Location: 100% remote; qualified U.S. and international applicants welcome Compensation: Hourly rate, based on experience | Long-term opportunity Website: ---------- ABOUT SPRINTER SPRINTER is developing a technology-enabled network for same-day and next-day city-to-city package delivery in the United States. Its approach combines vetted drivers already traveling toward a package destination, dedicated delivery drivers, planned retail drop-off and pickup locations, and secure reusable Smart Shipping Boxes. Our initial technology platform has been developed. We are seeking an accomplished logistics leader to help design, launch and scale the operational network, starting with selected California corridors. THE OPPORTUNITY We need an experienced, hands-on logistics executive - not simply an advisor. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to translate a high-potential logistics concept into reliable daily operations, measurable service quality and a scalable nationwide model. STRONGLY PREFERRED: UPS, FEDEX OR DHL EXPERIENCE Strong preference will be given to candidates who previously held management, senior management or executive positions with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another major international parcel-delivery or logistics organization. We especially value experience with large delivery networks, dispatch, fleet and driver operations, distribution centers, route planning, operational controls and regional or national expansion. Former UPS, FedEx and DHL operations leaders are strongly encouraged to apply. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Logistics network design: Develop California launch corridors, operational models, service areas, routing, capacity plans and a roadmap for expansion across the United States. Same-day and next-day delivery: Establish SOPs covering package acceptance, pickup, dispatch, transportation, tracking, delivery confirmation, exceptions and customer handoffs. Cutoff-time planning: Build operations around proposed 11:00 AM same-day and 5:00 PM next-day drop-off/pickup cutoffs, validating feasibility by corridor before launch. Driver network: Design recruiting, vetting, onboarding, scheduling, performance management and service standards for route-match drivers and dedicated SPRINTER drivers. Pickup and drop-off partnerships: Develop operating procedures and partner requirements for a planned network of 3,000+ nationwide retail locations; this network is a growth objective, not an existing footprint. Transportation economics: Evaluate cost per shipment, driver compensation, route density, vehicle utilization, delivery time, operating expenses and profitability. Technology collaboration: Work with the product and engineering teams on driver-package matching, dispatch workflows, tracking, proof of delivery, reporting and Smart Box integration. SPRINTER | CONFIDENTIAL RECRUITMENT DRAFT 1 Compliance and safety: Coordinate with legal/compliance specialists on transport regulations, insurance, driver standards, package restrictions, claims and loss prevention. Team leadership: Recruit, train and manage dispatch coordinators, regional operations managers and transportation partners as the business scales. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 7-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in parcel delivery, courier networks, transportation, 3PL, distribution or logistics operations. Demonstrated success launching, building, managing or expanding a delivery operation - preferably at regional or national scale. Strong knowledge of dispatch, route optimization, driver operations, SOPs, cost controls, performance metrics and service reliability. Understanding of U.S. transportation and logistics operations, even if working remotely from outside the United States. Excellent English communication, leadership, financial analysis, project management and independent execution skills. Experience with technology-enabled logistics, on-demand delivery, two-sided marketplaces or driver networks is a plus. WHO WILL SUCCEED A strategic but practical operator who can design a network, identify operational risks, build a launch plan, lead execution, recruit capable people and produce measurable outcomes. We prefer professionals who have built or launched logistics operations, not only supervised established teams. WORK ARRANGEMENT & COMPENSATION This is a fully remote, hourly paid freelance/contract position. Hours and hourly compensation will be agreed based on experience, availability and responsibilities. The engagement may develop into a longer-term executive leadership relationship as SPRINTER grows. HOW TO APPLY ON ---------- Please review ---------- before applying. Generic proposals will not be prioritized. In your application, include: Your logistics background and the operations or delivery networks you have managed or built. Major-company experience: Whether you worked for UPS, FedEx, DHL or a comparable company; your job title, dates, principal responsibilities and measurable accomplishments. A brief outline of how you would launch California same-day/next-day service, including Los Angeles-San Francisco and Los Angeles-San Diego corridors. Your experience recruiting and managing drivers, dispatching shipments, developing SOPs and improving transportation unit economics. Your weekly availability, hourly rate and examples of relevant results. HELP BUILD THE FUTURE OF CITY-TO-CITY DELIVERY SPRINTER is seeking a logistics leader who can help turn an innovative delivery model into a successful, reliable and scalable national operation. Nordcut Studio is a short-form video editing agency (nordcut.studio), run from Dubai. We give brands and creators their own video editor. We find clients by sending Instagram messages to brands and creators who post a lot of short videos. Your job is to send those messages, carefully, every day. WHAT YOU DO You open our CRM. Each card is one Instagram profile with the exact message to send. You open the card, open the profile, press Message, paste the message, send it, and drag the card to Contacted. About one a minute. You start with one of our Instagram accounts, about 50 messages a shift. As our accounts age we add more, up to about 100 a shift. If Instagram shows "Try again later", "Action blocked" or a code screen, you stop for the day and tell Victor on Slack. That is always the right move, and your pay does not change. Before your first shift you do our 30-minute training, which ends in a practice test. Nothing real is sent. That is the whole job. No selling, no writing, no research, no calls. One fixed 2-hour shift a day, Monday to Saturday, that you pick between 1 pm and 2 am Manila time (our founder is 4 hours behind you and is reachable then). After 30 days we add accounts and hours if you want them. YOU NEVER Change the text, add your own words, or message someone the CRM did not give you. Follow, like, comment, or answer a reply. Our founder answers every reply. Keep sending after a warning. YOU ARE Careful. You can do the same small task 100 times a day with care. We spot-check sends every day. Reliable. Monday to Saturday, for months. You tell us three days in advance if you cannot work. Comfortable in English. You read a profile and write to us on Slack in English. Set up: a laptop or desktop (not a phone), Chrome, stable internet of at least 10 Mbps. PAY $7 USD per 2-hour shift, paid in full even if Instagram stops you early or the list runs out. Monday to Saturday is about $182 a month. Paid every Monday for the week before, by Wise to your bank or GCash. A $25 bonus when you work every shift for an entire month. You report to Kevin, the founder, on Slack. Either side can end the arrangement with 7 days' notice; the last week is paid on the Monday as usual. The Instagram accounts are ours, and any block or restriction on them is our responsibility, never yours. START: the week you pass the training. HOW TO APPLY Apply on our form: ---------- You attach your CV (and past work if you have some) and answer six short questions. About ten minutes. We only read applications sent through that form. Shortlisted applicants do our 30-minute training with a practice test.

We’re looking for an ad researcher with a strong eye for direct response ads. We run multiple brands and need someone to consistently find strong creative ideas for each one. You’ll have access to BrandSearch & GetHookd, with thousands of ads to research. It’s down to you to figure out which ads look promising, what makes them effective and which ideas would work well for our brands. What you’ll do Research ads from direct competitors and similar brands. Look across different verticals for ideas we could adapt. Identify strong hooks, angles, offers, demonstrations and formats. Save the best examples to our swipe file, organised by brand. Add a short explanation of why each ad is worth testing and how we could adapt it. Bring fresh ideas to our creative team every week. You can spot ideas that would transfer well between products and industries. You can explain your thinking clearly. You’re organised and comfortable researching across multiple brands. How to apply Send a short introduction, your relevant experience and three ecommerce ads you think are strong**: 1. One video ad. 2. One static ad. 3. One ad from a different vertical whose approach could work for another brand. Include the link and a few sentences explaining why you picked each ad, what makes it effective and what you would adapt. We want to see your eye for creative and your judgement.
