FULL-TIME Junior Creative Strategist for Fast-Growing DTC Supplement Brand

Confidential employer

About Us We're a fast-growing DTC brand in the health supplement space, scaling with performance-driven creatives. Every ad we launch is backed by data and crafted to convert. We're looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who thinks in angles, writes with intent, and wants to master the craft of building ads that sell, someone who's hungry to learn, test relentlessly, and grow into a key player on our creative team. The Role We're hiring a Junior Creative Strategist who can develop compelling ad concepts with a focus on long-form statics and direct-response copywriting for Meta & Google. This is a long-term, remote role with a $2,000 base salary (exclusive of performance bonuses). Compensation can increase significantly based on performance. What You'll Do Develop ad concepts and angles for long-form static ads, including advertorials, listicles, comparison statics, and educational formats Write direct-response copy — headlines, hooks, body copy, and CTAs that drive action Research competitors, audiences, and market trends to find winning angles Build creative briefs for designers and video editors to execute Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Higgsfield to speed up ideation and asset creation Analyze performance data and iterate on concepts based on KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS Test different angles, formats, and messaging frameworks at volume Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager, editors, and designers to push output Study winning ads across the DTC space and break down what makes them convert Experiment with new formats, storytelling structures, and persuasion techniques You Need Some experience with long-form static ads and/or direct-response copywriting — personal projects or spec work count A basic understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, and consumer behavior Strong writing skills — you know how to make people stop scrolling and start reading Willingness to produce at volume — the target is 30+ static concepts per week Hunger to learn — you don't need to know everything, but you need to want to Ability to take feedback, move fast, and not get attached to ideas that don't perform Bonus: familiarity with the health/supplement space A proven track record is a massive plus. If you've already worked on ads that performed — even a handful — that puts you ahead of the pack. We'd much rather see 3 real ads with real results than a polished portfolio with no data behind it. What You'll Get $2,000 base salary, exclusive of performance bonuses Compensation can increase significantly based on performance Fully remote role Direct mentorship and collaboration with experienced strategists, editors, and the Founder Managed under a dedicated Creative Manager who oversees strategy and creative output A real opportunity to grow into a senior strategist role as we scale How to Apply Start your application with the word ANGLE so we know you read the full post. Then send us the following: 1. Your creative work Send 3–5 examples of ad creatives you personally concepted, wrote copy for, or strategized — ideally static ads or written content that was used in paid campaigns. For each example, include: A link or screenshot of the final creative What product/brand it was for What parts you were responsible for — concept, copy, design direction, or full execution Whether it ran as a paid ad, and on which platform Portfolio pieces, freelance work, and spec projects are all acceptable — but real ads with real performance data will always stand out more. 2. Performance evidence — strongly preferred If any of your work ran as paid traffic, send screenshots from Meta Ads Manager or other platforms showing actual performance. Where available, we'd like to see metrics such as: Spend CTR CPC CPA / Cost per Purchase ROAS Hook rate / thumb-stop rate We understand that junior candidates may not always have access to performance data. If you don't, that's okay — just be honest about it and tell us what you do know about how the creative performed. If you do have data, share it. Proven results carry serious weight in this process. You may blur client names, account IDs, revenue figures, or other sensitive information. We mainly want to verify that you have experience producing creatives that were genuinely used and tested with paid traffic. 3. Break down a winning ad Pick any static ad or advertorial you've seen online that you think works well. In 200–300 words, break down: What angle it uses and why it's effective How the copy is structured What makes someone stop and read it What you'd test or change to improve it This tells us more about your strategic thinking than any resume will. 4. Tell us which tools you use or want to learn List the tools you currently use or are familiar with for: Copywriting and research Static ad design — Figma, Canva, Photoshop, etc. AI content generation — ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, etc. Ad spying and competitor research Organizing and managing creative output We're particularly interested in strategists who are comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, ideation, and first drafts.

