Thrive Alliance is a U.S. tutoring company with one promise to every family: one full grade level of growth in 12 weeks. We're growing, and we're looking for a few more teachers to join a team that shows up, delivers, and celebrates student wins together.

You'll teach Kindergarten through Grade 8 Math and English one-on-one through MobyMax. The platform handles diagnostics, skill targets, and mastery checks, so there's no lesson planning from scratch. You bring the teaching, the patience, and the energy that makes a struggling student believe they can do it.

Schedule
Weekday classes run Monday–Thursday, 3:00–9:00 PM US Central Time:

Now through Nov 1: 4:00–10:00 AM Philippine time, Tuesday–Friday
From Nov 1: 5:00–11:00 AM Philippine time, Tuesday–Friday

You choose your caseload:

8 students: 4 hours a day, 4 days a week

12 students: the full 6-hour window, 4 days a week

14 students: the full weekday window plus one weekend block of about 4 hours, scheduled with you during onboarding

Students are added during your first weeks until your caseload is full. Weekly student reports are due each Friday US time (Saturday PH time), and that reporting time is paid.

Pay

$4.00 USD per hour taught, plus up to 2.5 paid reporting hours per week
Sent by Wise on the 15th and 30th of every month
At full caseload: about $277/month (8 students), $416/month (12 students), or $485/month (14 students), plus up to about $43/month in reporting pay
$400 performance bonus on top

Requirements

Active PRC license (LET passer)
Experience teaching classes or tutoring K–8 students
Clear spoken and written English
Comfortable on live video (Google Meet) for up to 6 hours at a stretch
Your own equipment and reliable internet, ready now
Able to keep the same schedule every week

Our hiring process
Application review, a short interview, PRC license verification, a brief subject placement assessment, and a 15-minute mock lesson during our actual teaching hours.
