UK B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — AI Receptionist Company

NetHive provides premium AI voice receptionist systems to UK service businesses.
Our AI receptionist answers incoming calls, handles common enquiries, captures leads, helps with appointment booking, and supports businesses with missed, overflow and after-hours calls.
We are currently focused on independent UK aesthetics / cosmetic clinics.
We are looking for an experienced B2B cold caller / appointment setter who can confidently speak with UK businesses, get past gatekeepers, reach owners/managers and book qualified demonstrations.
This is not a hard-closing role.
Your main responsibility is to create interest and book qualified appointments. The founder will personally handle demonstrations, proposals and closing.
What you’ll do
Make outbound calls to pre-qualified UK aesthetics clinics
Ask for and speak with owners, founders, clinic directors, medical directors or other decision-makers
Introduce NetHive clearly and naturally
Identify whether the clinic experiences missed, overflow or after-hours calls
Create enough interest for the prospect to see or try our AI receptionist
Book qualified demonstrations
Record call outcomes and useful notes accurately
Follow up with prospects when required
Handle common objections without sounding scripted or aggressive
You will NOT be expected to spend your day searching for leads. We will provide researched prospect lists including clinic information and, where available, the decision-maker’s name.
Compensation
We want the compensation to reward quality, not meaningless call volume.
Starting compensation:
$6–$8 USD/hour, depending on experience and communication ability.
PLUS:
+$10–$15 for each qualified demo that actually attends
+$50 for each customer you sourced who becomes a paying NetHive client and completes their first payment
Bonuses are additional to your hourly pay.
High-performing callers may receive increased hours, higher bonuses and greater responsibility as the company grows.
What counts as a qualified appointment?
A qualified appointment should:
Be with an owner, founder, director, manager or person with genuine purchasing authority
Be from a relevant UK aesthetics/cosmetic clinic
Understand broadly what NetHive provides
Have genuine interest in exploring the AI receptionist
Attend the scheduled demonstration
Simply putting an unqualified person on the calendar does not count as a qualified appointment.
Who we’re looking for
You should have:
Previous cold-calling, telemarketing or appointment-setting experience
Excellent spoken English
Clear, confident and natural phone communication
Experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers
Confidence handling gatekeepers
Ability to think and respond naturally rather than reading a script word-for-word
Good listening skills
Reliable internet and a quiet calling environment
Comfortable using CRM / prospecting software
Strong attendance and reliability
Experience calling UK businesses is a major advantage.
Experience selling SaaS, AI, marketing, appointment-setting, healthcare, beauty/aesthetics or other B2B services is also advantageous.
Working hours
You must be available during UK business hours.
The initial calling block will likely be around 3–4 hours per weekday, scheduled during the portion of the UK working day that produces the best contact rate.
Because you are in the Philippines, this will generally mean working during your late afternoon/evening, with the exact schedule changing slightly when UK daylight-saving time changes.

Hiring process
Shortlisted candidates will have a brief interview followed by a live cold-call roleplay.
The successful candidate will begin with a paid two-week trial using real prospect lists.
