Hi, I'm Toni! I run TopSheets, a growing digital product business selling spreadsheet templates (Google Sheets + Excel) on Etsy and my own website in four languages. I need a creative VA to handle the recurring design and content work that keeps the business visible: Pinterest pins, listing graphics, and short-form social content. This is batch, repetitive, template-driven work — you'll get very fast at it. For example, a typical week might be entirely focused on converting one template to the new listing style: creating those listing pages in 3 different color palette variations, then adapting each of those across our 4 language editions (translations provided to you — no translation work required). That's a dozen-plus finished images from one template, all in the new style and following the same layout. If you like production-style creative work where you get faster and more precise the more you do it, this is a great fit. This is a part-time role built around a weekly task list — I send you the list at the start of the week, you deliver by the end of the week. You choose your own hours. No time tracking, no fixed schedule. I care about finished work, not hours online. What You'll Do Canva / Listing Design (core, repetitive work): Create/upgrade listing image sets for Etsy and my website: device mockups, feature-highlight slides, "what's included" graphics Batch-produce color palette variations of the same listing set (e.g., 3 palettes per template) Adapt existing graphics into German, Spanish, and French editions — translated text provided by me, you handle the layout Update graphics for bundles and seasonal refreshes using existing templates The main project: I'm upgrading all my existing listing pages to a new style — I have a style guide to work from, and the job is adapting my current listing images into this new style across the whole catalog. Once you've done a couple, it's the same repeatable process for every template. All future listing mockups (new templates, bundles, seasonal updates) will also follow this new style going forward Reference: browse my current Etsy shop here: ---------- to see the current listings (these are what's being upgraded, so treat them as context, not the target). Whatever the new style looks like, it should stay clean and practical, matching a genuine spreadsheet/planner aesthetic — not flashy, trendy, or AI-generated-looking graphics You'll work inside a dedicated Canva workspace folder I'll set up and share with you (edit access) — this gives you everything you need, and lets me request small tweaks to existing mockups down the line Pinterest: Design pins in Canva using my brand templates (static + video pins) Deliver a set number of finished pins each week — I handle scheduling and descriptions myself Social media content (growing part of the role): Create short-form reels/TikToks showing our templates in use — aesthetic, satisfying, planner-community style content This becomes a bigger share of the weekly list over time Requirements Strong Canva skills — portfolio required Comfortable with batch/repetitive production work and keeping variations organized and on-brand Detail-oriented: color consistency, correct text swaps across language versions, no leftover placeholder text Strong written English Reliable internet Organized: consistent file naming, uses Google Drive, communicates proactively if something is unclear or delayed Bonus (not required): video editing skills for Reels/Shorts, Pinterest marketing experience, or interest in the planner/stationery content niche Pay & Process Paid trial week: I will hire 3 candidates for a one-week paid trial ($45 flat). Everyone gets the same task list and reference assets. One person gets the ongoing role. Ongoing: flat weekly rate of $65/week for approximately 8–10 hours of tasks, paid weekly via [Wise/PayPal/Payoneer]. Long-term role, with the social media content piece growing over time as we build that side of the business. How to Apply 1. Start your application with the word PALETTE so I know you read this posting. 2. Link a Canva portfolio or 3–5 examples of design work (listing images, social graphics, mockups). Tell me in one line what YOU did on each. 3. Link 1–2 examples of Pinterest pins you've designed, if you have any. Bonus if you can also name the Pinterest profiles you've managed or created for. 4. Link 1–2 examples of short-form vertical content (Reels/TikToks) you've edited, if you have any — not required, but a plus. Bonus if you can also name accounts you've managed or created content for. 5. In 2–3 sentences, tell me: how do you stay organized when producing lots of variations of the same design (different colors, different languages, etc.)? 6. Link one Instagram or TikTok account (any brand) whose short-form content style you love, and tell me in one sentence why. Applications that don't follow these steps will not be considered. If anything here needs clarification, feel free to ask before applying. Thanks, and I'm excited to meet you!

