About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Integrator to sit between our COO and support team and keep the backend of our fast-paced Australian business running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who can take priorities, solve problems, improve systems and automations, and get things done.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, optimise processes, manage technology and automation, and work closely with the COO and support team to keep the business moving. At times, some people management responsibilities of our support team will be required.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day | Work with our support team to deliver across programs, events, products and services
  • Process Optimisation | Build, document and improve SOPs and workflows with an automation, human-first mindset
  • Technology & Automation | Manage platforms, build automations and funnels, and develop practical tech solutions. You will own our tech stack
  • Problem Solving | Identify issues, think critically and implement solutions alongside the COO, without needing step-by-step direction
  • Execution | Turn priorities into action quickly, efficiently and with strong attention to detail
  • Communication | Communicate clearly and proactively across the CEO, COO, and wider business
  • Continuous Improvement | Constantly identify opportunities to make the business more efficient, scalable and effective

What This Role Is
Essentially, you’re an Integrator.
> You’ll take high-level priorities from the COO and turn them into execution. You’ll execute on tasks, solve problems, improve systems and make sure things actually happen.
> You’ll have the autonomy to work out how something should be done, rather than simply being given a list of steps to follow.

We’re looking for someone who is:
> Systems and process driven
> Highly organised and detail-oriented
> Tech-savvy and comfortable with automations, funnels and backend systems
> Experienced building automated flows in native systems, but also with connectors ( ---------- etc)
> Solutions-focused and proactive
> A strong communicator
> Comfortable working independently
> Fast-moving and adaptable

What This Role Is NOT
>This is not an EA or general support role.
>We don’t need someone who simply follows SOPs or waits for instructions. You won’t need to manage calendars or triage inboxes (we have good people handling this), but you will need to be comfortable moving through a variety of tasks.

What Success Looks Like aka You’ll know you’re succeeding when:
> The COO can delegate a priority and trust you to run with it
> The support team has clarity and things get done
> Problems are identified and resolved quickly
> Processes are continually becoming simpler and more efficient
> Manual work is being automated wherever possible
> Technology and systems run smoothly behind the scenes
> The business is becoming easier to operate and scale

If you think you're a good fit, but don't meet 100% of the skills listed, we encourage you to still apply. Tell us what your zone of genius is and how you'll grow into the role.
