About Us We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) sleep technology brand. We operate at the intersection of direct-response marketing, cutting-edge hardware, and world-class DTC digital experiences. We are expanding fast and looking for a conversion-focused Shopify Landing Page & Product Page Builder to join our team. The Role We are looking for a rare hybrid: someone who has a sharp eye for modern, clean visual design, understands direct-response copywriting, and obsesses over Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). In this role, you will build high-converting presell pages (advertorials, listicles, comparison pages) and high-converting Shopify PDPs (Product Detail Pages). Important: While experience with third-party page builders (PageFly, GemPages, Funnelish, Replo, Zipify) is valuable background knowledge, all of our pages will be built natively inside Shopify (Shopify 2.0 Sections/Blocks, Theme Customizer, Liquid/HTML/CSS)βnot through heavy 3rd-party page builder apps. You are fully encouraged to leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to "vibe code", generate custom components, and accelerate your building workflow. What Youβll Do Native Shopify Page Building: Build fast, responsive, high-converting product pages, advertorials, listicles, and presell landers directly within our Shopify theme using custom sections, native blocks, HTML/CSS, and Liquid. Conversion-Driven Copywriting: Write and tweak punchy, persuasive direct-response headlines, hooks, benefits, FAQs, and social proof sections that compel cold traffic to buy. Visual Design & Layout: Create clean, modern, trust-building DTC layouts that look premium while ruthlessly driving clicks and checkouts. Vibe Coding with AI: Use AI coding assistants to rapidly draft custom interactive sections (comparison tables, before/after toggles, dynamic bundles, custom review widgets, sticky CTAs). Mobile-First Optimization: Ensure 100% pixel-perfect responsiveness, lightning-fast load times, and thumb-friendly checkout paths on mobile devices. A/B Testing & Iteration: Collaborate with our growth team to hypothesize, build, and deploy test variants (different angles, hooks, hero layouts, offer structures) based on CRO data. Who You Are Direct-Response & CRO Minded: You know what actually makes people buyβvisual hierarchy, contrast, social proof, objection handling, loss aversion, clear CTAs, and frictionless page flow. Shopify Native Builder: Comfortable building modular sections within Shopify 2.0 without relying on bloated page builder plugins. Tech & AI Savvy: You embrace AI tools to speed up coding, styling, and asset generation. You don't get stuck on syntaxβyou solve problems fast. Design Eye: You know the difference between amateur-looking affiliate pages and polished, high-converting premium brand landers. Speed & Ownership: You work independently, respect deadlines, and iterate based on actual performance metrics, not personal opinions. Requirements Proven experience building high-performing DTC landing pages and Shopify product pages. Familiarity with direct-response lander formats (advertorials, listicles, "us vs. them" tables, quiz funnels, PDPs). Strong written English communication skills for direct-response copy and team collaboration. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup. Preferred: Some foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid. How to Apply (Mandatory Instructions) 1. Portfolio / Live Links (REQUIRED): Provide direct links to landing pages (advertorials, listicles, or presell landers) AND Shopify product pages (PDPs) that you have built yourself. Explain briefly what role you played on each (design, copy, coding).(Applications without specific live work samples will NOT be reviewed). 2. Shopify & AI Experience: Briefly share how you approach building custom sections natively in Shopify, and what AI tools you regularly use to build or code faster.

