Your mission is to bridge the gap between human creativity and artificial intelligence. You will establish and optimize an AI video creation pipeline capable of producing exceptional content at scale.

Core Responsibilities & Requirements

Video Editing Fundamentals: Expert grasp of narrative storytelling, pacing, hook creation, visual flow, and audio design.

AI Toolchain Integration: High proficiency (or aggressive willingness to master) tools like Runway, Midjourney, Pika, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Sora.

Workflow Optimization: Establish, document, and manage a highly efficient pipeline.

The Output Goal: Consistently scale output to 10 high-quality videos per day.

Our Interview Process

First Round: A direct, engaging interview with our CEO.

Second Round: A deep-dive portfolio and project review, leading to a final decision directly with the CEO.
