I run a weekly YouTube show built on animated text (kinetic typography) synced to a voiceover — no on-camera footage. I record 2–3 minutes of audio; you turn it into finished content using a template I provide. Each week you will: take my cleaned voice track, build the video from my reusable CapCut/Canva template, add and time-sync animated captions, export 1–3 vertical Shorts (9:16, 30–60s) plus one long-form compilation, then upload and schedule everything in YouTube Studio and cross-post the clips via Metricool. You must have: proven short-form vertical editing (Shorts/Reels/TikTok); strong CapCut and/or Canva video skills including auto-captions and text animation; the discipline to follow a template and brand style exactly; comfort with YouTube Studio; clear written English; and reliable weekly delivery. Nice to have: Canva thumbnail design, basic YouTube SEO, Metricool experience, audio cleanup (Adobe Podcast). To apply: send (1) 2–3 examples of vertical, caption-driven Shorts you personally edited, (2) your rate (hourly or per-video), and (3) start the subject line with the word "EXPECTATION" so I know you read this. Trial: one paid test video before ongoing work. 5–7 screening questions Show me 2–3 vertical Shorts you edited where animated captions/text are the main visual. Which parts did you personally do? Walk me through, step by step, how you'd take a 3-minute voice recording and produce a 45-second kinetic-typography Short from a template I give you. Which tools do you use for auto-captions and text animation, and how do you make the words land on the beat of the speaker's voice? Have you uploaded and scheduled content in YouTube Studio (titles, tags, thumbnails, Shorts)? Have you used Metricool or a similar scheduler? Describe your workflow. This is a weekly show. What's your process for hitting a recurring deadline, and how many of these could you deliver per week? If my template's style and my instructions ever conflict, what do you do? (Looking for: follows the brand system, asks before improvising.) What's your rate, and would you prefer hourly or per-deliverable? What's your internet reliability and time-zone overlap with US hours?

We’re looking for someone with real experience working with large B-roll/video libraries to help us organise, maintain and expand our footage library for short-form and long-form content. This is not simply a video editing role. A major part of the job is being able to take hundreds or thousands of video clips and create a system where an editor can quickly find exactly the right clip. We want someone who already understands how to organise footage properly rather than someone we need to teach from scratch. What you'll work on You’ll help us: Organise large libraries of B-roll footage Create clear folder structures Rename and categorise clips Separate master/original footage from edited assets Organise footage by things such as: Emotion Context Location Action Person Scene Cinematic style Content type Identify the strongest usable moments from longer footage Build reusable B-roll libraries for our editors Source additional B-roll when required Keep the library clean as new footage is added Prepare footage primarily for 9:16 vertical short-form content Help editors find relevant clips quickly instead of repeatedly searching from scratch Our content includes personal-brand videos, business content, educational videos, lifestyle footage and cinematic/storytelling content. We are also building systems around AI and automation, so experience with structured asset libraries, metadata, tagging or AI-assisted video workflows is a big advantage. VERY IMPORTANT — application requirement We want to see how you personally organise B-roll or video footage. 1. A Google Drive folder showing a real B-roll/video library you have organised, OR 2. another backend system you ahve or worked on You can blur/remove any confidential client information. We want to see things like: Folder hierarchy File naming How you categorise footage How you handle raw footage vs selected footage How you organise footage that can be reused across multiple videos How quickly another editor could find a specific type of shot Please do not create a sample folder just for this application. We want to see a system you've genuinely used before. Ideal candidate You probably have experience as a: B-roll editor Video asset manager Assistant video editor Content editor Media manager YouTube editor Short-form video editor You should be highly organised and comfortable dealing with a large volume of video files. Experience with Google Drive is important. Experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Descript, Gling, ---------- or similar is useful, but we're particularly interested in your footage organisation skills. To apply Start your application with the words: B-ROLL LIBRARY Then answer these questions: 1. How many years have you worked with video/B-roll? 2. Roughly how large was the biggest footage library you've managed? 3. How do you normally organise B-roll so editors can find footage quickly? 4. Do you use folders only, or do you also use naming conventions, tags, metadata or databases? 5. What editing/video tools do you use? 6. Have you worked mainly with 9:16 short-form, YouTube long-form, or both? 7. Send your Google Drive example or Loom walkthrough showing how you organise footage. 8. Send 2–3 examples of videos where you were responsible for selecting or organising the B-roll. Applications without the footage-library example will not be considered. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys turning a messy collection of footage into a clean, searchable, reusable content library. Intial part time role to begin

