Video Editor — Short-Form Creator Brand | Full-Time + Long-Term We’re hiring ONE more full-time video editor to join our growing team. Sorry to my male editors - we are looking strictly for a female creator. It is a female based community This is not a part-time side job or another freelance client to add to your list. We’re looking for someone who wants to fully commit to one team, grow with us long-term, and help build something from the early stages. We’re building a high-volume content operation around a female creator brand focused on TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, lifestyle, wellness, fitness, and motivational content. Creators in this space are doing $XX,000+ months. That is not a guarantee of our results — but it shows us what is possible with the right creator, products, content volume, and team. We’re building this to change our lives. We need one more person who wants to be part of that mission. --- What Makes This Different We are not a huge established company where you become employee 300. We're still growing. That means the people joining now are helping build the systems, content, and revenue that we believe can become much bigger. And when the company grows, we want the team that helped build it to benefit too. Compensation $4/hour base pay 10%–15% of monthly company profits is allocated to the team Opportunities for more responsibility and compensation as you grow Profit sharing depends on company profitability and individual contribution and is not guaranteed income. But the idea is simple: When we win, the team should win too. --- Your First 2 Weeks Your first 2 weeks are a PAID trial and training period. You will be paid while learning: Our editing style Our audience Our systems and workflows Google Drive organization ---------- Airtable How we produce content at volume We do not expect perfection on day one. We do expect you to learn quickly and apply feedback. --- Editing Skill Is Important. Being a Great Teammate Is More Important. We can teach someone to become a better editor AND our edits are easy to do. It is much harder to teach someone to care. We're looking for someone who: Shows up when they say they will Communicates instead of disappearing Pays close attention to details and instructions Takes feedback without ego Applies feedback to the next edit Participates in our ---------- community Helps the team when needed Takes ownership of their work Wants to continuously improve If you're an incredible editor but unreliable, this will not work. If you're a good editor who is hungry, dependable, coachable, and committed, we can build with you. --- Full-Time + Exclusive This is a full-time, exclusive position. We are not looking for someone managing several other editing clients at the same time. Everyone on our team is depending on each other. If one person constantly has another client's deadline taking priority, the rest of the team has to carry that weight. We want a small group of people who are genuinely committed to what we're building together. If you're looking for a side gig, please do not apply. --- What You'll Do Edit short-form vertical videos Turn raw footage and organized B-roll into scroll-stopping content Edit TikTok Shop, lifestyle, and brand content Follow our editing references and creative standards Organize files correctly in Google Drive Use ---------- for revisions and approvals Update your projects in Airtable Communicate with the team through ---------- Study our audience and successful content Get faster and better with every edit We have documented systems, organized footage, references, and video plans. You're not being handed random clips and told, "figure it out." --- Who We're Looking For Required: Full-time availability Willing to work with our team exclusively Short-form video editing experience Strong storytelling instincts Reliable communication Excellent attention to detail Organized Coachable Comfortable following documented systems Interested in a long-term position Strong understanding of content made for a primarily female audience Huge plus: Experience editing for female creators TikTok Shop experience Affiliate or UGC editing Lifestyle, wellness, or fitness content Direct-response/ad editing Experience with high-volume content production --- How We Work We use: ---------- — team communication and community Google Drive — footage and organization ---------- — feedback and revisions Airtable — assignments, video plans, and project tracking Never used one of them? That's okay. We'll teach you. What matters more is that you learn, pay attention, and care about doing things correctly. --- How to Apply Follow these instructions carefully. Attention to detail is part of the job. Send us: 1. 2–3 of your best short-form editing samples OR your portfolio 2. Tell us: Your current availability How many hours per week you can commit Whether you're currently working with other clients Whether you're willing to work with us exclusively Your video editing/content creation experience 3. In 2–3 sentences, tell us: Why does joining a growing team like this excite you? 4. In 1–2 sentences, answer: What does being a good teammate mean to you? 5. Include the word “seedling” somewhere in your application so we know you read everything. Applications that don't follow the instructions will not be reviewed. --- One Last Thing We're only hiring one more editor. We're going to pay you while you learn, train you in our systems, give you consistent feedback, and invest in making you better. In return, we're looking for someone who shows up, pays attention, keeps their word, supports the team, and wants to grow with us. We're still early. That's the opportunity. 🌱 Let's workkk!!

