I run a UK-based Amazon FBA wholesale business and I'm looking for a full-time Sourcing VA. One job: find me suppliers nobody else has. You are not doing outreach and you are not managing the pipeline - I handle all of that. Your entire focus is research: finding and qualifying UK and EU suppliers, then dropping them into my CRM (a Google Sheet I'll give you access to) with everything I need to contact them myself. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR Authorised distributors, wholesalers and brand-direct relationships for brands that already sell on Amazon Niche, harder-to-find suppliers - the ones that take real digging Suppliers with genuine barriers to entry: high MOQs, trade-only access, application and approval processes, brand authorisation requirements Categories: health and beauty, household, grocery, baby, pet, toys, electricals, stationery, sports WHAT I'M NOT LOOKING FOR Anything findable in ten minutes on Google. No open-to-all dropship sites, no directories everyone already has, no "wholesale" sites that sell to the public. Low barrier to entry means every other seller is already there, which is no use to me. WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO ALL DAY Find them I'll give you my methods and source lists to start with, and I expect you to bring your own on top - if you have a way of finding suppliers that works, use it Typical angles: UK and EU trade show exhibitor lists, trade-only directories, brand websites' "stockists" and "where to buy" pages, Companies House, LinkedIn company and people search, EU trade portals Reverse-engineer brands already selling on Amazon UK to work out who distributes them here Check the CRM first - if it's already in there, move on Qualify them Confirm they are a genuine wholesaler or authorised distributor, not a retailer or dropshipper Confirm they trade B2B, and check whether they allow Amazon sellers Find the MOQ, the minimum order value and whether there's an application process Judge the barrier to entry: is this one everybody already has, or is it hard to get into? Hard to get into is what I want Get me the contact A named human where possible: name, job title, direct email, phone Buying, sales or national account managers preferred. Generic ---------- as a last resort Log them One clean row per supplier in the CRM: supplier name, website, email, phone, contact name and role, location, category, brands carried, MOQ, payment terms if listed, how you found them, and any notes on how hard they are to get an account with No duplicates, no half-filled rows Report Short daily message: how many new suppliers you added and anything interesting you noticed Friday: a short summary of the week and where your best finds came from TARGETS (we'll refine these together) 15+ genuinely new, suppliers per day Every row complete and logged the same day you find it Zero duplicates YOU NEED Genuinely good at research - you enjoy digging, cross-referencing and finding the thing that isn't on page one Good written English for reading UK and EU trade sites and writing clear notes Comfortable in Google Sheets Organised and consistent - clean data is the whole job 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with reasonable overlap with UK hours NICE TO HAVE Previous Amazon FBA wholesale or online arbitrage sourcing experience Familiarity with Keepa, SellerAmp, Jungle Scout or similar Experience with EU/UK trade directories or trade show exhibitor lists Basic understanding of brand gating and IP restrictions on Amazon WHAT YOU GET PHP 25,000/month to start, paid on time, every time Long-term full-time role - I want someone who grows with the business Training on my sourcing methods and my CRM Performance-based raises and bonuses for suppliers that turn into live accounts HOW TO APPLY - read carefully, applications that skip this are deleted Send your application with the subject line: Sourcing VA - [Your Name] - Distributor In your message include: 1. A short paragraph on your research experience (no generic cover letters) 2. One example of a UK or EU wholesaler or distributor you found for an Amazon-selling brand, with the website, the brand(s) they carry, and one sentence on how you found them and why it isn't obvious 3. The research methods and tools you'd use to find trade-only suppliers 4. Your available hours in UK time Tell me your favourite UK supermarket brand somewhere in the message so I know you read to the end.