We are a New Jersey-based real estate investment, development and construction company looking for an intelligent, highly organized, results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions & Lead Manager to join our team long-term. This is not a basic Virtual Assistant or cold-calling position. We want someone who can take ownership, find opportunities, analyze properties, speak confidently with sellers and agents, manage our CRM, run follow-up, help execute marketing campaigns, and keep deals moving forward. We are looking for someone who does not need to be reminded repeatedly what needs to get done. If you see an opportunity, investigate it. If a lead needs follow-up, follow up. If something is falling behind, take ownership and fix it. About Us We actively invest in, build and develop real estate primarily in New Jersey, with a focus on strong residential markets and select commercial opportunities. We are looking for properties where there is a genuine investment opportunity—not simply one particular type of lead. Opportunities may come from: Off-market sellers FSBO properties Properties already listed for sale Stale or overlooked listings Price reductions Expired or withdrawn listings Direct-mail campaigns Property-owner outreach Tear-down and new-construction opportunities Land and redevelopment sites Select commercial properties Referrals and inbound leads Our goal is simple: find good real estate deals wherever they exist. Your 5 Core Responsibilities 1. Find Deals You will actively search for investment opportunities using: PropStream MLS/public listing information Zillow/Redfin and other property websites FSBO listings Public property records Tax and ownership information Google research Existing lead lists Direct-mail response Other approved sources We want someone who can think creatively about where deals come from, rather than waiting for a list to be handed to them. 2. You must sound professional, confident and natural when speaking with U.S. property owners and real estate professionals. 3. Analyze Properties & Opportunities You should understand how to: Run comparable sales using AI Determine realistic ARV Analyze price per square foot Evaluate land and teardown opportunities Understand new-construction resale potential Identify good versus bad comps Evaluate asking price versus investment value Recommend a reasonable acquisition range Explain clearly why a deal does or does not make sense We do not want someone who simply copies a Zestimate. We want somebody who can analyze, question and think. 4. Own REsimpli & Follow-Up We use REsimpli Pro as our acquisition CRM. You will be responsible for keeping the acquisition pipeline organized and current. Every lead should include: Correct contact information Property information Seller motivation Conversation notes Lead status Next action Follow-up date Pricing/offer information when applicable No qualified lead should ever be lost because someone forgot to follow up. You will be expected to review the pipeline daily and make sure important opportunities continue moving forward. 5. Help Run Lead-Generation & Direct-Mail Campaigns You will help us build and execute acquisition campaigns, including: Identifying target properties Building mailing lists Cleaning and organizing data Coordinating mailing campaigns Tracking campaigns Entering responses into REsimpli Following up with respondents Measuring which lists and campaigns generate opportunities We want someone who can eventually help us improve the acquisition system—not simply operate it. Software We Use You should be comfortable with technology and organized systems. Our primary tools include: REsimpli Pro CRM, lead pipeline, follow-up, calls, texts, campaigns and reporting. PropStream Property research, ownership information, comparable sales, lists and market research. Slack Daily communication and accountability. We strongly prefer experience with: U.S. residential real estate Seller conversations Real estate acquisitions Lead management Comp/ARV analysis PropStream REsimpli or another real estate CRM FSBO outreach Real estate agents Cold calling Direct-mail campaigns Deal sourcing You do not need to know everything on day one. But you must already understand U.S. real estate and demonstrate that you are capable of learning quickly. Schedule This is a full-time, long-term position working U.S. Eastern Time. One Final Test Answer this question at the end of your application: You find a property listed for $850,000. Based on your initial research, you believe a new home on the property could potentially sell for $2,000,000. What would you investigate before recommending whether we should make an offer? Tell us what you would research, what numbers you would analyze, and what questions you would ask. There isn't one exact answer. We want to see how you think. NetHive provides premium AI voice receptionist systems to UK service businesses. Our AI receptionist answers incoming calls, handles common enquiries, captures leads, helps with appointment booking, and supports businesses with missed, overflow and after-hours calls. We are currently focused on independent UK aesthetics / cosmetic clinics. We are looking for an experienced B2B cold caller / appointment setter who can confidently speak with UK businesses, get past gatekeepers, reach owners/managers and book qualified demonstrations. This is not a hard-closing role. Your main responsibility is to create interest and book qualified appointments. The founder will personally handle demonstrations, proposals and closing. What you’ll do Make outbound calls to pre-qualified UK aesthetics clinics Ask for and speak with owners, founders, clinic directors, medical directors or other decision-makers Introduce NetHive clearly and naturally Identify whether the clinic experiences missed, overflow or after-hours calls Create enough interest for the prospect to see or try our AI receptionist Book qualified demonstrations Record call outcomes and useful notes accurately Follow up with prospects when required Handle common objections without sounding scripted or aggressive You will NOT be expected to spend your day searching for leads. We will provide researched prospect lists including clinic