Luxury Wedding Video Editor (Remote)

We're a production company creating high-end content for luxury weddings and events — think cinematic, emotional, film-quality storytelling, not fast-cut social media reels. We're looking for an editor who already works in this specific style and can prove it.

JOB OVERVIEW
We need someone who can take raw wedding footage with multiple audio sources and turn it into something that feels like a film — not a highlight reel, a film. If you've edited luxury weddings before, worked with a videography studio, or have your own body of work in this specific niche, we want to see it.

What you'll do:

Edit wedding films and highlight reels with a cinematic, story-driven approach — pacing, emotional beats, music sync, color grading
Color grade raw footage to a consistent, high-end filmic look
Edit shorter social/reel-length cuts from the same footage when needed
Occasionally edit footage from other event types (concerts, parties, conferences)

What we're looking for:
Real, demonstrated experience editing luxury/high-end weddings specifically — not just general social media content
Advanced color grading skills (DaVinci Resolve required)
A portfolio that shows emotional pacing and cinematic sensibility, not just technical competence
Self-managed, comfortable working with minimal direction once the style is established