UGC Video Editor – Fast, Creative & TikTok-Savvy I’m looking for a creative, fast, and reliable UGC video editor to help edit short-form content for TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. I create a high volume of UGC and product-focused content, so I need someone who understands that great short-form editing isn’t just about making a video look good — it’s about grabbing attention quickly, keeping viewers watching, and making the content feel natural and native to social media. What I’m Looking For You should be able to: Edit 15–60 second vertical UGC videos Create strong, attention-grabbing openings within the first 1–3 seconds Add engaging captions, text overlays, transitions, zooms, cuts, B-roll, sound effects, and other pattern interrupts when appropriate Understand TikTok/TikTok Shop pacing and editing styles Turn raw footage into polished content that still feels authentic and not overly produced Edit product demonstrations, testimonials, storytelling videos, GRWM-style content, car chats, lifestyle videos, and direct-response product videos Follow a script or creative brief while also bringing your own creative ideas Understand hooks, mid-video re-hooks, retention editing, CTAs, urgency, and natural product placement Keep videos formatted correctly for 9:16 vertical content Deliver clean, organized files without unnecessary back-and-forth FAST TURNAROUND IS IMPORTANT I’m specifically looking for someone who can work quickly. Ideally, I would like most edits returned within 24–48 hours, depending on the project and number of videos. There will be opportunities for consistent ongoing work for the right editor. I’m looking for someone I can build a workflow with—not just someone for a single project. You’re Probably a Great Fit If… You’re creative enough to take basic footage and think: “How can I make someone stop scrolling and keep watching this?” You stay current with TikTok and Reels editing trends, understand what UGC should feel like, communicate well, meet deadlines, and don’t need every single cut spelled out for you. I LOVE an editor who can take direction but also say, “I have an idea that could make this video better.” When Applying Please send: 1. Examples of UGC, TikTok, TikTok Shop, or Reels you've edited 2. Your typical turnaround time 3. Your rate per video or package rate 4. What editing software you use 5. How many short-form videos you can realistically edit per week BONUS: If you have experience editing high-converting TikTok Shop/product videos, please specifically point those examples out. JJW Studio + Carat Content | Remote | Ad Hoc /Freelance to Begin We’re looking for a smart, organised and creatively minded Social Media Manager & Content Designer to support the ongoing social presence of two Australian creative agencies: JJW Studio and Carat Content. JJW Studio works across content, video and social for brands in areas including healthcare, wellness, beauty and lifestyle. Carat Content is our specialist jewellery content and marketing agency, working with jewellery retailers, wholesalers and luxury brands across strategy, photography, video, content and social. This will begin as an ad-hoc freelance role, with the opportunity to grow as our content output and client base develops. We already have an in-house video editor, so we are not looking for someone whose main skill is video editing. We need someone who can think strategically about social media, organise content across multiple platforms, write and adapt copy, create strong static content when needed, and make sure our channels are consistently moving forward. What you’ll be helping with: Planning and managing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and YouTube Shorts Scheduling and publishing content through Planable Turning larger content ideas into platform-appropriate posts across multiple channels Working with our Creative Director, strategist and in-house video editor to coordinate upcoming content Writing and refining captions, post copy, hooks, titles and supporting social copy Creating simple but polished static posts, carousels, graphics and social assets Creating or assisting with YouTube thumbnails Organising content calendars and keeping publishing schedules on track Preparing posts for review and approval before publishing Identifying opportunities to repurpose existing photography, video and long-form content Researching jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and wider social trends without simply copying what everyone else is doing Reviewing channel performance and helping us understand what we should create more of, less of or differently Helping maintain consistency in tone, visual quality and positioning across both brands The person we’re looking for... You should be someone who thinks before they post. We are not looking for someone whose social strategy is simply following trends, posting every day or chasing views. For Carat Content especially, our approach is strategy-led. We want content that helps demonstrate expertise, build trust, show our work and make the right jewellery businesses