Real Estate Virtual Assistant Lofty CRM Specialist (Utah Real Estate)

I'm a full-time real estate agent in Utah County/Salt Lake County looking for a long-term virtual assistant to help run the backend of my business. This is a trial-to-hire role: starting part-time (10am–4pm MT, Monday–Friday) with the opportunity to grow to full 8-hour days based on fit and performance after the first couple of months.

You must know Lofty CRM well. This is non-negotiable. I need someone who can work confidently inside Lofty on:

Setting up and managing Smart Plans (auto email s, auto texts, task reminders)
Scheduling and sending mass email campaigns (bilingual, English and Spanish)
Pulling reports from Reporting → Communication → Email Accountability (open rates, bounces, unsubscribes)
CRM contact tagging and organization (relationship tiers, language, family tags, birthdays, closing anniversaries)
Managing prospecting/farm contact lists and lead imports

Prospecting/skip-tracing:

Pulling contact info (phone, address, email ) from PrimeTracers for owner lists
Managing farm area lists city by city and NOD (Notice of Default) lists

Blog publishing:

Posting bilingual (English/Spanish) blogs into Lofty, following a fixed format/template
Sourcing real, appropriate stock or location photos for blog posts (no AI-generated images)
Basic understanding of SEO basics (meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking) is a plus

MLS knowledge:

Must be comfortable working within a Utah MLS system (WFRMLS / ---------- ) — pulling listings, verifying property details, etc.

Other:

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required
Strong written English communication skills (you'll be sending me daily task updates)
Willing to learn and genuinely listen to instructions, someone who wants to grow with the business, not just clock hours
Detail-oriented, reliable, able to follow instructions precisely and flag issues instead of guessing
Comfortable with a fast-paced, systems-driven business I move quickly and expect the same