About Us We are a fast-growing social media and content marketing agency that helps brands, podcasts, and founders turn attention into leads. Our work spans podcast repurposing, short-form video, social media growth, newsletters, and full-funnel content systems. This is not a traditional video editor role. We are looking for someone who understands content first and editing second. Someone who has worked in social media, understands why content performs, and uses editing as a tool to make ideas land harder. If your strength is fancy transitions or cinematic effects, this role is not a fit. If your strength is knowing what to clip, how to frame it, and why someone would stop scrolling, keep reading. ##The Role Think of this role as a content marketer who edits. You will be responsible for shaping raw conversations into short-form content that performs. That means d ---------- what moments matter, how they should be framed, and how to edit them so the message is clear, engaging, and watchable. Editing skills are required. Content judgment matters more. What You’ll Do Watch and listen to long-form content to identify moments worth turning into clips. D ---------- what should be edited, not just how it should be edited. Turn raw conversations into clear, compelling short-form content people actually want to watch. Shape clips using pacing, framing, and structure rather than heavy effects. Create strong hooks in the first few seconds using insight, context, or contrast. Improve clips by tightening the message, sharpening the point, or reframing the moment. Research what works for different audiences and platforms to guide clip selection and structure. Work closely with our strategy team to align content with growth and marketing goals. What We’re Looking For Proven experience editing for social media (please share examples/portfolio). Ability to identify and create viral hooks. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and emotional engagement. Knowledge of current social media trends and platform-specific best practices. Research-driven: knows how to study an audience, industry, or trend to inform edits. Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro is preferred). Bonus: experience with motion graphics, memes, or creative overlays. Who You Are Ability to think critically about content and suggest better angles or moments. Creative and curious, always testing new styles and approaches. A strong sense of taste. You can recognize a great moment instantly. Detail-oriented but fast, balancing quality with turnaround time. Understanding of storytelling, attention, and audience behavior. Flexible in editing style, able to adjust for different clients and audiences. Proficiency in Premiere Pro or similar tools. Experience editing for social media, with examples that show good judgment, not just clean edits. ##Who You Are -You care more about whether a clip is worth watching than how polished it looks. -You naturally think in hooks, moments, and angles. -You see editing as a form of storytelling and decision-making, not just technical execution. -You are confident enough to say, “This part won’t work, but this one will.” -You understand that good content beats perfect edits. Why Join Us Work with a team that values creativity and results. Get exposure to a variety of clients and industries. Grow with a company that is scaling quickly in social media and digital marketing. Remote, flexible work with opportunity for long-term growth. How to Apply Send examples of short-form content you have worked on and a short explanation of why you chose those moments. We care more about your thinking than your effects. Applications without examples or notes will not be reviewed

I make long form documentaries about music and culture for YouTube. Think the pacing of Patrick Cc:, the graphic language of Moon, the subject matter of MattyBallz. I write and research every episode myself. I need editors who can own the cut. I am hiring MORE THAN ONE editor. I run videos in parallel instead of stacking them on one person, so nobody gets rushed. THE WORK 15 to 30 minute finished documentaries You get a locked script, a finished voiceover track, organised footage, a pre cleared archival folder, and my own motion graphics preset kit. You are not hunting for clips or building titles from scratch. Adobe Premiere Pro. After Effects is a plus, not a requirement. Roughly one to two videos per month per editor, ongoing and steady Three week turnaround per video. That is a real deadline, not a squeeze. WHAT I ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT Holding a viewer for twenty minutes. Retention, not cuts per second. Hook construction. The first sixty seconds d ---------- the video. Hitting the date you agreed to. Consistency beats brilliance here. PAY 150 USD per finished video to start, paid by Wise on delivery. More for editors who prove out over a few episodes. I do not make people chase invoices. TO APPLY, READ THIS PART CAREFULLY Send me: 1. Your reel 2. ONE full long form video you cut, with the link and a timestamp of the section you are proudest of 3. Your honest turnaround for a 20 minute documentary, from locked script to first draft Then answer this in your own words. A short paragraph is plenty: Pick ONE of these three channels: Patrick Cc:, Moon, or MattyBallz. Watch a recent video. Tell me one specific thing that channel does in its edit that you would steal, and one thing you would do differently. Applications with no answer to that question get deleted. I read every single one that has it. NEXT STEP Shortlisted editors get a paid test: 75 USD for a two minute section of real footage, 72 hours to deliver. The same footage goes to everyone shortlisted, and I pay whether or not I hire you.

