About the Role

Scorely Financial LLC is looking for an experienced Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to assist with our backend credit repair operations.
I am looking for someone who already understands credit repair and can properly analyze credit reports, identify inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or potentially unverifiable information, and prepare accurate, fact-based disputes.
This is NOT a position for someone who only generates generic dispute letters or performs automatic credit sweeps. Every client's situation is different, and disputes must be based on the information and documentation available for that individual client.
Responsibilities may include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing 3-bureau credit reports
  • Identifying potential reporting inaccuracies and inconsistencies
  • Preparing customized dispute letters and dispute reasons
  • Working inside DisputeFox
  • Managing dispute rounds and maintaining accurate client records
  • Reviewing bureau and creditor responses
  • Preparing appropriate CFPB, BBB, FTC, and direct-furnisher escalations when applicable
  • Organizing supporting documentation and evidence
  • Updating client case statuses and maintaining detailed notes
  • Following Scorely Financial's internal dispute process and compliance procedures

Experience with FCRA, FDCPA, Metro 2 reporting, CFPB complaints, BBB complaints, and direct furnisher disputes is strongly preferred.
Experience with platforms such as DisputeFox, Credit Repair Cloud, SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, or similar credit-repair software is a major plus.
We are initially hiring part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week) with the opportunity for additional hours and a long-term/full-time position as the company grows.
Applicants should be detail-oriented, organized, dependable, comfortable handling confidential information, and able to explain the reasoning behind their work.
When applying, please include:
1. How many years of credit-repair experience you have.
2. Which credit-repair software you have used.
3. Your experience with DisputeFox.
4. Your experience handling CFPB/BBB/direct-furnisher disputes.
5. A brief explanation of how you analyze a credit report before d ---------- what should be disputed.
Qualified applicants may be asked to complete a paid sample case using redacted information before being hired.