Salary: $23,000 pesos per month base pay, plus team performance compensation rank-based bonuses, and all-expenses-paid team trips to Siargao Island and Bali at certain compensation ranks. Job type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, 1 hour lunch Job description: We're a US digital media company that runs lifestyle communities on Reddit. We're hiring full-time writers to keep discussions in our communities active and helpful. Your job every day: write short, natural, conversational Reddit comments that answer questions in our communities. We provide the post, the topic brief, the account to use, and full training with SOPs. You bring the writing. You may use AI tools to help draft ideas, but every comment must be edited and typed by hand in your own words — never copy/paste. We check for this. Comments that read like AI get rejected. Compensation and perks: 23,000/month base Company rank bonus plan: our whole team earns monthly bonuses tied to the company's rank, and the rank keeps climbing. As the company levels up, your monthly bonus grows automatically — every rank, every month, on top of your base. - Long-term, the bonus plan pays out more than a traditional 13th month. BaseCamp trips: when the company hits its next rank, the whole team goes on an all-expenses-paid trip together. Our next BaseCamp destination is Siargao — future ranks unlock bigger destinations. You'd be part of that. Quarterly in-person team meetups (another reason we're hiring near Iligan/CDO) Paid on time, every time (GCash or Wise) What we provide: Full training, SOPs, and daily work queue Topic briefs and reference material for every task All accounts and tools Stable long-term work with a growing team Requirements: Based in or near Iligan City / Cagayan de Oro (strongly preferred) Excellent casual American-English writing — you can sound like a regular American Redditor, not a formal essay writer You know Reddit — you browse it, you understand how people actually talk there Fast, accurate typist (you'll write 80–100 comments per day) Detail-oriented: follows instructions and formats exactly Reliable internet, own computer, ability to work your assigned shift Discretion — you'll sign an NDA and keep client work confidential Nice to have: Active Redditor with your own account history Experience writing for US audiences (blogs, social media, forums) Interest in weddings/wedding ring topics How to apply (read carefully — this is the test): Put the word SEAGLASS as the first word of your application. Then, in 80–120 words, write a Reddit-style comment replying to this post: "How much did you spend on your wedding photographer and was it worth it?" Write it like a real person sharing their own experience — casual, specific, with a real number in it. Applications without the word or the sample will not be read.

We call people in the United States who have asked for information about retirement income. You find out what they are trying to work out, check whether they fit, and then connect them live to a licensed insurance agent. You introduce the two of them and drop off the call. You are not selling anything. You are not licensed and you will not be. If a caller asks you what a product pays or whether they should buy it, the answer is always that the agent will cover it. $5.00 USD per hour, paid for every hour you work $3 for every transfer the client accepts. $4 each once you pass 10 accepted in a week, $5 each once you pass 20. This resets every week $15 bonus in any week where 80% or more of your transfers are accepted and at least 10 were accepted Paid every two weeks, in USD A typical week at 40 hours and 15 accepted transfers works out around $265. One thing to be clear about, because it surprises people. The per-transfer pay is on transfers the client accepts. If you connect somebody who turns out to be in the wrong state, or well under the asset range, or who did not understand what the call was, the client rejects it and it does not pay. If it had already been paid, it comes off a later period. Your hourly base is never affected by any of this. We would rather have three transfers a day that the client accepts than ten that fall apart. Three a day is what puts you into the higher rate tier, and if your acceptance rate holds at 80% or better it also earns the weekly bonus. The pay is built around quality, not volume. What you need Clear spoken English. Our callers are 55 and older and they need to understand you the first time A wired USB headset with a microphone A computer that can run a dialer and two browser tabs without struggling Reliable internet, 25 Mbps down and 10 up minimum, wired preferred, and a plan for when the power goes A quiet place to work with no background noise Able to work 9:00pm to 6:00am Manila, Monday to Saturday What we are looking for Someone who can follow a script and still sound like a person. Someone who does not push. The most expensive mistake in this job is talking somebody onto the line who did not want to be there, so if your instinct is to keep going until you get a yes, we are not a fit. What the process is 1. You fill in one form. ---------- It takes about ten minutes and it ends with a 60-second voice recording. 2. We score it and reply either way. 3. A 20-minute interview on video. Ten minutes of it is a role-play, where you read our opening and handle two objections. We send you the script in advance. 4. An offer. We reply to everyone who submits a voice sample. How to apply Submit your application here: ---------- To show you read this: start your 60-second voice recording with the word: "Pineapple"

