Real Estate Loan Originator – Bridge Lending & CRE Loan Brokerage

We need a loan originator to grow our lending pipeline across real estate bridge lending and CRE loan brokerage. The role includes handling inbound enquiries from borrowers and brokers, building relationships that bring in new deals, gathering the information needed to size a loan, and working with our underwriting team through to a signed term sheet. You should be comfortable on the phone, quick to follow up, and able to manage several live deals at once. This is a long-term opportunity with uncapped commission.

Previous experience with real estate and basic financial analysis is strongly preferred. We are actively funding both commercial and residential deals, so familiarity with multiple property types is a plus.

Compensation: $1,500/month base plus $4,000+/month commission.