more likely to remember us when they need support. That means understanding why a piece of content exists, not just filling a content calendar. This reflects Carat Content’s broader principle that content should have a clear role and that quality matters more than volume. You’ll ideally have: Previous experience managing social media for a creative agency, fashion, jewellery, beauty, luxury, lifestyle or consumer brand Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Excellent written English and the ability to adjust tone between platforms Strong visual taste and attention to detail Confidence creating polished social assets in Canva, Adobe or similar Experience using social scheduling or approval platforms. Planable experience is a bonus An understanding of how a single idea can become a Reel, LinkedIn post, carousel, Short or YouTube asset without everything feeling duplicated The ability to work independently and bring ideas to us rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions Good organisational skills and the ability to manage content deadlines An interest in jewellery, fashion, beauty, luxury and contemporary brand marketing This probably isn’t the role for you if… You mainly want to edit videos all day. You rely heavily on generic Canva templates. Your approach to social media is “post more often”. You need every post and idea completely briefed before you can begin. Or you have no interest in understanding the brand, customer or commercial reason behind the content. We care much more about good judgement, taste and strategic thinking than producing huge volumes of content. About how we work: We’re a small Australian team and work collaboratively across strategy, production, editing and social. Our creative work is customised to each brand, but we like the process behind it to be organised and reliable. For Carat Content in particular, we work exclusively within the jewellery industry and want our own social presence to demonstrate genuine knowledge of jewellery marketing rather than looking like another generic creative agency. The brand itself is positioned around strategy-led content, specialist jewellery knowledge, clear thinking and commercially useful creative work. To apply... Please send us: 1. A short introduction about yourself and your current freelance/work situation. 2. Examples of social accounts you have personally managed and what you were responsible for. 3. Examples of static posts, carousels or social graphics you have designed. 4. Tell us about one brand you think is doing particularly strong social media right now and why. 5. Tell us about your experience with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. 6. Let us know whether you have used Planable or a similar scheduling platform. 7. Your preferred hourly rate in USD. 8. Your current weekly availability. Please don’t send a generic AI-generated application. We’d much rather read a short, thoughtful response that gives us a sense of how you think.

About Us: Pure Velocity LLC ( ---------- ) is a U.S.-based private-label manufacturer of clean beauty, mineral sunscreen, skincare, aromatherapy, and eco-friendly home care products. We take brands and retailers from concept to shelf with FDA-registered, globally compliant formulas. We're a small, fast-growing, high-trust team — roughly $1M in revenue in 2025 and on pace for ~$3M in 2026 — and we're becoming an AI-native company that runs Sales, Marketing, and Procurement faster than anyone in our space. We're now looking for the CEO's right-hand person to help make that happen. The Role: You'll be the CEO's technical right-hand: the person who keeps the day running, turns messy inputs into clean information, and quietly makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is part executive assistant, part operations, part light technical work. You'll touch our sales and marketing data, engage vendors, manage the CEO's email , calendar, and travel, chase down information, and own the small recurring tasks that add up. This is a long-term role for someone who is exceptionally organized, proactive, calm under a full plate, and comfortable using AI tools every day to move faster. What You'll Do: Keep sales and marketing data clean and current in HubSpot — update deal records, contacts, and stages so the CEO can trust the numbers. Engage vendors: reach out, request and organize quotes, follow up, and keep vendor communications moving across email , WhatsApp, and WeChat. Manage the CEO's email — triage the inbox, draft replies, flag what matters, and make sure nothing important gets buried. Own the calendar — schedule and protect the CEO's time across US and Asia time zones, prevent conflicts, and prep the day. Coordinate travel — research and book flights, hotels, and logistics, and build clean, at-a-glance itineraries. Collect and structure information — research vendors, products, competitors, and topics on request and package it into short, useful briefs. Build simple recurring systems and checklists so repeatable work runs the same way every time. Use Claude and other AI tools to draft, summarize, research, and speed up your workflow. Track initiatives to completion and report back clearly and consistently. Take on whatever moves the needle as the business grows — you're the CEO's go-to. