring our first tea ---------- mber, to help us run marketing and sales operations. We make premium hand-rolled incense and sell it online to customers in the US. There are more things to do each week than we can get through ourselves, which is why this role exists. You'd be our first hire, working directly with the founder every week. We're keeping our brand name off this post for now. We'll tell you exactly who we are on the video call, and you can ask us anything about the business then. What you'd actually do You'd start with two areas and add more as you get comfortable. We're not going to hand you six things on day one. Month 1 — Instagram and Faire outreach to retail stores. This is the biggest part of the job. Finding boutiques, gift shops, yoga studios and wellness stores that could stock our incense, messaging them, following up, and keeping track of every conversation in a sheet. We'll give you the templates and the criteria. You personalize each one and keep the pipeline moving. Social media posting. 5 to 6 posts a week, scheduled from captions and images we approve. Replying to comments and DMs. Saving customer photos we can use later. Month 2 — Email campaigns. Building one campaign a week in Klaviyo from copy we give you. Choosing the segment, scheduling, test sending, checking every link, and sending us a short report on how it did. Blog checking. Reading posts before they go live against our brand rules, checking links and images, and publishing in Shopify. If we move to full-time Uploading finished ad creatives into Meta Ads Manager and organising them Keeping a rolling plan for the next 1 to 3 weeks, and a Friday recap What this role is not You won't be writing strategy or inventing campaigns from scratch. We have that covered. What we need is someone who takes an approved brief and ships it accurately and on time, every week, without being chased. You also won't be asked to guess on the things that matter. There are a fethout asking, and we'll say so clearly: ad budgets and targeting, anything that goes to the email list, the live website theme, and pricing or terms in a wholesale conversation. We'd always rather you ask. One more, and it's important: no Instagram automation or bulk-DM tools, ever. They violate Instagram's terms and get brand accounts banned. All outreach is sent by hand, with a daily limit we'll set together. Who we think this suits You've done social media or outreach for a real business before You write clear, natural English. Not fancy, just clear You're comfortable on video calls and voice notes You've used at least a couple of: Instagram Business, Klaviyo or similar, Shopify, Canva, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite You read instructions carefully. When you apply, there's a question for one specific word from this post. The word is CEDAR. We mention this because we want people who read to the end, and it saves us both time You say something when you're stuck instead of going quiet We can teach you the tools. We can't teach reliability, so that's what we're really looking at. Hours and pay 20 hours a week to start. After about three months, if it's going well for both of us and the work has grown the way we think it will, this becomes a full-time role. Trial (20 hrs/week): USD 350 per month Full-time (40 hrs/week): USD 750 per month Our hiring process, so you know what you're getting into 1. Fill in the form below. About 10 minutes. It includes a short video of yourself, 60 to 90 seconds, which we do look at. 2. We review and reply. We reply to everyone who completes the form, either way. We aim to d ---------- within two weeks. 3. Paid test task for finalists. 2 to 3 hours, and we pay you the full rate for it whether or not we hire you. We don't ask anyone to work for free. 4. A 25 minute video call with our founder. This is where we tell you who we are. 5. Offer, then a 3 month paid part-time trial. You'll get the goals we're measuring in writing before you start, so you always know where you stand. You're welcome to use AI when you apply. We use it too. We just ask that you're able to explain your own answers on the call. To apply Please apply here: ---------- Please don't send a resume or message us here on the site. About the Role Our company works with a national network of independent business brokers who regularly come across business owners who need capital — whether that's an SBA loan, a merchant cash advance, equipment financing, a line of credit, or debt consolidation. We're hiring an experienced, seasoned loan broker to be the voice these business owners talk to when they're ready to explore financing. This role requires real, hands-on experience brokering business loans. This is not an entry-level calling job — you should already be comfortable discussing SBA loans, MCA, equipment financing, lines of credit, and consolidation loans with a business owner, understanding their numbers, and knowing which financing option actually fits their situation. This is a phone-based role. You'll split your time between two types of conversations: 1. Broker referrals — when one of our brokers flags a business owner who's mentioned needing financing, you'll follow up quickly and walk them through their options. 2. Warm outreach calls — using a list we provide of business owners who have previously shown interest in financing, you'll reconnect with them, refresh their situation, and see where they stand today. Early on, most of your day will be outreach calls from the list we supply. As your pipeline of broker referrals grows, your day will shift more and more toward following up on those warmer, referred leads. You won't be doing this cold. Our CRM (GoHighLevel) supports you with proven scripts, drafts follow-up email s after every call, and runs multi-channel follow-up — calls, texts, and email — plus an autoresponder that keeps dripping helpful information on every lead in the background. Your job is to bring the loan expertise and the relationship-building; the system handles a lot of the repetitive follow-up work for you. We're a close-knit team based in the Philippines, hand-picked personally by the business owner. We're not looking to fill a seat for a few months — we're looking for someone who wants a long-term career with our company and who genuinely enjoys being part of a tight team. What You'll Do Call business owners from provided lead lists and warm broker referrals Use your loan expertise to ask sharp discovery questions and understand each owner's real financing need Explain financing options (SBA loans, MCA, equipment financing, lines of credit, consolidation loans) and match