What the job actually is This is an outbound sales role. You are on the phone all shift. We call people in the United States who filled in a form about retirement income and life insurance. Most of them will not remember filling it in. Your job is to open the call, explain who we are and why we are calling, get them interested enough to keep talking, ask the questions that tell you whether they fit what our client is looking for, and then hand the good ones live to a licensed agent. You sell the conversation. You never sell the product. That one line is the whole job. You have to create enough interest that a stranger agrees to speak with an agent. What you never do is discuss the product itself: no recommending it, no quoting a rate or a return, no telling anybody whether they should buy. You are not licensed and you will not be. Every product question gets the same answer, warmly: "That's exactly what the licensed agent will walk you through on the call." If you have sold anything over the phone before, the skill transfers. If you have only ever read scripts and logged outcomes, this will be harder than you expect. We are Apex Digital Media, a Florida company. On calls you use our brand name, Summers Ahead. The hours 9:00am to 6:00pm US Eastern Time, Monday to Saturday. In Manila that is 9:00pm to 6:00am. From early November to mid March it shifts to 10:00pm to 7:00am, when the US changes its clocks. This is a permanent night shift. Our consumers are in the United States and you can only legally call them during their day. There is no night differential and no rotation onto days later. If a permanent night schedule does not work for your life, this is not the job. The pay, in full $5.00 USD per hour, for every hour you work $3 for every transfer the client accepts. $4 each once you pass 10 accepted in a week, $5 each once you pass 20. Resets every week $15 bonus in any week where at least 10 transfers are accepted and 80% or more of your transfers are accepted Paid every two weeks in USD. The period closes Saturday 11:59 PM ET and you are paid the following Friday Your first payment lands 6 to 19 days after your first shift, depending which day of the cycle you start on A typical week at 40 hours and 15 accepted transfers is around $265. Read this part twice. Transfer pay is on transfers the client accepts, not transfers you make. Connect somebody in the wrong state, well outside the income range, or who did not really understand what the call was, and the client rejects it. A rejected transfer pays nothing. If it was already paid, it comes off your next period. That is a clawback and it will happen to you at some point. Your hourly base is never touched by any of this. It is for your time, and your time was worked. This is why pressure does not pay here. Three accepted transfers a day beats ten that fall apart, and three a day is what moves you into the higher rate tier. The hard parts, so you can d ---------- now You are starting most calls cold, from a standing start. "I never signed up for anything" is something you will hear many times a day. You need to be able to explain calmly what they filled in and re-earn the conversation. If somebody genuinely does not remember, or asks you to stop, you take them off the list and end the call. You do not argue them into it. Most dials go nowhere. New hires work the oldest, hardest lists for their first two weeks. That is where you learn the script without burning good leads. It is normal for the first fortnight to feel like nothing is working. Your pay moves with quality, in both directions. Up with accepted transfers, down when they are rejected. We track time with Hubstaff, which records your hours and takes periodic screenshots and activity readings while you are on shift. You are being told this now, before you apply, rather than after you accept. Your first two weeks are a trial. At the end of it you either join the team properly or we stop. You are told exactly what is measured on day one, with check-ins at day 3, day 7 and day 14. Nothing about it is a surprise. If you have read this far and still want it, you are the person we want to interview. What we are looking for Someone who can take a stranger who did not expect the call and turn it into a real conversation. That takes warmth, quick thinking, and the willingness to keep going after the first brush-off. It does not take pressure. There are two ways to fail this job and both are common. One is reading the script and accepting the first no. The other is talking somebody onto the line who did not want to be there, which gets the transfer rejected, costs you the pay, and costs us the client. The skill is the middle: persuasive about the call, never pushy about the person. Outbound sales, telemarketing or collections experience all help. Insurance experience is genuinely not needed. We teach that part. What you need Clear spoken English. Our consumers are 55 and older and they need to understand you the first time A wired USB headset with a microphone A computer that can run a dialer and two browser tabs without struggling Internet at 25 Mbps down and 10 up minimum, wired preferred, and a plan for when the power goes A quiet room with a door Able to work 11:00am to 7:00pm ET, Monday to Saturday The process One form, about ten minutes, ending with a 60-second voice recording: [FORM LINK] We score it and reply either way A 20-minute video interview. Ten minutes of it is a role-play where you open a call and handle two objections. We send you the script in advance An offer, then paid training from day one We reply to everyone who submits a voice sample. How to apply ---------- To show you read this, start your recording with the word SUMMERS.

