They need hands-on support to implement the system. We need you to take full ownership of a client portfolio, proactively check in with them, and guide them to success. The role will be challenging and requires responsibility. You will be depended on. You need to be able to take initiative and be accountable for your clients' progress. You've achieved great results in sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing. You're resilient, you don't take rejection personally, and you understand that the phone is your primary tool. You're comfortable with cold calling and know that every 'no' gets you closer to a 'yes'. But you're ready for a role where your effort is directly tied to your results. You'll join Performia Australia, part of a global Swedish HR consultancy operating in 26 countries. Our mission is to train and support business owners so they know how to identify and build productive, safe and fun teams. Your end goal is to fill the CEO's calendar with qualified appointments. In return, you'll be paid a base hourly rate plus a generous bonus for every qualified appointment that is kept. You'll have the opportunity to receive full training on the Performia methodology and sales process once proven your ability. Align digital priorities with distributor sales targets, product availability and commercial objectives. Identify scalable strategies that can be replicated across markets. Escalate underperformance and recommend corrective action. 9. Digital investment and profitability Prepare digital budgets and investment recommendations. Track distributor and UAS co-investment. Review media efficiency, customer acquisition and conversion. Evaluate campaign contribution rather than relying only on revenue or ROAS.