AGENDA INSIDER β RECRUITER IN THE PHILIPPINES Agenda Insider is a U.S. software and construction-intelligence company. We monitor city planning and zoning meetings across American counties and alert construction-related businesses to development projects β often months before construction begins. Our customers are excavation contractors, builders, title companies and lenders. Our initial markets are Utah, Nevada and Arizona. We are building a small team of part-time outbound callers in the Philippines. Before hiring the callers, we are hiring one excellent recruiter to find them. This is a recruiting role. You will not be making sales calls yourself. βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ WHAT THE CALLERS ACTUALLY DO This is a factual, low-pressure business conversation β not a hard-sell campaign and not a scam call. The caller introduces three real construction or development projects recently discussed in the prospect's own area. Depending on the project, that includes the location, acreage, proposed use, number of homes or units, and the date it appeared before a planning commission. Then one simple question: "Had you already heard about that project?" And then: "We track dozens β even hundreds β of projects like these as they begin emerging in your area. Would you be open to a fifteen-minute demonstration so you can see what we're finding?" That is the whole purpose of the call: create interest and schedule a demonstration. The research, project information, script and training are all provided. Callers follow the approved message while sounding natural. They must never invent facts, make unsupported claims, pressure a prospect, or imply they represent a city or government agency. βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ THE SCHEDULE β SCREEN FOR THIS BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE The calling window is 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM U.S. Mountain Time. Four hours, Monday through Friday. In the Philippines that is a late-evening or overnight shift, and the corresponding Philippines hours shift when U.S. daylight-saving time changes. Every candidate must understand and genuinely accept this before you present them. More outbound hires fail on schedule than on skill, and a caller who quits in week two costs us far more than one we never hired. βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ WHO WE NEED YOU TO FIND Excellent spoken English β clear, natural, and easy for an American business owner to follow over the telephone. This is the first filter and nearly everything else is negotiable. Listens and responds conversationally rather than reading. Confident with owners and managers of construction companies, many of whom answer their own phones. Calm, steady and curious. Not aggressive, not pushy. Dependable attendance, and willing to take coaching from recorded-call feedback. Reliable internet, suitable equipment, quiet place to work. Previous call-center, appointment-setting or outbound sales experience helps but is not required. Attitude, reliability, listening ability and spoken English matter more than an impressive BPO rΓ©sumΓ©. βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ YOUR ASSIGNMENT Find, evaluate and help us hire two outstanding part-time callers. We are not hiring someone to collect rΓ©sumΓ©s. Your assignment is complete when two hires have finished our training and are still performing well after 30 days β not when you deliver a shortlist. You will: Source candidates through OnlineJobs.ph, Facebook groups, referrals, your existing network, and anywhere else you have real reach. Screen spoken English yourself, in a live conversation. Not from a rΓ©sumΓ©, not from a written application. Evaluate voice clarity, listening ability, confidence, warmth, judgment and professionalism. Run a short role-play using a script we provide, and judge whether they sound human reading it. Confirm schedule acceptance, internet, equipment and workspace. Present five genuinely strong finalists with candid written notes β including what is weak about each one. Coordinate and sit in on our final interviews. Help us replace anyone who proves unreliable or does not complete training. βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ COMPENSATION An hourly rate for your approved recruiting work. A success bonus for each caller we hire who completes training and is still working well after 30 days. I would rather pay more for people who perform and stay than pay less for a large pile of rΓ©sumΓ©s. Please propose the hourly rate and retention-bonus structure you believe is fair. Terms are discussed with shortlisted applicants. This begins as a focused project for two calling seats. If the campaign succeeds we expect to hire more as Agenda Insider expands into additional U.S. markets, and the right recruiter becomes a continuing partner. βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ HOW TO APPLY Read this section carefully. Applications that skip any step will not receive a response. 1. Begin your application with the word DIRT. 2. Provide a link to a voice recording of no more than 60 seconds answering: "Tell me about a person you recruited who did not work out. What did you miss during the hiring process?" Vocaroo, Loom, Google Drive, Dropbox or any accessible service. Please confirm the link works before you send it. You will be judging other people's spoken English, so we need to hear yours. 3. In two or three sentences, in your own words: "How would you test whether someone's spoken English is strong enough to speak with an American construction-company owner on the telephone?" There is no single correct answer. I want to understand how you evaluate people. 4. Tell me two things: where and how you would look for these callers beyond waiting for applications to this posting, and the most similar recruiting assignment you have completed β including what happened to the people you hired. Do not send a generic cover letter. I will personally read every application that follows these instructions, and none that does not.

