Create health and wellness reels and UGC videos.

I run a fast-growing Facebook and Instagram health and wellness brand built around a consistent AI avatar, along with a growing network of additional social media pages.

I am looking for an experienced AI video creator and editor who can take a script and turn it into high-quality, realistic short-form content from start to finish.

This is NOT a training role.

You should already be comfortable working with the tools below and be able to start producing quality content with minimal hand-holding.

The three biggest things I care about are:

• Following instructions exactly
• Making the videos look as realistic as possible
• Communicating clearly and consistently

If I provide a reference video, avatar image, product image, editing example, or specific instructions, I expect those details to be followed closely.

TOOLS YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW

Veo 3 / Google Flow / Capcut / Elevenlabs

You should know how to:

• Generate high-quality, photorealistic AI videos from written prompts
• Create realistic human movement, expressions, gestures, and speech
• Maintain consistent characters between clips
• Create vertical short-form content ready for Instagram and Facebook
• Match the pacing, camera angles, movements, and overall feel of reference videos
• Troubleshoot poor generations and improve prompts without needing constant guidance

Veo3 / Nano Banana

You should have strong experience with:

• Nano Banana 1
• Nano Banana 2
• Nano Banana Pro
• Veo3
• Google Flow image generation and video generation
• Elevenlabs

*Capcut

You should understand when to use each model depending on the task.

You must be able to generate hyper-realistic images while maintaining:

• Consistent facial identity
• Accurate clothing
• Accurate products
• Realistic hands
• Realistic skin texture
• Natural lighting
• Correct proportions
• Consistent environments

The goal is for viewers to have difficulty immediately recognizing that the content is AI-generated.

ElevenLabs

You should know how to:

• Generate realistic voiceovers
• Maintain the same voice across multiple clips
• Control pacing, tone, emotion, and delivery
• Make the voice match the avatar
• Avoid robotic or inconsistent speech

Voice consistency between clips is extremely important.

CapCut

You should be highly comfortable editing short-form vertical content in CapCut.

You should know how to:

• Match a reference video's editing style closely
• Add and style captions
• Match fonts, placement, sizing, and timing
• Sync music properly
• Remove dead space
• Create tight cuts
• Color correct footage
• Match pacing
• Add overlays and product comparisons
• Make AI-generated footage feel like natural creator content

If I send you a reference video, you should be able to study it and recreate the editing style without needing every small detail explained.

DAILY WORKFLOW

You will receive a script along with any necessary instructions, reference videos, avatar images, product images, or inspiration.

From there, you handle the entire production process:

Script → Image Generation → Video Generation → Voice → Editing → Finished Video

This includes:

1. Generating the necessary images with Nano Banana/Higgsfield
2. Creating realistic clips using Veo 3, Flow, HeyGen, or Grok
3. Keeping the avatar consistent
4. Keeping the voice consistent
5. Creating realistic product shots
6. Editing everything together in CapCut
7. Adding captions, music, overlays, and pacing
8. Delivering a finished vertical video that is ready to post

You must be able to deliver a minimum of 6 finished videos per day, approximately 5–6 days per week.

Once you understand the format and style, the workflow is designed to be fast and repeatable.

REALISM IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

I do not want videos that look like polished AI commercials.

Most of the content should feel like a real person casually filming on an iPhone.

That means paying attention to small details such as:

• Natural facial expressions
• Realistic blinking
• Natural hand gestures
• Realistic product handling
• Correct fingers and hands
• Slight camera movement
• Natural body movement
• Realistic lighting
• Accurate product packaging
• Consistent environments
• Consistent avatar appearance
• Consistent voice
• Natural speech pacing

You should notice these problems yourself and fix them rather than waiting for me to point out every issue.

FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS

This is one of the most important parts of the role.

I will often provide very specific instructions about:

• Avatar appearance
• Clothing
• Store/location
• Camera angles
• Product placement
• Product images
• Dialogue
• Voice
• Editing
• Captions
• Reference videos
• Clip pacing

I need someone who actually reads everything carefully and follows those instructions.

If I say to use a specific reference product, store, avatar, voice, or editing style, I should not have to repeat it several times.

Attention to detail is extremely important.

COMMUNICATION

You must be:

• Reliable
• Responsive
• Organized
• Easy to communicate with
• Comfortable asking a question when something is genuinely unclear
• Able to provide updates when needed
• Able to receive feedback without taking it personally
• Able to quickly correct mistakes

If there is a problem with a generation, missing asset, tool issue, or deadline, communicate it immediately instead of disappearing.

I am looking for someone I can work with consistently and trust with a high volume of content.

You must be able to produce 4+ finished videos per day, 5–6 days per week.
