Writing - Reddit Comments & Posts [Wedding & Jewelry Niche]

Salary: $23,000 pesos per month base pay, plus team performance compensation rank-based bonuses, and all-expenses-paid team trips to Siargao Island and Bali at certain compensation ranks. The teams current ranking pays $55 USD per month, the next rank is $90.

Location: Work from home — applicants based in or near Iligan City / Cagayan de Oro strongly preferred.

Job description:

We're a US digital media company that runs lifestyle communities on Reddit. We're hiring full-time writers to keep discussions in our communities active and helpful.

Your job every day: write short, natural, conversational Reddit comments that answer questions in our communities. Some comments are 1–2 sentences, most are a solid paragraph — a real answer with specific details, like something you'd genuinely reply to a friend. We provide the post, the topic brief, the account to use, and full training with SOPs. You bring the writing.

You may use AI tools to help draft ideas, but every comment must be edited and typed by hand in your own words — never copy/paste. We check for this. Comments that read like AI get rejected.

Compensation and perks:

• 23,000/month base
• Company rank bonus plan: our whole team earns monthly bonuses tied to the company's rank, and the rank keeps climbing. As the company levels up, your monthly bonus grows automatically — every rank, every month, on top of your base. - Long-term, the bonus plan pays out more than a traditional 13th month.
• BaseCamp trips: when the company hits its next rank, the whole team goes on an all-expenses-paid trip together. Our next BaseCamp destination is Siargao — future ranks unlock bigger destinations. You'd be part of that.

Requirements:

• Based in or near Iligan City / Cagayan de Oro (strongly preferred)
• Excellent casual American-English writing — you can sound like a regular American Redditor, not a formal essay writer
• You know Reddit — you browse it, you understand how people actually talk there
• Fast, accurate typist (you'll write 80–100 comments per day)
• Detail-oriented: follows instructions and formats exactly
• Reliable internet, own computer, ability to work your assigned shift
• Discretion — you'll sign an NDA and keep client work confidential

Nice to have:

• Active Redditor with your own account history
• Experience writing for US audiences (blogs, social media, forums)
• Interest in weddings/wedding ring topics
