Shopify Manager

About the Role
Denuba Group is seeking an experienced Shopify Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, remote position, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and optimization of our online sales channels, ensuring we provide a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to grow online sales, increase customer engagement, and improve conversion rates.
• Manage product listings in Shopify and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including the website, mobile app, and third-party marketplaces.
• Analyze website analytics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform marketing and content strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling product content, campaigns, and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support coordination.

What We're Looking For:

• Deep knowledge of Shopify backend/admin and online store management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and optimizing online sales channels.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and apply insights.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