We’re specifically looking for someone capable of producing polished, creative After Effects-style edits similar to the reference video: ---------- == The role will involve taking relevant client footage from their socials and combining it with our website/app designs in interesting ways — using motion graphics, transitions, screen replacements, compositing and creative animation to produce videos that not just show case our work, but also feature the client so its engaging for their audience. E-Commerce B2B Inbound & Outbound Remote Sales Representative

Confidential employer

E-Commerce B2B Inbound & Outbound Sales Representative ABOUT US -------------------- We are an e-commerce business specializing in hydroponic equipment serving North America. We are a small, dynamic team looking for a long-term partner who will become the primary customer representative of the company. ABOUT THE ROLE -------------------- We're hiring a remote dedicated B2B Sales Representative to own the front line of sales and customer service experience. As a key member, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely while directly shaping the success of our valued customers. You'll answer calls, chats, email s, walk customers through our products, and close sales — while qualifying larger commercial leads for handoff to our sales manager. WHAT YOU'LL DO -------------------- Answer inbound calls promptly — pick up live calls within a few rings or less. Resolve routine retail support — shipment tracking, parts questions, order status, and general customer inquiries, start to finish. Re-engage abandoned-cart shoppers and follow up on stalled quotes through outbound and cold calling. Walk customers through our product lineup with clarity, confidence, and accurate detail Work through objections, pricing pushback, and follow-ups without losing momentum, while staying alert to upsell and cross-sell openings. Qualify incoming commercial inquiries — run a short intake call to understand scope and need, then hand off pre-qualified leads to our sales manager with clear notes. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE -------------------- Callers consistently reach a real person quickly — no missed calls, no long holds. Retail issues get resolved on first contact whenever possible. 100% of leads are entered into the CRM, ready and pre-qualified for the sales manager. Leadership can step away (including multi-day stretches) without customer experience slipping. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -------------------- Experience in customer support, inside sales, or sales development — retail, e-commerce, or B2B distribution background is a plus. Clear, confident spoken and written English communication skills, with an outgoing, people-first personality. Sharp communication paired with genuine listening skills — comfortable being the first voice a customer hears, on the phone and in writing. Organized and self-directed — you can triage, prioritize, and make good judgment calls without someone looking over your shoulder. Calm, professional communication style with both everyday retail customers and commercial buyers. Quick to learn, dependable in execution, and careful with instructions. BONUS POINTS FOR -------------------- Comfortable working daily inside Shopify to track orders, leads, monitor abandoned carts, and flag opportunities. Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM platform. Understanding of AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude AI, etc. HOW TO APPLY (MUST READ) -------------------- Send the following: Your resume A 60–90 second voice recording (required) covering both parts below: Voice Recording: Record a voice note covering this specific scenario: *A commercial facility director left a $10000 Harvest Equipment setup in their cart yesterday. You are calling them back. You are introducing yourself, and the buyer pushes pack: "I found the exact product in a different site for $500 less, and your delivery is 2 weeks out, I'm going to pass." Roleplay your opening response on the phone: How do you address the price difference, protect our company's delivery value and follow through the next steps without immediately offering a discount? We're evaluating tone, confidence, clarity, listening cues, and how naturally you move a prospect toward a close. Polish matters; perfection isn't expected — show us how you actually sound on a real call. Applications without a voice recording that completes both parts will not be considered. Please include the word STIR in your subject line to confirm you've read this far. Thank you.

Shopify Store Maker (With AI)

I need you to make dropshipping stores for me to test products on. They are not difficult to make. I am going to give you an SOP and I'm going to give you instructions on how to do it. You will need to use ChatGPT to help make the stores, and AI will do most of the creative work. This is not a very complicated task or anything requiring much expertise. Experience with Shopify would help but is by no means required. You will be paid per store created, and there is not a specific schedule or routine for when you will make stores. When I need one, I will just let you know.

