EA/ CEO - International Luxury Fashion & Retail Company

Remote | Long-term | Direct collaboration with the founder (day & night availability is required)
Visits and travels to events in NY, Paris are possible and not mandatory.

We are a fast-growing international fashion & retail company looking for a highly organized and proactive High Fashion Executive Assistant / Operations Director to work directly with the founder and drive daily operations across multiple departments.

You will be the central hub of the leader — building systems, creating structure, and ensuring everything runs smoothly so the founder can focus on growth and strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Fully own and optimize ClickUp as the company’s central nervous system

• Coordinate across Finance, Legal, Retail, Marketing, Production, and Logistics

• Track deadlines, maintain team accountability, and drive projects forward

• Build systems, SOPs, dashboards, and scalable processes with Claude
• Manage ambassador and partnership programs

• Prepare clear daily and weekly management reports for the founder

• Ensure projects move forward independently with minimal supervision

Must-Have Requirements:

• Advanced Claude experience (this is a hard requirement)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong project management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Experience managing remote teams + HR specialist
• Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant oversight

Bonus Skills (a big plus):

• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo
• Sourcing, logistics, or manufacturing experience

Position Details

• Full-time | Remote + travelling to EU, USA and HK
• 60 hours per week