the owner to the right fit Work from GHL-provided scripts as a foundation, adapting them with your own broker experience and judgment Review and personalize AI-drafted follow-up email s generated from your call notes Layer in additional calls and texts on top of the automated multi-channel and drip follow-up already running for each lead Log every call, outcome, and next step in our CRM Schedule qualified business owners for next steps with our financing partners Hand off document collection to our in-house documentation expert once a business owner is ready to move forward — she's been with our company for nearly two years and knows exactly what to ask for and how to get it, so you can stay focused on the conversations and the deal, not paperwork chasing Follow up consistently — most deals come from the second, third, or fourth conversation, not the first What We're Looking For Must have prior, hands-on experience brokering business loans (SBA, MCA, equipment financing, lines of credit, or consolidation loans) — this is non-negotiable Excellent spoken and written English Strong outbound calling, negotiation, and closing skills Comfortable talking to US-based small business owners and building quick rapport Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-up Comfortable working inside a CRM (we use GoHighLevel — platform-specific training provided, loan expertise is on you) Self-motivated; you'll often be working from a list independently Genuinely enjoys working as part of a close team — this is not a lone-wolf role Looking for a long-term career, not a short-term gig Schedule Full-time, US business hours (details discussed during interview) Compensation Competitive hourly base pay Additional commission paid on every loan that successfully funds as a result of your calls The more consistently you work the list and follow up on referrals, the more your funded-deal commissions grow over time Why This Role This isn't a cold-calling grind. You'll have real system support behind you — scripts, AI-assisted follow-up email s, automated multi-channel touches, and a drip campaign working every lead even when you're not on the phone with them. Once a deal is moving, our in-house documentation expert — already on staff for nearly two years — takes over collecting the paperwork, so you're not stuck chasing statements and tax returns. That means you can spend your energy on what an experienced broker actually does best: understanding the business owner and closing the right financing for them. And as our broker network grows, so does the volume of warm referrals coming your way — meaning more conversations with people who already want to talk to you. You'll be joining a small, hand-picked, close-knit team — if you're looking for a real long-term career with strong team dynamics, not just a job, this is built for you. How to Apply Please respond with: 1. Your work history 2. Number of years of experience brokering business loans 3. The types of loans you have experience with (e.g., SBA, MCA, equipment financing, lines of credit, consolidation)

I have a 15-minute comedy short film, and I'm looking for ONE talented editor to turn it into viral short-form clips and post them consistently to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. THE GOAL OF EVERY CLIP: make people want to watch the FULL film on YouTube. Each clip should be funny on its own, but leave viewers curious - with a caption and call-to-action pointing them to the full video. WHAT MAKES THIS JOB DIFFERENT: I'm not looking for a "clean" corporate editor. I'm looking for someone who understands COMEDY - someone who knows where the laugh is, cuts to the punchline fast, and makes clips that feel native to TikTok, not like ads. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Watch my short film and identify the funniest, most clippable moments Edit 4-6 vertical (9:16) clips per week using CapCut or Premiere Add captions/subtitles, sound design, and meme-style text where it fits Post clips to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts on a consistent schedule (you'll help set up a new TikTok account; Instagram and YouTube access provided through business/scheduling tools) Potentially set up and run 1-2 additional "clip page" style accounts posting clips of the film, so discovery feels organic Write short, punchy captions with a consistent call-to-action driving viewers to the full film on YouTube Send me a simple weekly recap: what was posted, views, what's working DELIVERABLES (PER CLIP): Vertical 9:16 format, optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts All content sourced from existing footage I provide (no need to shoot anything) Each clip should feel editor-led and organic - like a fan or meme page clipped it, NOT like a movie trailer or an ad Never spoil the ending or the biggest laugh of the film - clips should make people want to see the full thing End each clip on a moment that drives rewatch or curiosity Clips should be meme-able: relatable moments, quotable lines, reaction-worthy beats REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience editing FUNNY short-form content (comedy skits, meme pages, streamer clips, etc.) Portfolio links to actual TikToks/Reels/Shorts you edited, with view counts. This is required. Applications without links will be ignored. Strong CapCut skills (Premiere also fine) Good English for captions Reliable internet and ability to post on a consistent schedule Big bonus: you have a successful clipping/meme page of your own - include the link PAY (BASE + PERFORMANCE): $50/month base for consistent posting (4-6 clips per week) PLUS $0.50 per 1,000 views on clips once they pass 10,000 views Total monthly cap: $150 Organic views only. No bots, view-buying, engagement pods, or paid promotion. You'll provide analytics access (view-only) so views and traffic sources can be verified. Clips with fake/botted views are voided and it ends the working relationship. Views tracked across all platforms and pages, paid monthly Trial month first, then long-term if we're both happy This means: you're guaranteed the base for doing the work, and if your clips perform, you earn up to 3x that. If you're confident in your ability to make things go viral. HOW TO APPLY: 1. Start your application with the word MANGO so I know you read this whole post 2. Include 3-5 links to funny short-form clips YOU edited (with view counts if possible) 3. Tell me in 2-3 sentences: what makes a comedy clip go viral? Your past work will speak for itself - the strongest portfolios get shortlisted, and hiring decisions are based on the funny clips you've already made.