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience as an executive assistant, VA, or operations support to a founder/CEO. Excellent written English and a clear, professional communicator. Highly organized and detail-oriented — you catch what others miss. Comfortable with HubSpot (or a similar CRM) and confident keeping data clean. Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) for email , calendar, and tracking. Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for research, drafting, and summarizing. Reliable and proactive in a remote, async setup — you follow through without being chased. Able to overlap at least 4 hours/day with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Pacific time, with occasional flexibility for Asia-hours vendor communication. Nice to Have: Experience booking international travel and building itineraries. Experience communicating with vendors/suppliers (bonus for China-based vendors, Alibaba/1688, WeChat, WhatsApp). Light experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) or WordPress. Background supporting an e-commerce, CPG, or manufacturing business. Who You Are: A self-starter who can take a vague request and turn it into a finished result. Trustworthy with a busy leader's inbox, calendar, and confidential information. Calm, resourceful, and organized when several things are moving at once. Someone who genuinely likes being the dependable person everyone relies on. How to Apply: To show you actually read this post, start your message with the word COMPASS. Applications without it won't be reviewed. Then please include: A short paragraph on your experience supporting a founder or executive — and one example of a time you caught or prevented a problem before it became one. Which of these you've used, and how: HubSpot (or another CRM), Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendar, and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT. Your typical working hours in US Pacific time, and your internet setup (a quick speedtest.net screenshot is welcome). We read every application that follows these steps. We're excited to meet the person who becomes our CEO's right hand. Talk soon!

Please read the whole post, before you apply. We're Dreaver. We're a lifestyle brand, that currently sells treadmills and other fitness equipment for the home, direct to people who want to move more without a gym membership or the pressure from booking a class. We run ads in the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden — more markets can follow. Creative is the lever that moves the needle for us, and we are looking for a loyal editor to own our video output long-term. This is direct-response editing, not video production. If your scope is weddings, corporate or long-form YouTube, we won't be a good client for you. What you'd be doing Cutting UGC, founder footage and mash-ups into Meta ads, 9:16 and 4:5. Hook variants tested against each other. Editing to AI voiceover with clean sync and pacing. Occasionally an AI b-roll or AI UGC shot from Higgsfield, made to not look like AI. Captions, pattern interrupts, retention pacing, end cards. Re-cutting winners into new angles instead of starting from zero. Multiple markets | NL, DK, SE, ... Native translators on the team handle scripting and copy per market, you don't need to write or speak Danish or Swedish. But editing is a different skill from translating. You need enough sense of those languages to catch when a caption runs too long, a hook doesn't land the same way it does in English, or a cut point falls wrong against the sentence. If you can only judge pacing and hooks in English, this role isn't for you. A creative sense for scripting and concepting, someone who can push back on a script or suggest a better opening, is a big plus. How we work This is how we work: Ownership matters, you don't wait for a brief to fix what you can already see. Speed. We'd rather test fast than think long. We learn by doing and improve as we go. Proactive. You don't wait around. You spot opportunities, flag problems, and act. Fix > perfect. See something that could be better? Fix it. Perfection isn't the requirement, progress is. Tools Premiere Pro or CapCut, non-negotiable. Comfortable with Higgsfield and ElevenLabs for the occasional AI shot and voice-overs. We're not hiring an AI specialist, just someone who won't freeze the first time AI footage lands in their timeline. When working together, we pay for all AI subscriptions, on our accounts. What we offer Full-time $ ---------- per month, depending on level Perform well and you grow with us. More scope, better pay. Work when you work best. No fixed hours, just deadlines and a few hours overlap with Amsterdam CET Long-term. We want someone for years, not a project How to apply Email ---------- with the subject line in exactly this format: [Your name] | [years editing DR ads] | [months using