I have 3 YouTube channels, and I need a new editor who can use DaVinci Resolve and has a good eye for editing videos. I use a cloud-based team editing approach, which means you will need to learn to edit from proxy files and have the storage space to do it. You will need to edit about 4-5 videos a month. I pay $130 per video, and I give a $100 bonus if all the videos are done on time by the end of the month. REQUIREMENTS 1. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO USE DAVINCI RESOLVE and learn to edit from the cloud. (You can use the free version for the trial, but you need the full version after) 2. After the paid trial, you will need 1.3 TB of AVAILABLE STORAGE SPACE for all the proxies. 3. YOU MUST HAVE QUICK COMMUNICATION and DELIVER VIDEOS ON TIME. APPLICATION: Please respond by letting me know what you use to edit and how much storage space you will have to edit with on your device. You also MUST respond with a portfolio or examples of LONG-FORM videos that you have done. Even if they aren't professional, I can tell who has a good eye for editing. TEAM EDITING PROCESS My projects are based on team editing, so I can leave notes on the project for you to fix, and I can even edit the video myself. So the process is probably different from what you're used to. My process involves: 1- Downloading the proxies from my server to your device. 2- Chopping up the A-roll. 3- Adding B-roll. 4- Adding graphics, text, Titles, Transitions, and Music. 5- Changing the revisions that I send. THE KIND OF VIDEOS & PROJECTS: The current channels for this job listing are Baseline Dental and Brielle Buck, which are both on YouTube. Please watch some of the videos already posted on those channels. Once you understand my process and edit well, you can expect to make $650 to $750 per month at first, doing 4 to 5 videos a month. REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT: PROPERTY ONBOARDING, PURCHASING AND RECONCILIATION Please read this whole post before applying. There are instructions at the bottom, and how you follow them is the first thing we look at. ABOUT US We run full-service, hands-off management for short-term rental owners across the US. An owner hands us an empty house. We furnish it, wire it, stock it, style it, photograph it, license it, connect it to the booking channels and open it to guests. Then our management team runs it. That middle part is a project with about two hundred moving pieces and a hard finish line, and right now it lives almost entirely in our founder's head. That is the whole reason this seat exists. Most days are a spreadsheet, a vendor invoice, a receipt, a permit portal and a follow-up list. We automate everything software can do. What software cannot do is notice that a vendor invoice and a card statement disagree by $16.48 and go find out why, or notice on day one that the internet install is booked eleven days out and the permit needs a floor plan that nobody has drawn yet. We are growing. Our written plan is 150 managed doors by the end of 2027. This is the first seat of its kind here and it will not be the last one. WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS Two lanes, one person. Every case below is real. Money amounts are changed, for a reason we explain further down. The shapes are all real. LANE ONE, THE RECORD OF THE MONEY. Nineteen furniture lines on a live property are flagged as ordered. There is no order number behind any of them, no charge on any card, and no confirmation from the vendor. Either they were bought and nobody wrote it down, or somebody typed a word into the wrong cell. The difference is $4,318.62. If you place that order and it was already placed, the owner pays for the same furniture twice, and nobody finds out for a month. Two lines carry the same item name and two different product links, so the house is getting either four sofas or two, a $2,144.75 question, and the owner is reading it as one line. A vendor invoice hit the card as $9,340.55 on the 12th and another $812.07 on the 19th, because that vendor captures payment as items ship. The record held only the first number, so the property looked $812.07 cheaper than it was. A tax column on an Oregon delivery showed $22.50 per mattress and nothing on the other sixty items. That is not tax. It is a state recycling fee that is legitimately owed, and two people here have already gotten it wrong. A four-figure order shipped to one property's address and belonged to a different property's plan. The ship-to address is never the answer. The item list is. One plan column read $10,462.31 against an order total of $10,462.08. A twenty-three cent gap between two numbers computed from completely different inputs made the row look reconciled while the real figure underneath it sat $1,384.90 low. LANE TWO, GETTING THE HOUSE TO THE FINISH LINE. A house is furnished, wired, cleaned and photographed, and it still cannot take a guest, because the city permit needs a floor plan, the floor plan needs a measured scan nobody has ordered, and the internet install is booked eleven days out. Somebody has to know that on day one, not in week five. Four separate deliveries land at a vacant house in one week. Three arrive, one is refused at the curb for freight damage, and the replacement ships to the wrong state. A