Shopify, Omnisend & eCommerce Expert

About the role

We’re a three-year-old eCommerce brand looking for an experienced specialist to manage and improve our Shopify store and existing Omnisend account. You’ll take ownership of store updates, landing pages, email marketing, and ongoing improvements to the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize Shopify landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Customize and maintain Shopify themes, product pages, collections, and navigation.

Improve the mobile shopping experience and identify opportunities to increase conversions.

Troubleshoot Shopify layouts, apps, and integrations.

Manage products, promotions, launches, and routine store updates.

Design and manage email campaigns in Omnisend.

Improve existing Omnisend templates, signup forms, segments, and automated flows.

Review store and email performance and recommend practical improvements.

Create supporting banners and graphics when needed.

Requirements

3–5 years of proven experience working with Shopify and eCommerce brands.

Demonstrated experience building Shopify landing pages and improving existing stores.

Proven experience managing Omnisend campaigns and automations.

Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

Strong design skills and an understanding of customer experience and conversion.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of ongoing work.