Higgsfield] | [length in seconds of the AI video you're sending] Example: Anna Nowak | 3 | 7 | 24 Then in the body, exactly these six lines and nothing else. No cover letter, no CV, no attachments — links only. 1. Best UGC or founder ad you've edited: 2. What it sold and how it performed: 3. Best AI video you've made (if any) 4. Performance Video Editor Exchange Life · Fully Remote · Full-Time Contractor · ~40 hrs/week $10–30 USD/hour depending on experience + uncapped performance bonuses About Exchange Life Exchange Life is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce travel jewelry brands in the US. We sell collectible country charms for travelers, with new products launching soon. Our content machine has generated over a quarter billion views across TikTok and Instagram. This role is video, end to end. You'll concept and cut short-form video ads for paid media across TikTok, Reels, and Meta placements, where every edit is judged on what it does to hook rate, retention, and spend. You're not making brand films or organic filler. You're making the creative we put budget behind. We're looking for an editor who can own their output and be creative within proven marketing fundamentals, not just execute tasks. This is not a gig; it's a long-term partnership. Many of our editors have been with us 2+ years, and the people who now set our creative direction started as editors here. You'll work closely with our Content Lead and Marketing team. We're a small, high-output team that moves fast, communicates daily, and invests in the people who show up. Where You'll Be in Six Months Senior Performance Video Editor. That's the next title, and it's within reach inside your first six months if your work earns it. At that level you have full creative autonomy: you own video concepts end to end, you d ---------- which angles we test next instead of receiving briefs, your creatives are the ones we put real spend behind, and you start reviewing other editors' cuts and shaping how they work. It's d ---------- by performance, not time served. Move faster if your work moves faster. Compensation & Earning Potential Base: $10–20 USD/hour depending on experience Performance bonuses: Uncapped, paid per winning creative. Every video that hits our performance thresholds or scales on paid ads pays out. Rate reviews: Revisited as you take on more, not on an annual calendar Our top editors earn meaningfully more than their base because they produce winners consistently. That's the whole design: we'd rather pay a lot for creatives that work than a little for creatives that don't. What Success Looks Like After 3–6 months, a successful hire is consistently producing short-form video ads that scale on paid and perform organically, hitting 50%+ thumb-stop rates and 30%+ hold rates, and iterating on winning formats without needing direction from the marketing team. You'll be a trusted creative partner, not just an executor. Core Responsibilities Concept and edit short-form video ads for TikTok, Reels, and Meta, built around hook rate, retention, and watch time rather than aesthetics Develop new video angles and hooks, then test them against our proven formats Build AI-assisted video creative using current tools, and keep pace as those tools change Review your past edits daily, identify what's working and what isn't, and improve without repeating mistakes Work directly from paid performance data to d ---------- what to cut next Turn around content quickly and communicate proactively every day, with no check-ins required Stay on top of TikTok and Instagram trends and apply them where they'll actually convert Must-Haves A strong recent portfolio of short-form video edits, ideally including paid ad creative (20+ from the last few months) You can watch a winning video ad and break down exactly what made it work Hands-on experience across video formats: hook-led headline videos, talking heads, voiceovers, UGC-style edits, AI video Ability to read metrics (hook rate, retention, watch time, spend) and know what to change in the next cut Takes ownership, internalizes feedback, doesn't repeat the same mistake twice Highly skilled in CapCut Pro or a comparable editing tool Strong written and spoken English; able to work independently Nice-to-Haves Experience cutting video ads for e-commerce or DTC brands Experience working directly against Meta or TikTok ad account data A track record of creatives that scaled on paid What You'll Learn Here Most editing jobs teach you software. This one teaches you why video sells. Direct access to paid performance data on real ad spend, so you see exactly which of your creatives print and which die 1-on-1 mentorship from our Content Lead Paid courses and software, including the AI video tools you'll be working in A portfolio backed by numbers, not vibes. "This cut did 4M views and scaled to $X/day" is a career asset that follows you. Not a Fit If Your portfolio is mostly long-form, YouTube, or event/wedding content You can't point to a recent video ad and explain why it performed You want to make beautiful videos more than videos that sell You need