information and, where available, the decision-maker’s name. Compensation We want the compensation to reward quality, not meaningless call volume. Starting compensation: $6–$8 USD/hour, depending on experience and communication ability. PLUS: +$10–$15 for each qualified demo that actually attends +$50 for each customer you sourced who becomes a paying NetHive client and completes their first payment Bonuses are additional to your hourly pay. High-performing callers may receive increased hours, higher bonuses and greater responsibility as the company grows. What counts as a qualified appointment? A qualified appointment should: Be with an owner, founder, director, manager or person with genuine purchasing authority Be from a relevant UK aesthetics/cosmetic clinic Understand broadly what NetHive provides Have genuine interest in exploring the AI receptionist Attend the scheduled demonstration Simply putting an unqualified person on the calendar does not count as a qualified appointment. Who we’re looking for You should have: Previous cold-calling, telemarketing or appointment-setting experience Excellent spoken English Clear, confident and natural phone communication Experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers Confidence handling gatekeepers Ability to think and respond naturally rather than reading a script word-for-word Good listening skills Reliable internet and a quiet calling environment Comfortable using CRM / prospecting software Strong attendance and reliability Experience calling UK businesses is a major advantage. Experience selling SaaS, AI, marketing, appointment-setting, healthcare, beauty/aesthetics or other B2B services is also advantageous. Working hours You must be available during UK business hours. The initial calling block will likely be around 3–4 hours per weekday, scheduled during the portion of the UK working day that produces the best contact rate. Because you are in the Philippines, this will generally mean working during your late afternoon/evening, with the exact schedule changing slightly when UK daylight-saving time changes. Important: voice sample required Please do not send only a generic application. To apply, include: 1. A short introduction about your cold-calling experience. 2. The types of businesses/countries you have previously called. 3. Your previous appointment-setting results if available. 4. A 60–90 second voice recording. In the recording, pretend you are calling the owner of a UK aesthetics clinic. Scenario: You work for NetHive. We provide an AI receptionist that answers missed, busy and after-hours calls, handles common enquiries and can help customers with appointment booking. Give us your natural cold-call opening and try to create enough interest to book a short demonstration. Do not over-script it. We want to hear how you actually sound on a call. Also include the word “IVY” somewhere in your application so we know you read the entire job post. Hiring process Shortlisted candidates will have a brief interview followed by a live cold-call roleplay. The successful candidate will begin with a paid two-week trial using real prospect lists. We are looking for someone who can potentially work with us long term as NetHive grows.

Facelove Cosmetics is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer beauty brand built for women over 40, with a strong presence across the US and EU markets. The Role We're looking for a DTC E-commerce Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for the roles that actually move revenue: paid media, creative strategy, retention, Shopify/CRO, and the creative talent behind our ads. You'll work directly with our HR Manager and founders to keep both contractor and full-time pipelines full of strong, vetted candidates. This is a hands-on recruiting role, not a coordination-only role. You'll source proactively, run structured screens, and bring sharp judgment to who's actually a fit. In DTC, the gap between someone who ran an ad account and someone who sat next to one is enormous, and we need you to be able to tell the difference on a 30-minute call. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment across DTC e-commerce functions: paid media buying, growth, creative strategy, retention/email, Shopify and CRO, analytics, and e-commerce ops Recruit high-volume creative contractor roles, including video editors and UGC-style creative talent, running trial-based assessment at scale Write and refine job descriptions that attract the right candidates and filter out the wrong ones Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, OnlineJobs.ph, job boards, competitor mapping, and outbound Screen resumes, portfolios, and ad-performance claims, run initial interviews, and produce structured, comparable candidate assessments for hiring managers Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones with hiring managers and founders Draft offers and manage the process through to signature Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in GoHire and LinkedIn Recruiter Flag pipeline or spec issues early. If a role's requirements are producing no viable candidates, bring evidence and options rather than continuing to source blindly Spot red flags before they reach final interviews: inflated spend figures, metrics that contradict each other, reused or scraped creative work, agency work presented as in-house, overlapping employment dates What You'll Need 3+ years of recruitment experience with a track record hiring for DTC, e-commerce, or performance-marketing-driven companies Recruitment agency or staffing firm background preferred. We want someone who has carried a req load and a placement target, not someone who has only supported an internal HR function Working fluency in the DTC vocabulary: ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, LTV, hook rate, creative testing. You don't need to be a marketer, but you can't be bluffed by one Comfortable evaluating creative portfolios (video, static, UGC) alongside