Read the first few chapters. We only hire someone who truly connects with the vision and believes in the book's potential to change lives. Step 2: Send us a message starting with the exact word: VISION. In your message, do NOT write a review of the book. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who understands WHY people buy. Not someone who just scrolls the Facebook Ads Library, copies competitors, and calls it research. We run multiple 8-figure DTC brands in the US and are building an internal creative team focused on producing high-performing direct-response advertising at scale. Your job is simple: Understand the customer → find the right message → turn it into ads that sell. You’ll work closely with our editors and media buyers to research customers, develop new angles and concepts, analyze performance, and continuously find new ways to communicate our products. We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to be obsessed with learning and getting better. We're looking for someone who constantly asks why. Why did this hook work? Compensation Base salary starts at $2,000/month + 3% of the ad spend generated by your winning creatives. If you're already highly skilled and can prove it, we're open to discussing a higher base salary. We want your incentives aligned with ours: the better your creatives perform and the more we can scale them, the more you earn. Hi, I'm Toni! I run TopSheets, a growing digital product business selling spreadsheet templates (Google Sheets + Excel) on Etsy and my own website. I need a video editor to polish a backlog of around 25 tutorial videos into YouTube-ready content. This is a fixed-price project, not an ongoing weekly role — I have 25 videos that need the same treatment, and once they're done, the project is complete. Work on your own schedule; there's no weekly task list and no fixed hours. You'll be paid per video as you deliver them. Every video follows the same format, so once you've done one or two, the rest go quickly — this is repetitive, template-driven work, which is exactly why it's priced and delivered per video rather than by the hour. What You'll Do Polish-edit screen-recording tutorial videos (8–20 min finished). I provide a rough cut with the audio, screen recording, and my talking-head footage already synced and mistakes already removed — your job is to make it YouTube-ready Add zoom-ins and highlight callouts on the cells/formulas being discussed as I talk through them Light text overlays and pacing polish, matching my existing style (examples provided) Clean, simple editing style — NO flashy transitions, NO fast-cut effects. Think calm, clear, helpful — this is educational content, not entertainment I handle thumbnails, descriptions, and publishing myself — your job ends at the finished long-form export Requirements Proven video editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar) — portfolio required Comfortable following a consistent style guide closely and repeating a process accurately across many videos Strong written English (for reading my notes and any on-screen text) Reliable internet and a computer that can edit 1080p video smoothly Organized: consistent file naming, uses Google Drive, communicates proactively if something is unclear or delayed Bonus (not required): experience editing explainer, tutorial, or software-demo videos Pay & Process Paid test video: I'll hire a small number of candidates to each edit one video at a fixed price of $15. This lets me see your work firsthand before committing the full batch. The candidate whose edit best fits my style gets the remaining videos in the project. Full project: $18 per video, paid as each video is delivered and approved, for the remaining ~24 videos. Delivery: send me each video as soon as it's done rather than batching them up — I'll review and approve (or request changes) before you move on to the next one. Revisions are part of the job. If I send back edit notes on a video, I expect those changes made and the revised video delivered before it's considered complete and paid. This is normal and expected — most videos will need at least one small revision round, especially early in the project while you're learning my style. This is a one-time project. If it goes well, there's a good chance of similar batches in the future as I release new templates, but I want to be upfront that it isn't an ongoing weekly commitment. How to Apply 1. Start your application with the word STORYBOARD so I know you read this posting. 2. Link 3–5 examples of videos you've edited. At least one should be a tutorial, screen-recording, or explainer-style video if you have one. Tell me in one line what YOU did on each (edited only? added graphics? full production?). 3. In 2–3 sentences, tell me: what's one thing that makes a tutorial video easy to follow? 4. Tell me about a time you had to follow someone else's style guide or brand guidelines closely. How did you make sure you got it right? 5. Tell me roughly how many videos per week you could realistically deliver once you're up to speed, so I can plan the project timeline. Applications that don't follow these steps will not be considered. Thanks, and I'm excited to meet you!