box left at the door of an empty house is nobody's until somebody is named, and you are the person who names them. A utility account is open, but it is in the previous owner's name, autopay is off, and we are not listed as an authorized contact, which means the day the power goes out nobody at that utility will speak to us. A city changes its short-term rental rules mid-project. The registration the property was counting on no longer exists and the path is now a discretionary hearing. Finding that out in week two is a plan change. Finding it out in week nine is a dead launch. The listing goes up with the nightly rate still on the platform's starter default, the maximum stay set to 365 nights, and the house rules field empty. Every one of those is a field somebody had to set, and nobody did. Eight vendors are needed before the first guest: cleaner, plumber, electrician, HVAC, handyman, landscaper, pool, pest. Sourcing them is the easy half. The hard half is that every one of those phone numbers has to be dialed once before we call it a directory. The honest description of this role: it is detective work on money, and chasing on everything else. It is quiet and it is deliberate. The person who is great at it is the person who genuinely cannot leave a number alone when it does not tie, who would rather spend forty minutes finding the missing $16.48 than type over the cell and move on, and who also will not let a utility company, a permit office or a busy designer go three days without an answer. This is not task-list work. Nobody is going to send you a list each morning telling you which rows to price or which office to call. You run a weekly rhythm and a countdown you can read yourself, so you already know. If that reads as tedious to you, we would genuinely rather you skip this one. If it reads as a puzzle with a deadline, keep going. WHAT YOU WILL OWN THE BUDGET RECORD. One Google Sheet per property, our launch budget tracker. It is the single record of what the property is buying, what it committed to, what actually got charged and what is left. Every property in flight has one and you run all of them. Price every row on the plan that has no price. Find the item, confirm the variant, the size and the pack quantity, and put a real number on it. Load the purchasing carts against the plan. This has real traps. Our cart holds a hard 50 lines, and line 51 silently pushes the oldest line out into Saved for later, so a 152 row accessories list is four separate orders and you d ---------- the batches up front. Re-adding an item that is already in the cart raises its quantity instead of warning you. You verify by item code and quantity, never by the badge in the corner. Tag every order back onto the plan rows it paid for, so nothing is bought that the sheet does not know about. Log every card charge as its own row, with the invoice's true order total rather than the first posting that showed up, and file the receipt the day it exists. A charge with no receipt cannot be cleanly billed back, which means a missing receipt is money the company cannot recover that month. Reconcile every vendor invoice against what we actually committed to, line by line, and produce the defect list. What was charged, what was ordered, what is missing, what does not agree, and which of those is a real problem versus a coi ---------- . Run the flag pass every Friday. Filter the exception column and clear everything that is not clean. Some of our checks run from scripts on our side and we run them against your sheet, so your pass has to be clean before it reaches them. Chase our designer for the receipts, the property attributions and the open answers that nobody else is going to chase. The buying happens in person, in other states, on a company card, and store receipts print department codes instead of product names, so only the person who was standing there can say which room a $340 receipt belongs to. Open a tracker for a new property from our template and type the house into the quantity calculator: bedrooms, beds by size, baths, sleeps, TVs, floors. Half the quantities calculate themselves off those numbers, so this is not data entry, it is the foundation. Every count comes from a written source, and when two written sources disagree you flag it instead of picking a winner. Watch the envelope. The plan has a cap, and the week you first see that the plan is going to cross it, you say so out loud. Weeks early, not at the end. Produce the close-out: the reconciliation that says whether the owner is owed a refund or owes a true-up, and the drafted invoice or refund figure behind it. THE COUNTDOWN. From the day the management agreement is executed to the day our management team can run the house without you. The calendar itself. Every property on one board, every gate current, every date real. You own the answer to "where is this house and what is it waiting on," and you own it before anybody has to ask. Accounts and utilities. Every account to Active in the correct name, us named as an authorized contact with call-in and outage rights, autopay and paperless set, and the internet ordered with the install date captured the day it books. That date is the longest lead time in most launches. Licensing, permits and tax. Research the market's short-term rental rules