Marketing and Community Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable VA to support WheelieWorx, an online wheelchair and seating education business.

You must follow instructions, meet deadlines and communicate clearly. We want someone who takes ownership and does not need to be chased.

Responsibilities:

Ads

• Upload and schedule Meta ads
• Check that they are running correctly
• Review the results
• Suggest simple improvements

Testimonials

• Turn testimonials into branded social media images
• Choose the strongest quote and include the client’s photo
• Schedule one testimonial each week

Community and onboarding

• Check our CRM and send check-in email s
• Follow up with members who are not engaging
• Support new members through onboarding
• Keep the CRM updated

Content repurposing

Turn roundtable discussions, one-to-one calls and existing content into:

• Newsletters
• Social media carousels
• Short educational posts

You may use ChatGPT or Claude, but you must check and improve the work before submitting it.

Systems

• Create reusable AI prompts
• Document recurring tasks
• Build simple checklists and workflows

You should have

• Strong written English
• Good attention to detail
• Canva skills
• Experience using AI tools
• Good organisation and communication
• The ability to work independently

Experience with Meta Ads Manager or GoHighLevel is helpful.
