We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant whose primary responsibility will be basic video editing, with additional brand outreach and administrative duties.

Primary Responsibilities – Video Editing

• Edit raw product review footage into clean, professional videos.
• Remove mistakes, pauses, interruptions, and repeated takes.
• Improve audio levels, lighting, and color when needed.
• Create horizontal videos and vertical Shorts/Reels.
• Extract engaging short clips from longer reviews.
• Add simple text overlays and create YouTube thumbnails.
• Organize video files and check finished videos for quality.

Important: We require authentic content. No AI-generated people, products, or backgrounds. No added music, artificial narration, or unlicensed material. All editing must use our original footage and approved assets.

Secondary Responsibilities – Brand Outreach

• Research brands and products for potential collaborations.
• Draft product review requests using ChatGPT and our templates.
• Manually communicate with brands and follow up on requests.
• Track collaborations, responses, and shipments.
• Maintain Google Sheets and provide brief progress reports.
• Follow all applicable platform rules and data-handling requirements.