more traditional e-commerce and ops backgrounds Strong sourcing skills. You don't post and pray Excellent written communication. You can write both a sharp JD and a warm, human candidate email Ability to work core hours aligned to CET Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment Experience with hiring or ATS tools such as GoHire and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus How you work You move fast and d ---------- with incomplete information You'd rather be corrected than be wrong for a quarter You are comfortable telling a founder their favourite campaign isn't working You want ownership, not a brief What we offer Real ownership of the most important function in the business, with a direct line to the founders Remote-first, async-friendly, results-measured A brand with genuine product-market fit and room to scale Pls fill out this form to apply: ---------- ==

Facelove is a fast-growing DTC beauty brand in the US. We're direct-response first, the large majority of our revenue comes from paid acquisition, and every decision we make is measured against CAC, MER and contribution margin. We're scaling quickly, and we're looking for a Head of Paid Media to own that growth: someone who has run serious spend before, knows what breaks at scale, and can build the system that gets us to the next level. About the Role: You'll take full ownership of paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and AppLovin, managing $3–5M in monthly spend. This is a strategy and ownership role. You'll have a team of junior media buyers who handle the implementation, from building and launching campaigns, ad uploads, naming conventions, and day-to-day platform work. Your job is to set the strategy, make budget changes, direct their work, and make sure we scale efficiently as spend grows. What you'll own Performance and P&L CAC, MER and blended contribution margin across all paid channels Spend planning and budget allocation across Meta, Google, TikTok and AppLovin Scaling decisions: when to push, when to pull back, and the evidence behind both Forecasting and hitting your forecasts Channel strategy Meta as the dominant channel: account structure, campaign architecture, audience and placement strategy, testing framework Google (Brand, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) and Tiktok as diversification and incremental-volume plays AppLovin, a serious and growing part of our mix; you'll be expected to already know how to buy here and how to scale it Owning the mix: d ---------- where the next dollar goes and being able to defend it with numbers Leading the buying team Direct a team of junior media buyers who execute your strategy in-platform Set clear priorities, review their work, and hold the quality bar on launches Build the SOPs, QA checks and onboarding that let us add buyers without adding chaos Develop them, we want buyers who get better under you, and we want you to set the bar for the next hires Testing and creative direction A disciplined, documented testing calendar: hypotheses, sample sizes, read windows, kill criteria Close partnership with our creative pods: you own the brief-back loop, telling the creative team what's working, what's dying and what to make next. You don't make the ads; you make sure we make the right ones. Offer, landing page and funnel testing in partnership with web and retention Measurement Own the truth on attribution. We run third-party measurement alongside platform reporting and we know platform numbers are inflated, you'll be expected to have a defensible point of view on incrementality and to d ---------- on real numbers, not comfortable ones. Reporting a founder can read in five minutes and trust What success looks like First 30 days — You know our accounts better than anyone. You've audited structure, spend efficiency and measurement, and delivered a written diagnosis with the three biggest efficiency leaks and how you'd fix them. Within the first 7 days you’ve gone through the full onboarding needed for you to take over day to day mediabuying and are ready after week 1 to take over, the current setup, while changing it to how it should stand along the way. First 90 days — Day-to-day buying runs through you and your team, not through a founder. Testing cadence is live and documented. You're running a weekly performance review that drives real decisions. Who you are Required 7+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or customer acquisition - You have personally managed $1M+ per month in paid media spend — not overseen it from a distance Deep, hands-on Meta expertise. Non-negotiable. You should have strong opinions about account structure and be able to explain your reasoning. Direct experience across Google, TikTok and AppLovin — we're not looking for someone who will learn these on our budget Real fluency in unit economics: CAC, MER, AOV, LTV, contribution margin. You can build the model, not just read the dashboard. Experience with third-party attribution and a healthy scepticism about platform-reported numbers You've managed media buyers before and can show what you built to make them better Strong plus Beauty, skincare or supplements experience Experience selling to women 45+, or in any category where trust and proof of efficacy matter more than novelty AppLovin or other emerging channels taken from zero to scale Amazon Ads You've worked in a founder-led business and know how to take something over rather than wait to be handed it How you work You move fast and d ---------- with incomplete information You'd rather be corrected than be wrong for a quarter You are comfortable telling a founder their favourite campaign isn't working You want ownership, not a brief What we offer Real ownership of the most important function in the business, with a direct line to the founders Remote-first, async-friendly, results-measured A brand with genuine product-market fit and room to scale To APPLY, click this LINK: ---------- ==