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant / QuickBooks Online Advisor to assist our hospitality and property business for approximately 5β10 hours per week. We already have a bookkeeper handling much of the day-to-day accounting work. This role is the next level above bookkeeping. We are looking for someone who can review what is already in QuickBooks, clean up problems, assist with VAT reporting, provide accounting guidance, and help us better understand the performance of the business. We operate a resort and hospitality business in Vanuatu, with several related entities covering accommodation, restaurant operations and property-owner accounting. What we need help with The initial work will mainly involve reviewing and cleaning up our existing QuickBooks Online accounts. This may include: Reviewing historical transactions and identifying errors Cleaning up duplicated or incorrectly posted transactions Reviewing the chart of accounts Checking how transactions are being classified Reviewing bank and balance-sheet reconciliations Helping correct historical accounting issues Reviewing work completed by our existing bookkeeper Assisting with month-end and year-end adjustments Helping with VAT returns and VAT reconciliations Checking that VAT has been treated correctly Reviewing inter-company and related-party transactions Helping establish better accounting procedures and controls We previously experimented with automatically transferring sales information into QuickBooks, which resulted in some duplicated and incorrectly classified transactions. One of the first projects will be helping us clean this up properly. Management accounting and business insights We are also looking for someone who can go beyond simply processing transactions. We would like help understanding questions such as: How is the business actually performing? Are margins improving or declining? Are expenses moving outside normal levels? Which areas of the business are performing well? Are there unusual transactions that should be investigated? How does the current month compare with previous months and previous years? Is cash flow improving or deteriorating? Are there accounting issues that management should be aware of? You do not need to prepare complicated reports every week. We are looking for someone who can look at the accounts and occasionally say: βI noticed this β you should probably have a closer look at it.β That type of insight would be very valuable to us. VAT experience Experience with VAT, GST or similar consumption taxes is important. Our businesses are based in Vanuatu, so you do not necessarily need previous Vanuatu VAT experience. However, you should have a strong understanding of: Output VAT / VAT collected Input VAT / VAT credits VAT reconciliations Reviewing VAT returns Correct treatment of purchases and sales Identifying transactions where VAT may have been treated incorrectly We can explain any specific Vanuatu rules where necessary. QuickBooks Online You should be highly experienced with QuickBooks Online. We are not looking for someone who needs to learn QuickBooks after being hired. Ideally you will have: 4+ years accounting experience Strong QuickBooks Online experience Experience cleaning up existing QuickBooks files Strong reconciliation skills Experience preparing or reviewing VAT/GST returns Good understanding of management accounts Ability to review a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet and identify unusual items Good Excel or Google Sheets skills Strong written English Good judgement and attention to detail CPA, CA or equivalent accounting qualifications would be an advantage, but practical experience is more important to us than qualifications alone. Experience with hospitality, hotels, restaurants, property management or multi-entity businesses would also be useful. AI and automation We are interested in gradually using AI to improve efficiency. Over time, we would like to investigate using tools such as: ChatGPT Claude QuickBooks reporting Excel / Google Sheets Zapier Make Other accounting automation tools This could eventually help with things such as: Management reporting Owner reporting Reviewing transactions Identifying unusual entries Comparing monthly results Extracting information from accounting data Reducing repetitive administrative work You do not need to be an AI expert. We are mainly looking for someone who is curious, practical and willing to help us gradually improve the system. How we like to work We prefer people who investigate problems before immediately asking questions. If you encounter an accounting issue, ideally you would come back to us with something like: βI have looked into this. This is what I think happened, these are the transactions involved, and this is how I recommend we correct it.β We are happy to answer questions where necessary, but we are looking for someone capable of working independently and applying good accounting judgement. Hours Initially approximately: 5β10 hours per week Hours are flexible. This would suit an experienced accountant who already has another role or other clients but has some spare capacity each week. There may be additional hours available from time to time. Pay Please advise your expected hourly rate in USD. We are looking for good value, but we are not simply looking for the cheapest applicant. We would rather pay more for someone who genuinely understands accounting and QuickBooks and can work efficiently without requiring constant supervision. How to apply Please begin your application with: MANGOES ACCOUNTANT Then answer the following questions: What accounting qualification do you have, if any? How many years of accounting experience do you have? How many years have you personally used QuickBooks Online? Have you previously cleaned up an existing QuickBooks file? Please briefly explain what was wrong and how you corrected it. What experience do you have preparing or reviewing VAT or GST returns? Are you comfortable reviewing a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet and identifying unusual or incorrect items? Have you worked with multiple companies or related entities? Have you worked in hospitality, property management, restaurants or hotels? What experience do you have with Excel or Google Sheets? Have you used ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools for accounting or analysis? What is your expected hourly rate in USD? How many hours per week are you available? Are you currently employed or working with other clients? Please do not send a generic application simply saying that you are an expert. We are looking for someone with genuine practical accounting experience who can demonstrate how they think and solve accounting problems. For the right person, this could develop into a long-term role supporting management and our existing bookkeeping team.
