We’re hiring ONE more full-time video editor to join our growing team. Sorry to my male editors - we are looking strictly for a female creator. It is a female based community

This is not a part-time side job or another freelance client to add to your list. We’re looking for someone who wants to fully commit to one team, grow with us long-term, and help build something from the early stages.

We’re building a high-volume content operation around a female creator brand focused on TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, lifestyle, wellness, fitness, and motivational content.

Creators in this space are doing $XX,000+ months. That is not a guarantee of our results — but it shows us what is possible with the right creator, products, content volume, and team.

We’re building this to change our lives. We need one more person who wants to be part of that mission.

What Makes This Different

We are not a huge established company where you become employee 300.

We're still growing.

Compensation

• $4/hour base pay
• 10%–15% of monthly company profits is allocated to the team
• Opportunities for more responsibility and compensation as you grow

Profit sharing depends on company profitability and individual contribution and is not guaranteed income.

But the idea is simple:

Your First 2 Weeks

Your first 2 weeks are a PAID trial and training period.

You will be paid while learning:

• Our editing style
• Our audience
• Our systems and workflows
• Google Drive organization
• ----------

• How we produce content at volume

We do not expect perfection on day one.

We do expect you to learn quickly and apply feedback.

Editing Skill Is Important. Being a Great Teammate Is More Important.

We can teach someone to become a better editor AND our edits are easy to do.

It is much harder to teach someone to care.

We're looking for someone who:

• Shows up when they say they will
• Communicates instead of disappearing
• Pays close attention to details and instructions
• Takes feedback without ego
• Applies feedback to the next edit

Full-Time + Exclusive

This is a full-time, exclusive position.

We are not looking for someone managing several other editing clients at the same time.

Everyone on our team is depending on each other. If one person constantly has another client's deadline taking priority, the rest of the team has to carry that weight.

We want a small group of people who are genuinely committed to what we're building together.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form vertical videos
• Turn raw footage and organized B-roll into scroll-stopping content
• Edit TikTok Shop, lifestyle, and brand content
• Follow our editing references and creative standards
• Organize files correctly in Google Drive
• Use ---------- for revisions and approvals
• Update your projects in Airtable
• Communicate with the team through ----------
• Study our audience and successful content
• Get faster and better with every edit

We have documented systems, organized footage, references, and video plans.

You're not being handed random clips and told, "figure it out."

Required:

• Full-time availability

• Short-form video editing experience
• Strong storytelling instincts
• Reliable communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organized
• Coachable
• Comfortable following documented systems
• Interested in a long-term position
• Strong understanding of content made for a primarily female audience

Huge plus:

• Experience editing for female creators
• TikTok Shop experience
• Affiliate or UGC editing
• Lifestyle, wellness, or fitness content
• Direct-response/ad editing
• Experience with high-volume content production