and confirm the property qualifies before anyone spends money assuming it does. Assemble the permit application, including the floor plan. Open the portal account, submit, and track it to ISSUED. Send the neighbor notices where they are required. Get the permit number into every advertisement. Register the lodging and occupancy tax accounts and record which channel remits what. Insurance and the vendor bench. Chase the certificate of insurance and file it. Source and qualify the local vendor bench, capture after-hours rates, and get recurring landscaping, pool and pest started so the first visit lands before the first guest. The physical fate of every order. The delivery calendar, tracking numbers, backorders, what arrived, what did not, what arrived damaged, what got reshipped and when, what got returned. Listing provisioning. Import the property into our management system and map every field. Confirm the two-way calendar and rate sync. Connect our pricing tool. Connect our cleaning tool, assign the cleaner and apply the right checklist. Expand to the additional channels. Stage all of it and hand it to us to publish. The property record. For the right person, this is an opportunity to become an important part of that transformation rather than simply completing a list of isolated VA tasks. How to Apply Please send us: 1. A short introduction about yourself and your previous VA/operations experience. 2. Examples of systems or software you have worked with. 3. Your experience with spreadsheets, AI tools and automation. 4. Your current availability and expected monthly salary/rate for approximately 15–20 hours per week. 5. An example of a repetitive administrative process you have improved or made more efficient in a previous role. 6. A link to 3–5 examples of marketing materials you have personally designed in Canva. Please start your application with the words “THOB SYSTEMS” so we know you have read the full job post. We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term working relationship and who can grow in responsibility as trust and experience develop.

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A GENERAL VA. WE ARE HIRING AN OPERATIONS MANAGER. If you're looking for a task-based, "tell me what to do" VA job — this isn't it. If you want to own a real function of a real business, keep reading. 30A Window Washing is a growing home services company based in Florida. We're scaling aggressively and need someone who can run the back-end operations of the business — not just support it. WHAT YOU'LL OWN: Scheduling and dispatching technicians Managing unpaid invoices and following up on collections Handling job reschedules and last-minute changes Client communication (email , text, phone) — you'll represent our brand directly to customers CRM management Keeping the day-to-day operation moving without me having to check in THIS IS NOT ENTRY-LEVEL. HERE'S WHAT'S REQUIRED: 8/10 English or higher, spoken and written. You will be talking to American clients directly. If your English isn't strong, please don't apply — this isn't a knock on you, it's just not the right fit. CRM experience required. You must have hands-on experience running a CRM — ideally for a home service business (HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pest control, cleaning, pool service, etc.). You don't need window cleaning experience specifically, but you need to have actually managed scheduling, dispatch, or invoicing inside a CRM before. 40+ hours/week, and you must work Central Time (US) business hours. This is a real job, not a side gig. We need someone reliably available when our clients and technicians are. Proactive, not reactive. I don't want to have to tell you what to do every day. I want someone who sees a problem and solves it, or flags it before it becomes one. Ownership mindset — this is your department, not my to-do list for you. Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a real computer. No exceptions. WHAT WE OFFER: $6-11/hr depending on experience and English level, paid [weekly / bi-weekly] Long-term, full-time position with real room to grow as the company scales Direct access to leadership — you'll work closely with the owner, not buried under five layers of management The opportunity to genuinely run something, not just execute tasks --- HOW TO APPLY — READ CAREFULLY. Applications that don't follow these exact instructions will not be considered. This is intentional — I need to know you follow directions before I trust you with client communication. 1. Your application subject/first line must read exactly: OPS MANAGER — [Your Name] — [Your English Self-Rating 1-10] 2. Answer these 3 questions in your application: Describe a CRM you've used and what specific tasks you managed in it (scheduling, invoicing, dispatch, etc.) Tell me about a time a client or customer was upset. What did you do? What does "ownership mindset" mean to you, in your own words? 3. Record a 60-90 second video (Loom or your phone camera) introducing yourself IN ENGLISH, telling me why you're the right fit. Attach the link. NO VIDEO = NO CONSIDERATION, regardless of how strong your resume is. If you've read this far and you're still interested, start your application with the word "RELIABLE" so I know you actually read the whole post.
