Energetic Online ESL Tutor for Two Kids (Ages 5 & 7)

Job Description:
1. Hello! We are looking for a friendly, patient, and experienced online English tutor for a 1:2 private family tutoring setup. The lessons will be for my two children (ages 5 and 7, both beginner learners).
2. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally great at engaging young learners, patient with beginners, and capable of keeping both kids focused, active, and having fun through interactive games and TPR (Total Physical Response).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct 25-minute 1:2 online English lessons for two children via Zoom or Skype .
2. Teach foundational English, phonics, and daily conversational skills using provided PDF materials (e.g., Let's Go / Phonics World).
3. Give a brief, simple progress feedback after each class.

Requirements:
1. Must have a TESOL/TEFL certificate.
2. At least 1 year of experience in teaching ESL to young kids or beginners.
3. Neutral accent, clear pronunciation, and high enthusiasm with strong classroom management skills for multiple kids.
4. Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10Mbps) and a quiet, clean teaching background with a noise-canceling headset.

Compensation, Bonuses & Schedule:
1. Base Rate: 100 - 120 Pesos per 25-minute session (negotiable based on experience).
2. Performance Bonus: An extra monthly bonus will be provided for excellent teaching attitude, punctuality, and student engagement!
3. Schedule: 1 session per day (25 minutes), 3 to 5 times a week (flexible schedule to be discussed).
4. Payment: Paid via Wise or GCash every month or every 10 completed classes.
