Experienced Australian General Insurance Broker Support – WinBeat & Quoting

We are an Australian general insurance brokerage team looking for an experienced Insurance Broker Support professional based in the Philippines.

This is a back-office role supporting Australian brokers. You will not initially be responsible for providing advice directly to clients. Your role will be to understand each risk, obtain quotations, process policies and prepare clear information for broker review.

Key responsibilities:

• Review client referrals, current policies and insurance documents
• Identify the information already available and what is genuinely missing
• Obtain quotations through Australian insurer and underwriting agency portals
• Compare quotations, covers, excesses and key differences
• Prepare quote summaries for broker review
• Create and maintain client and policy records in WinBeat
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
• Prepare certificates, invoices, policy documents and other client documentation
• Maintain accurate follow-ups and workflow records

Required experience:

• Previous experience supporting an Australian general insurance brokerage
• Practical experience obtaining insurance quotations, not only data entry or policy processing
• Experience with Australian domestic and/or commercial insurance
• Experience using WinBeat or similar Australian broking software
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and use sound judgement
• Availability during Australian Eastern business hours

Highly regarded:

• Experience with Home, Landlord, Strata, Business Pack, Commercial Property and Public Liability
• Experience with SCTP, Sunrise/Insight or Australian insurer portals
• Familiarity with insurers and agencies such as Allianz, QBE, CGU, Vero, CHU, Blue Zebra or similar
• Previous underwriting experience
• Confident use of AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
