CAD Drafter (Vertex)

I am hiring for an experienced CAD Drafter with Australian steel frame drafting experience and hands-on Vertex experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings for steel frame structures
• Create and modify structural and fabrication drawings
• Interpret architectural plans and project specifications
• Ensure drawings are accurate and meet Australian standards
• Revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback
• Coordinate with engineers, builders, and other project stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing files

Requirements:

• Australian steel frame drafting experience required
• Vertex experience required
• Proven experience as a CAD/Steel Frame Drafter
• Strong knowledge of steel framing and construction drawings
• Proficient in CAD software
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good English communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
