Financial Controller

I am looking for an experienced Financial Controller who is a qualified Accountant with strong Australian accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
• Monitor financial performance and provide accurate financial insights
• Handle reconciliations, month-end, and year-end processes
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records
• Assist with financial planning and business reporting
• Coordinate with management, clients, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and requirements

Requirements:

• Must be an Accountant with an Accounting degree or relevant qualification
• Australian accounting experience is required
• Previous experience in a Financial Controller or senior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines
• Experience with Australian accounting software is highly preferred