Home Care Inquiry Specialist

Confidential employer

Home Care Inquiry Specialist Help Families Navigate One of the Most Important Decisions They May Face Our agency is looking for a Home Care Inquiry Specialist to support families who are exploring care for an aging loved one and help guide them from their first inquiry to a Care Consultation with our team. Families often contact us during a stressful or uncertain time. They may be worried about a parent living alone, overwhelmed by caregiving responsibilities, or unsure what type of support is available. You will often be the first person they speak with. We are looking for someone who can listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, provide reassurance, explain our services clearly, and help families determine the right next step. This is also a highly organized, results-oriented role. Success requires disciplined follow-up, accurate lead tracking, strong documentation, and a commitment to making sure no prospective client falls through the cracks. What You’ll Do As our Home Care Inquiry Specialist, you will manage inquiries from prospective clients, family members, referral sources, and others seeking information about home care services. Your responsibilities will include: Speaking with families about the challenges they are experiencing with an aging loved one Listening carefully and asking questions to understand the family’s needs, concerns, urgency, and decision-making process Explaining how home care works and how our services may be able to help Building trust and rapport with families who may be stressed, emotional, uncertain, or unfamiliar with senior care Identifying the appropriate next step for each inquiry Converting qualified inquiries into Care Consultations Following a defined and disciplined lead follow-up protocol Proactively following up with families who are interested in care but are not yet ready to move forward Maintaining consistent contact until there is a clear outcome Accurately entering and updating lead information in Salesforce Maintaining detailed notes regarding family circumstances, care needs, decision-makers, concerns, timing, and next steps Tracking every inquiry through the lead pipeline and ensuring that no opportunity is lost because of incomplete follow-up Prioritizing inquiries based on urgency, family needs, and readiness to move forward Working within WellSky to review client information and support the intake process Coordinating with internal team members to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to Care Consultation and start of care Taking ownership of each lead and being accountable for the next step Tracking activity and outcomes, including inquiries, follow-ups, Care Consultations scheduled, and lead conversion What We’re Looking For Excellent English-speaking and communication skills are required Previous Salesforce or other CRM experience is required Previous WellSky experience is preferred Previous experience in sales, home care, senior care, healthcare, admissions, intake, customer service, or another consultative service environment is strongly preferred You are an excellent listener and can make people feel comfortable discussing personal and emotional situations You communicate with warmth, confidence, and professionalism You are comfortable speaking with adult children, spouses, seniors, and other family decision-makers You can explain services clearly without sounding scripted or overly sales-oriented You understand how to guide a conversation toward a decision or next step You are comfortable asking questions, addressing concerns, and following up consistently You understand that many families will not make a decision after one conversation You are highly organized and able to manage multiple leads at different stages of the decision-making process You are disciplined about completing follow-up when promised You are detail-oriented and maintain accurate documentation You can recognize when a family needs immediate assistance and when a lead may require longer-term nurturing You take initiative and do not need to be reminded to follow up You are dependable and take ownership of your results What Success Looks Like Success in this role is not measured simply by the number of calls you answer. It is measured by how effectively you help families move through the process of evaluating home care. A successful Home Care Inquiry Specialist: Makes families feel heard, understood, and supported Develops trust quickly Identifies the family’s needs, concerns, and priorities Clearly communicates how our services can help Moves qualified families toward a Care Consultation Follows up consistently and on time Maintains an accurate and organized lead pipeline Knows exactly where every active inquiry stands Continues appropriate follow-up until there is a clear outcome Ensures that no family and no opportunity falls through the cracks The Person We’re Looking For An inquiry about home care is rarely just a sales lead. Behind every inquiry is usually a family trying to solve a real problem. A daughter may be worried about her mother living alone. A spouse may be exhausted from providing care. A family may live out of state and be struggling to figure out how to keep a parent safe at home. The right person will genuinely want to help these families. At the same time, helping families means providing direction. We are looking for someone who can combine empathy, organization, persistence, and consultative sales skills to guide families toward the right next step. You should be compassionate enough to listen, confident enough to lead the conversation, and disciplined enough to make sure every family receives the follow-up they were promised. To Be Considered Please submit: Your current resume A brief introduction video telling us about your experience working with prospective clients, customers, patients, or families In your video, please also tell us: About your experience with Salesforce and WellSky How you manage follow-up when someone is interested but not yet ready to make a decision How you would approach a family member who is overwhelmed and unsure whether home care is the right solution I’d use this version over the original because it still makes conversion and accountability explicit, but the candidate profile now feels much more aligned with the emotional reality of home care.