a fixed schedule or close supervision to stay productive You're looking for a short-term project or side gig Working Style Engagement: Independent contractor, paid in USD Location: 100% remote Hours: ~40 hrs/week, long-term role Schedule: Fully flexible. Work whenever you want, as long as you turn work around quickly and communicate daily (async). No timezone overlap required. Time off: Flexible PTO. About Us We're a jewelry brand, but our customers aren't really buying jewelry. They're buying a gift for a sister who just moved abroad, a charm that marks a trip they took with their best friend, a piece that will sit on someone's wrist for the next ten years. When something goes wrong with that order, it's not a product issue, it's a ruined moment. We need someone who gets that, and who treats every ticket like it matters, because to the person on the other end, it does. The Role This is a hybrid role: part Customer Support Representative, part General Virtual Assistant. Customer support is the core of the job. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers across email and social media, helping with everything from sizing and material questions to shipping updates, returns, and the occasional "my parcel says delivered but it isn't here." Around that, you'll pick up general VA work as the business needs it. That might mean updating order details in Shopify, tagging and organising tickets, keeping trackers and spreadsheets current, pulling together simple reports, researching a supplier or a competitor, or helping the team get a project over the line. The mix will shift week to week, and we'd rather hire someone who's comfortable with that than someone who needs a fixed list. We're not looking for someone who pastes templates and closes tickets. We need a problem solver who is caring enough to make the customer feel looked after, and sharp enough to protect the business while doing it. What We're Looking For Detail-oriented. Jewelry orders are unforgiving. A wrong ring size, a typo in an address, or a missed engraving note means a disappointed customer and a costly reship. You catch these things before they become problems. A problem solver. "I don't know" isn't where you stop, it's where you start. You dig into the order, check the tracking, read the policy, ask the right person, and come back with an answer. Pragmatic. You understand that customer happiness and business policy aren't opposites. You can calm down an angry customer and land on a solution that works for both sides, and you know a full refund isn't the only tool in the box. A strong writer. Excellent grammar, clear structure, and the ability to shift tone from warm and reassuring to polite and firm depending on who's in front of you. Self-directed. This is a remote role with a lot of autonomy. You manage your own queue, flag issues before they're chased, and don't need hand-holding to get through a task list. Adaptable. One hour you're handling a delivery complaint, the next you're cleaning up a spreadsheet. You're fine with that. Responsibilities Customer support (primary): Manage customer inquiries via email and social media about orders, shipping, sizing, materials, and care. Respond to and moderate social media comments and DMs in the brand's voice. Handle returns, exchanges, and replacements efficiently, following our policies while keeping customer goodwill intact. De-escalate frustrated customers dealing with shipping delays, damaged items, or wrong orders. Spot and flag recurring issues (a batch defect, a carrier problem, a confusing product page) so we can fix the root cause. General VA (secondary): Order admin in Shopify: address changes, order edits, cancellations, and manual fulfilment updates. Keep internal trackers, sheets, and documentation up to date. Light reporting: pulling weekly ticket numbers, common contact reasons, or other simple data the team asks for. Ad-hoc research and admin tasks to support the wider team. Requirements English proficiency at C1 or C2 level, written and spoken. At least 1 year of customer support experience, ideally for an e-commerce or DTC brand. Comfortable working across multiple tools at once. Experience with Shopify and a helpdesk (Commslayer, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom) is a strong plus. Confident with Google Sheets or Excel at a basic-to-intermediate level. Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet working setup, and a backup plan for power or internet outages. Availability for 30-40 hours What You'll Get 3$/h, paid fortnightly. Fully remote, long-term role with a small team that actually reads what you write. Clear processes and a helpdesk with AI assistance, so your time goes on the tickets that need a human, not the ones that don't. Room to grow into more responsibility if you show you can handle it. MUST FOLLOW STEP: Apply through our ATS We only review applications submitted through the link below. Applications sent by DM, email , or as a comment on this post won't be seen. Shortlisted candidates will be sent a short paid trial task before any interview. Apply: ----------
