Instagram Outreach Assistant (part-time, 2 h/day, long-term)

Nordcut Studio is a short-form video editing agency (nordcut.studio), run from Dubai. We give brands and creators their own video editor. We find clients by sending Instagram messages to brands and creators who post a lot of short videos.

Your job is to send those messages, carefully, every day.

WHAT YOU DO

• You open our CRM. Each card is one Instagram profile with the exact message to send.
• You open the card, open the profile, press Message, paste the message, send it, and drag the card to Contacted. About one a minute.
• You start with one of our Instagram accounts, about 50 messages a shift. As our accounts age we add more, up to about 100 a shift.
• If Instagram shows "Try again later", "Action blocked" or a code screen, you stop for the day and tell Victor on Slack. That is always the right move, and your pay does not change.
• Before your first shift you do our 30-minute training, which ends in a practice test. Nothing real is sent.

That is the whole job. No selling, no writing, no research, no calls. One fixed 2-hour shift a day, Monday to Saturday, that you pick between 1 pm and 2 am Manila time (our founder is 4 hours behind you and is reachable then). After 30 days we add accounts and hours if you want them.

YOU NEVER

• Change the text, add your own words, or message someone the CRM did not give you.
• Follow, like, comment, or answer a reply. Our founder answers every reply.
• Keep sending after a warning.

YOU ARE

• Careful. You can do the same small task 100 times a day with care. We spot-check sends every day.
• Reliable. Monday to Saturday, for months. You tell us three days in advance if you cannot work.
• Comfortable in English. You read a profile and write to us on Slack in English.
• Set up: a laptop or desktop (not a phone), Chrome, stable internet of at least 10 Mbps.

PAY
$7 USD per 2-hour shift, paid in full even if Instagram stops you early or the list runs out. Monday to Saturday is about $182 a month. Paid every Monday for the week before, by Wise to your bank or GCash. A $25 bonus when you work every shift for an entire month.

You report to Kevin, the founder, on Slack. Either side can end the arrangement with 7 days' notice; the last week is paid on the Monday as usual.

The Instagram accounts are ours, and any block or restriction on them is our responsibility, never yours.
